Not a very friendly place to shop. Ordered online for my mother and they some how couldn’t find the order when my mother was there to pick up her items. Then the employee was sarcastically telling my mother they “finally found” her order, after they told her they couldn’t find either of our names in the system. I spoke to a guy earlier about my items being there and he said they had the order preparing and being picked. 10 minutes go by and It says order is ready for pick up only for them to say my order doesn’t exist. 20 minutes go by again and they magically have my order being sent to my mothers car. System has some flaws and needs to be fixed. When calling, all the people who answer are short and rude, no customer service skills what so ever. A call back from the manager would have been nice, when I did call for the manager I just got a “THE MANAGER IS NOT IN, CALL BACK LATER!”

Did my shopping there around 7:30 to 8:15 am. Was quiet with no many shoppers. Was a nice experience compared to the evening time.

We are enjoying the great curbside service for the pharmacy dept.! It is very convenient and very timely.The fact that you can pay right there in your car is wonderful!! Makes these times so much more bearable!! Thank You for your service to your community!!!

Sometimes they have great clearance sales. You just got to be early to catch those deals.

The employees are just down right rude. No one wants to actually work the customer service is pitiful. I don’t think the situation is getting any better. The store is messy. No cashiers and the staff when asked to help act like your putting them out. I’m sure there are some good employees but after today’s visit I will gladly spend my money some where else from now on.

This place is the worst. Its dirty and the workers are so rude. There were only two people who were kind and that was the door greeter and the lady working the money center. We dealt with four other people who were just downright nasty in their attitudes. I normally do not put a review if it was bad but Im just angry right now about the whole situation.

Im loving the amount of self checkouts, it is clean and easy to find help if needed.

Its Walmart so a normal Walmart type experience. Although I am not satisfied with how the employees here are doing the job. Having worked for Walmart before. The majority of these employees are not great at the job, and most should be put through training again.

Its a good place where I can grab a few art supplies like beauty makeup and art kit

Sometimes thay have what you need and sometimes they dont... Items go quick. Store isnt as clean stalkers leave their drinks on shelves and forget them or spills on floors. But understandable it is a busy place. Bathrooms are available..

We’re from Missouri and I’ve never seen a Walmart that was efficient. They had a compost outside of all their old food they throw away and you can even buy some! We even noticed the lights were dimmer in the store because they’re saving energy! I am all for that! Every Walmart I’ve been to is so bright. With the lights dimmed, it makes you feel more relaxed walking through the Walmart to find what you want.

Items that they have been out of due to Covid are back on the shelf, nice to see. Good produce. Clean store

Went to Walmart just to be accused of being a thief while trying to buy a birthday present for a child. They need the old man in self-checkout to just be a door greeter. Very sad

Security is rude and foul mouthed. And in front of kids. How do you allow someone like this around our children???? Customers dont count in this store. We are all criminals to this store. I am being wrongfully accused of stealing. Asked to see the video and was told !!!!;NO!!!!! Told cops are on the way. Thankfully my fifteen year old daughter was not with me. Last tome they spit in her face . who does that???? To a child.

People working there is a very great help if rushing and show directly to there. Good shopping atmosphere. Lots of items organized and leads into getting more stuffs.

Check out is fast. Once you find help it is good.

Horrible customer service. Seriously bad!! I know its only Walmart but no greeting, didnt ask how I was. Did I find everything 🤔no thank you. She only put 2 or 3 things in a bag. The whole thing was just bad 👎called manager and asked if he would call me after he spoke with her...you guessed it no return call. As much as I shop there I was quite disappointed.

We are a small town with large town visitors. Not a lot of choices for shopping. Walmart fills a niche but not well. 4 managers in a short while. Corporate policies don’t let the managers have too much say. Short staffed, long lines IF you find what you want. Lots of empty shelves. No place in town that you can afford to live on their salaries

The store wad big enough that it did not need people to stand in line outside.The store was too big to find much of anything in a reasonable amount of time.The large department signs were only visible from a quarter of the store. Clean store with friendly employees.

I found several empty shelves. The employees have no respect. As I shop, many are playing on their phones, or chatting with each other.I often have to move so they can walk by.I asked where I could find personal wipes and the stocker told me, we dont carry those. I continued to look and found a huge display one isle over!Yesterday there were NO cashiers. I can do my own scanning, but sometimes I need a person to help. Self checkout is difficult for the elderly and disabled. Shameful!I would rather see more cashiers because Americans needs jobs. On the other hand, when I do my own checkout I dont end up with smashed bread or broken eggs.

Would be great if there were more motorized carts that were accessible to people who cant walk in the Store

Typical Walmart, nothing special but nothing wrong. Getting from your vehicle to the entrance without being approached for money can be challenging at times.

At least 2 staff were very rude.. I understand you could be having a bad day bit dont take it out on others..

The liquor line is way too slow... West Wal Mart is a better check out process. Theres only one cashier most times customers have more than 15 items

Every items was there and pick up was easy. However they have moved the pickup area from under the shade to out in the sun - that won’t make summer picks ups easy

The Customer Service I received on my last visit was surprising great through out the store.

They dont have cashiers so you have to do it all yourself. I had a basket full of groceries and the security guard and a worker stood there and watched me scan everything. After I was done they came over and accused me of not scanning everything. WORST WALMART EVER!

The lines to enter took way longer then I would have liked. Once in, it was fine. Able to get what I needed. Just plan on spending a long time in line, even if there is almost no one in the line.

We always have problems getting somebody in jewelry, even after they were paged.

I did not go inside, I used the in line ordering and then went and picked it up. Worked great.

Can’t even get one single person to answer the phone. Like everTakes 30 mins to get a hold of anybody. Then another 30 mins after you’ve been put on hold for them to “transfer” you over to the department of the item your asking about EVEN THOUGH they could easily just make the effort to look up that item themselves on their zebra device.Thanks for nothing, Walmart.Going to Target where all of the employees are kind and everything is CLEAN ❤️

As far as Walmarts go its not bad. Most of the staff Ive dealt with are courteous and kind. Prices are pretty low for just about everything. You just cant beat that curbside pickup service for picking up groceries in a contactless way.

Very clean store, mostly nice people, However if you dont like the self checkout, be prepared to stand in line for awhile, as they usually only have a couple checkouts available. Im curious if people lost jobs when they installed the enormous amount of self checkouts.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but srlf checkout machines are FAULTY. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes because self checkout would not dispense my $10 cash back and there was no out of order sign on it.

Seemed real busy with only 3 registers open. Lots of, what looked like, supervisors kind of just walking around. Two people on the self checkouts. Lots of wrapped pallets on the floor in the shopping aisles.

Good but lego section looks miserable and empty and marvel legends also mcfarlane toys also the funko pop and neca section are really bad empty all the time and the ultimate action Figure section are always empty this needs to be fixed

It has lower prices than the west side. the price scan on the app, isnt the same in person. Kinda sad especially when your at the checkout register. Like coming here more than the westside. Always find what Im looking for. Even though I work & live far Westside

If you want to wait in line for an hour to get a prescription filled this is the place to go

No sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizer available. Only saying they need that option if they do not plan on cleaning their carts.

We have done the online order as it does provide a convenient option when you can stop and pick up your order. The bad is on Multiple occasions we have not either received our items or they are out of stock. 3 times they said out of stock and while I waited for them to come out at times has taken over 45 min, I was able to get the out of stock items usually seasonal items. This last order we are missing items that where charged to us but never got so if you dont mind not getting random out of stock items or paying and other getting items use this service.

I would give them a minus if I could. Tried to online order a $200 order and when I tried to cash it wont let me continue after entering all my information. I called and they said to delete my order and try again. Mad as I was I tried it and it still didnt work. Called back and they said they didnt know and there was nothing they could do!

I made a large online order on the second of December . When I get arrive on the third at my designated pickup time. I go to pick up my order and they say that the store is closed to be cleaned .So I called inside and they said that the store manager had canceled all online orders because they are deep cleaning, which makes no sense if you bring the orders out to my car why would you cancel all online orders? There was no phone call there was no email and then you tell me that you will reimburse my money in two to three business days. That made me absolutely furious. On top of that They had poor customer service. The person telling me this information didnt know all the information either and kept blaming the boss . This was the worst curbside pickup Ive ever experienced. Dont allow online orders if you are scheduled to close .

I love the two Walmart locations in the Farmington area. Durango, Co Walmart location could take a few lessons in customer service, kindness and common sense. Dont waste your money going to Durango. They are rude.

Is a good place for getting whatever you need, sometimes a little hard to find a reaaonable parking space though. But you can ve in and out if your just needing one thing.
