I bought an LG refrigerator in 2019, it lasted 2 years and broke down! We called the warranty department and got sent to a 3rd party service company. This was 10/5/21, we were told that someone would be here to take care of the problem on 10/7/21. Got a call on 10/ 7 saying the appointment was canceled until 1 0/25! Guess what... got a call today and was told that the appointment was now scheduled for Nov 8th!! I called home depot and was basically told that there was nothing they could do! I will never waste my time or money there again!!!π€¬
I did have two real helpful young men, help me find what I was looking for & didnt have to go looking for them βΌοΈ
Love how quickly check out flows....dislike that there is never anyone around to help you. Lowes employees are very kind and speak to you before you even speak to them. Home depot employees seem to sense your need and Bob and weave . My opinion only.
Better than Gallup home depot in answering customer calls. I called Gallup multiple times - no answer.

After I was checking out at home depot express lanes in farmington n.m.. I was using the disinfecting station. Three employees were present while I was there. The disinfectant spray went into my eye. The employees just laughed as if it was funny. I was shocked and said I was hurt. The disinfectant left my eye swollen and blurry. There was no remorse from the employees. Where was the customer service!!
Virginia was very helpful and went above and beyond while I picked up a mattress I ordered. She has such great customer service. I give her 5 stars for her help. Thank you Virginia.

Workers are very informative helpful and polite personally I dont think there could be a better place to pick up lumber plumbing appliances or yardware can even get a rose bush or two for your wife for family very nice place

I ordered a Honda generator online, and everything went fine until the day of pickup.I pulled into the Curbside pickup location, and saw this hand-scrawled sign saying Curbside is down, and a phone number to call. Oh to heck with that, Im going to check in like Im supposed to, and if that works Im not calling anybody. I checked in using the texted link, described my vehicle, told them what stall I was in, and waited just a couple minutes and voila.. here comes my order! She loaded it into the car and off I went. Im very pleased, but I just dont understand what that confusing sign is doing there.When I got home I had a survey in my email asking me ONE question about my in-store pickup. Thats odd, I didnt pick it up in the store.All things considered, a successful transaction.
Placed an online order for curbside pick up. After struggling for 10-15 minutes with the online check in process I called inside the store and no one would answer the phone. Finally got the online check in to work. After 10 minutes of waiting I received a call asking why had I not come to the contractor pick up lane. (Because I was in curbside pick up parking.) So I pulled over and went to loading up. When I got ready to leave I was blocked in the back by people waiting for their pick up and in front by people who parked in the pick up lane and who went shopping in the store. The employees would not notify the owners to come move their vehicles. So I sat until they finished. Theres been enough time over the past 13 months for retail to sort out curbside pickup.
Was not okay. No one to help get boards down. They just brought us a ladder my son had to crawl up there and get down the boards. Need to have workers help. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Hope it does maybe then theyll start to help
Hard to beat the lumber selection right off the shelf.
Since the pandemic inventory is hard to come by and shelves are not as stocked as pre-pandemic, which is understandable. Customer service is ok and getting help to load lumber onto our trailer, forget about it..

It was worth it because it came with an additional battery and was cheaper.Got stove pellets and couple other items I needed.People were nice, place was clean.
My sister and I went into the store to get T-Posts there was a young man that works at Home Depo talking to several customers within a few feet of us. The posts were on the bottom shelf pushed in the back so I had to get on my knees to try to pull them outI moved them to the front of rack and then stood up to start loading them on the cart when about 3 posts fell on my foot! The worker never offered to assist just walked away! Then we walked up checkout and no cashier was open so once again we had to do an employees job and check ourselves out. As I finished scanning my items, I asked an associate if we could get assistance to load them into my truck and his response was, βwell I can call someone but we are busy!β We had loaded all but 3 when someone came out to help us!Customer service is nonexistent in the local Home Depot!

10/2020 update:This place is so different than it was. The current times changes most of their personnel, most have no clue about anything. Unfortunately if you need more then just finding a product thatβs supposed to be on the shelf, most of their workers wonβt know how to help you. They will give you advice, but itβs probably the wrong one.. As an example, the new guy in electrical was telling a customer that you can cut and splice an Ethernet cord. Yeah, physically you can, but you definitely shouldnβt if you know at least the basic..Expect to wait forever for curbside pick up, and expect to wait forever to check out (thereβs usually a line even on self checkout)Most departments have great service. Mike at electrical is my go-to for electrical help, Judy in paint knows everything I ever needed to know about paint, and Crystal in the pro desk is very helpful. There has been changes of management, so dont expect consistency. Dont trust their online stock, they arent very good at inventory management (200+ in stock, 0 on shelf, and they cant find any). I love that they have self checkout, and I dont need to wait to pay like the blue competitor. My go-to for most things. Unless they dont have it, or I can get it cheaper online (they dont price-match unless its in stock at a local store, and not Harbor Freight)

No store associates to help. Kept asking checkout cashier to call someone for help to open a cage so I could purchase a power tool from the display case. Staff wore masks except many customers werent wearing masks during this covid 19 panademic which is NM State law requirement. Staff werent enforcing mask requirements or social distancing. Had a female customer literally breathing down my neck waiting in line at checkout. Last time I come here

Found almost everything I needed. One employee helped me and knew I needed additional help because I told him and he instead helped someone else, looked back and saw me waiting for him and he just walked away. Another employee asked if I needed help and helped me wrap up my shopping. I was in the store for 1 1/2 hrs.

After waiting 20 minutes for Michelle the customer service lady to finish her lunch break she was very rude and unprofessional towards me.
Overall experience has been very good. The few times I had an issue with anything the Home Depot team was able to solve the issue and make it right. I wish they could stock more variety on a few various things. Other than that Iβve enjoyed each experience at the Farmington NM Home Depot!
They sell everything you need but no one at the store loads up. I would guess that the forklift is out of service?

Everyone in the store was in masks the day I went. It was easy to find staff to ask questions so I could get in and out of store quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have given a 5 star rating for this visit except they were out of most of the items I was looking for.

NEVER BUY A GIFT CARD FROM THESE SCAMMERS. We purchased a $100 gift card, days later the gift recipient spent an hour shopping. Scratched off the back for a pin # right in front of the Home Depot cashier only to be told it is invalid. Management was no help after almost an hour. They couldnt do anything except tell us it was used under a fake name at some other store in another city along with several other gift cards for a purchase . SCAMMERS

Went to farmington nm store yesterday, i wanted to get printed estimates for both models of the YARDMAX 25 ton log splitters, i wanted to know to the pennys what it would cost, hade hard hearing lady at customer service, but she just said no and told me to look on line, i explained i needed to know the complete cost, she looked and said that model was not available, i asked it that would change she said yes but told me just look on line and ignored me, a $1,000 sale and wont help
Placed an 11,000 dollar order and arranged to pick order in parts over several days. Showed up to pick up 1 pallet and was made to wait over an hour to be loaded. Being understanding because of the virus i waited 45 minutes before asking about my pallet even though I saw others pull up after me and loaded within 10 to 15 minutes. So when STACY rudely told me I just have to wait instead of checking on it that really got to me. We spend 200,000 + a year around the state at home depot and I never was treated or made to wait like this anywhere else.

Now its estimated to arrive 20-21 November. Stick with Amazon if you are ordering online. Home Depots service sucks. Or just go to the store.
They had what I needed probably because everyone would rather shop at Lowes. Dont expect great customer service. Its a skeleton crew which doesnt leave anyone available to assist customers. The employees can point you in the general area to find stuff but thats about it.They also, dont honor military discount on A LOT of things!!! They told me half of my stuff were building materials and thats why the discount wasnt applied. But.... its Home Depot and most of it is building materials...... overall.... customer service is almost OK. I wont be going back unless I have to. Thanks Home Depot!

Yes we just spent 1000.00 plus. The man at electric center was rude, on his cell phone, he said in a moment. The lady in charge of register was also rude . She said go to another check out because she needed a break and we were line for a while . So we will go to Lowes from now on . We dont need that kind of service
Stay away if you care about yourself and your loved ones! A superspreader store with a manager that scoffs at customer safety, and a crew that refuses to enforce COVID rules. One of them even told me that she thinks that Corona virus is a hoax. Even though this store has dead employees from it!
The staff on the floor were very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem finding someone to help me. Had good selection of items I needed. I have been to other Home Depots and wont go back cause the service was terrible but here in Farmington the staff was awesome. Will definitely go back to that Home Depot again!

Online ordering is an excellent way to get in and out here. The HD informs you when your orders ready and the customer service staff assistance gets you out in less the 5 mins. However, this also the return line too, but still efficient and no one to interact with except the customer service personnel.All workers appeared to be wearing masks, if thats a concern for you.
Came here to get a sign that reads No smoking oxygen in use but they dont have that sign here. They had many other signs to choose from but not that certain one. The paper one I get from the oxygen place always gets blown off my front door so am looking for a metal or plastic sign to put up instead.
