This spring I got some new flooring. Best customer service ever. They helped me order samples online which came to my house so I could pick out the carpeting. Their installer was the nicest guy and did a wonderful job.

During COVID 19 so I understand the delay of receiving the flooring material. Two different crews, not real good communication between the crews of how they completed the project. The kitchen entry way is still incomplete after Ive called continually for FOUR months asking for a crew to come complete the entry way. No return calls, ignored and lied to saying the messages didnt get shared that I called about my concerns.

An amazing place to get tile at a great price. Even if you aren’t sure what you want, they are attentive and always willing to help you reach the ideal end result! Installation was fast and my bathroom looks great!

The store lost the sale and any chance that we would come back in the future.Yes, we got our flooring installed by another company at a price only slightly higher than the managers suggested price.

Total rip off! 10 boxes of tiles was ordered for us and we only used 4 1/2 boxes, they wont take 5 boxes back. We gave them the measurements of the area we used it for, whatever they put into the computer was obviously wrong or the guy didnt know what the heck he was doing! Now were stuck with 5 1/2 boxes of tiles, 2-4x6 walls was what we needed and used, they measured twice as much. Never again are we going to Flooring America! First and last time well do business with them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
