They have the friendliest employees at this location. I shop here a lot because theyre one of the few places in town that has anime merchandise. Theres always something new when I come in. The store also tends to have some sort of sale going on which is really nice too.

Terrible customer service. Not even greeted once. Been there a couple times and tried giving them a chance. I gave up. Every single time I’ve been there they were more interested in talking behind the counter than helping customers. I miss the service I’d get there a few years back. I wouldn’t be surprised when that place closes soon.

Hot topic still my favorite place for band shirts anime and awesome random stuff

Hit or missed on clothing and knick knacks. Store seems depleted on essentials compared to Hot Topic stores in larger markets. Maybe I come on the wrong days for the past 13 years to find sale items? Ill try my luck next time to find those knick knack gifts for Christmas.

Management has went downhill in the past two years... I miss when hot topic was about band merch, anime, and when june comes around pride month. You cant buy records from here anymore which disappoints me immensely. I remember when there used to be tons of people in hot topic, but now theres sometimes hardly anyone there except staff.
