I have made two different purchase at McCain Audio and have been impressed both times with the customer service and attention to detail in the work they have done. Today we had fantastic help in speakers we were looking for. We were NOT looking for the BOOM BOOM BOOM, but just real quality speakers for our new CR-V. Once we picked our set and they were installed, Colby took the time to set in our car and show my wife the installation look and sound quality improvement. I was so pleased after going to McCain for a quote that I cancelled my other 2 appointments with the other two installers in town, best buy and paradise village because MARIO set the bar for customer service high. He gave a complex, but simple answer with every question I asked. I had a great time today at McCains, I blew out my old subwoofer and was given recommendations to what would work best for me and my car. After taking a little bit to figure out what I wanted, they took about 30 minutes to put in my new sub, no hassle and had me on my way, these guys are here to help, and make you love your new systems.

I have an ancient 1985 box truck I use to haul equipment when I am doing concert productions. The original AM/ FM radio was garbage. So I took it to the guys at McCain Mobile Audio who installed a new AM/ FM/ Bluetooth unit last week. The cab of my truck now sounds like Carnegie Hall! It is really amazing sound and was very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend using McCain Mobile Audio for any and all of your mobile audio needs. These guys ROCK (and now so does my old truck!).

I bought a new stereo from McCain audio a little over a year ago. The touch screen quit working so I took it back to them to look at it. The stereo was bad so they replace it on warranty. I stopped by because my subwoofer blew, for the second time. Last time they swapped it out using warranty no hassle & only took few mins.Today when I went in I received the most friendly & best service one could hope for. The employee, Nate, inspected my set up for a minute then explained to me that the reason my sub has probably gone out twice is the fact I had wrong power level of sub woofer for the type of amp I previously had installed here.So without hesitation he upgraded me to the correct sub woofer for my set up.its the right thing to do he said as he unboxed the new sub.Ive always received outstanding service from McCain over the multiple systems Ive had installed and about 9 years that Ive been a customer. This experience continuing the amazing reputation & service I come to expect from them and they never let me down. This experience being beyond expectations for sure.If your thinking about installs/upgrades/anything audio this should be your first & only stop. The educated & experienced employees will always answer any questions you can think of (audio related) and they wont steer you wrong.For those who are looking into first-time installs know your money is well spent & never taken advantage of. We took our car in to have the speakers replaced. They were friendly on the phone and in person, and they fit us in during a busy day so we could have it done sooner. When changing the speakers didnt fix all our issues, they were happy to investigate the problem and figure out what needed to be done to fix it fully. They have a range of speakers and stereos and will work with you to find something that fits your budget.

Theyre always there when I need them to make sure my audio needs are done right. Especially if that means fixing other business mistakes.

I am by no means a customer trying to win car audio awards, they worked on my older vehicle and I just wanted to listen to music. They sold me a head unit and replaced all speakers. Bought a 12 700 D4ohm series DD from them Saturday. Had some voltage issues and sub blew in 2 days. Talked to the owner Saturday and we talked about my issues and the basics for 3 full hours, big 3, polarity, etc . He fitted me with a brand new sub D2 ohm. To cut amp in half until i can afford things i need. Best place to go by far in NM. EVERY PERSON WORKING THERE HELPED ME AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS . I bought a used truck with nice subs but really old deck (got it replaced) Steve and his techs took care of me by tuning the subs amplifier and taking the time to show me how my new deck works. Highly recommend these guys they know their sound as shown by the trophies they have won.
