Excellent customer service! The crew is top shelf!

Waited almost 2 1/2 weeks trying to buy a phone for my husband at the mt blue plaza location. Call friday night, i have an appt next day at 10am. So very appreciative for these employees! Completely awesome! Thank you! Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with this company you pay 3 to 600 for a phone then it dies less then 10 months this has happen more then once, they tell you....Oh you can pay your phone off an get a new one ... I said why would I do that when its under warranty? Then they say it is under manufacture warranty and I would have to contact them My self. I own a company with 4 phones all I can say is GOODBY ....PINE TREE ...I will find a company that will take care of me when I walk in the door . This Company is NOT A US CELLULAR place but a Independent contractor DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE you are better off to go to Walmart the service is better. US CELLULAR should take there right to sell phones away because there service sucks period, I am contacting Us Cellular and lodging a formal complaint. I will try the real place tomorrow ...if that dont work then good by US Cellular,

Im writing in regards to the Mexico, Maine location, as Ive never been to the Farmington location, but Im satisfied with the service Ive received. I purchased my first smart phone from the Mexico Pine Tree Cellular, and had some minor issues within the warranty period, and they gave me a new phone without giving me the runaround. I would recommend Pine Tree Cellular to anyone.
