The lack of professionalism was absolutely abounding. He guaranteed my repair would be done by 5pm the next day and told me he would call me just so I knew to come pick it up. When I came in to pick up my very repaired headphones at 6:30 he told that I could either take them or wait to come back and get them tomorrow because “he wasn’t going to argue with me”? Not to mention he didn’t call to notify me that there was a delay in fixing them either. Although he did guarantee that he would work on them that night and they would be done tomorrow. I came in to ask if the repair was done the next day and this man very aggressively said “Would you like me to just pay you to just do the repair?!” He then told me how he wouldn’t argue with me when all I did was ask why they were not finished. Suffice to say... do not go here because he will gaslight you without even having anything to show for it.

The motherboard of my phone was completely demolished and this man assured me that he would be able to repair it within 2 days and he would call me once it was done. Although, he required me to give him a $200 dollar deposit from the overall price of $500. Two days later and 30 minutes until closing time.... no communication whatsoever. When I called he told me that he was not finished although he guaranteed me the repair would be complete. I went in the next day and he told me there was nothing he could do and he refused to invest anymore time into something that he couldn’t fix... even though he said he could. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t be giving me my $200 deposit back because he invested time into attempting to identify the issue. I am immensely outraged by this and even more so in the time I will have to spend working with the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved

He was extremely rude to me. He told me he wasn’t going to waste all of his time trying to fix my laptop. And then i got the laptop back and he had messed it up even more than it was before. Not to mention he didn’t call to communicate that it was finished either. I’m so hurt because I am in online schooling and now I have to go buy and new laptop to finish out my senior year

My phone had a faulty speaker. Mike replaced it, but *literally* as he handed my phone back to me the battery died. Now it wont hold a charge. The new speaker doesnt work, either. I called the next day, when he promised (twice) to research the issue and call me back. He never did call back; that was more than a week ago.He means well, but I think hes overwhelmed and its difficult to keep up with so many customers. I appreciate his desire to help, and that he didnt charge me for labor (I was to pay him if the repair worked).

Mike the owner was very knowledgeable and worked on my laptop until he solved a repaired my laptop. I highly recommend you go to him for all computer repairs. I know I will.

Mike is awesome...was able to replace the screen on my phone within 90 minutes. Repair was excellent and at a very fair price (less than two of the bigger shops in the area). If I ever need another repair, Mike is my guy now!

Great place to go if you have any issues with your phone. I needed to get data off my Samsung j7. The screen did not work. Mike took was able to recover and transfer the files to my new phone. They also have reasonable prices for their services.

Came in to get the HDMI on my ps4 fixed. Mike Beat the prices of the previous places I called, expressed a genuine sense of urgency and seemed knowledgeable of the products. Excellent service and cheapest price around, this guy has repaired a iPhone 6 not in a case, ran over on 7 mile (2 years ago) and recently and iPhone 8 Plus, back whole piece, front complete screen, frame, microphone, and proximity sensor for $200 less than quoted elsewhere.

Hands down the BEST customer service experience. Let me tell you, so i shattered my phone on my way to work, i was in such a rush but i need my phone for work, i entered his store immediatly greeted by Chris, with a warm smile, i told him i am in a rush and need this asap, in under 20 min he had it fixed, he even offered me a free glass. Customer service is everything to me and he totally met my expextations. No pushy sales, no gimics, i cant thank Chris enough for all he had done for me that day. I went back a few days later and learned so much about my phone and even had a few games installed haha. I love being treated like a friend and not a dollar sign.
