This athletic goods store is located very near the food court in the mall. When we visited it was not too busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son got to try on several varieties of basketball shoes to find the right fit!

Employees never want to come out from behind the counter. Female employee today had her head down at the register so I assume she was on her phone. So my husband had to try on the size 12 shoe that was on display.

Employees were on cell phone, unhelpful. and unavailable. Still purchased our products.

I had the worst experience here I was charged double it wasn’t a small amount as well it was 2 transactions for $152.00 and I had to wait 6days for a credit to my account. All the manager had to say was I’ll have a talk with the employee. You don’t play with people’s money and act as if it’s no big deal. Then today I decided to go in the store and buy a pair of shoes for my daughter again I was treated horrible I was informed without the sales associate going to the back and check on a shoe they were out he didn’t even try to help me then I asked ok well can I order it and he said we’ll we’re going to charge you shipping. Also it wasn’t just one shoe it was a number of them they were all out of. I won’t be returning to this store and i hope everyone thinks twice before shopping there. I always wondered why it’s usually empty now I know.

Native girl that works there is very rude! She has no knowledge of the equipment that is sold there ! She has absolutely no customer service skills! I have shopped here several times over the years but needless to say I will not be back as long as she is employed there!
