Very friendly and efficient staff. The barista that ran up my husband and I was cheerful and kind. The barista on bar spoke to all customers and was very kind as well. The tables were a little dirty (crumbs, empty cup left in a table), but all the partners were busy so it was understandable!

The mobile app is great especially when Im in a rush. Im able to pick up my order and be on my way. Once I took while to get my drinks and they went out of there way and made me a fresh drinks after my order was sitting there for about 20 minutes. And they have great customer service. Always nice 👌.

Used to be great now the workers seem like they dont care anymore about their customer service, they dont even bother making sure the correct coffee is given this is the 3rd time Ive gone through the drive up window and they gave me the wrong coffee 😐😐

Drinks taste great when they are made properly. I don’t consume added sugar due to dietary restrictions so I choose stevia as a substitute when ordering through the app. Quite often, I still get sugar sweetened drinks. I’ve gotten to the point of eliminating all types of sugar/substitute while customizing my drink yet I still receive sugary drinks at least once a week! A co-worker does the coffee runs for the office, she isn’t going to taste it for accuracy before leaving. The label on the cup reflects the specific recipe that I ordered, including “no vanilla syrup”. I understand it’s a busy location, and naturally, there will be occasional goof-ups. What’s bothersome is that this is a recurring thing. Very disappointing, I literally pour money down the drain. Baristas, please pay better attention to pick-up orders.

I come to this location quite often, and each time I visit is a pleasant one. This location has staff members that are always friendly and courteous, the restrooms are always clean, merchandise is fairly stocked full compared to other stores & the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I was pleased to see the other morning a little note attached to my drink. It really made my day to read an inspiring message first thing in the AM. That little extra touch is what keeps me going back to this location almost daily! Good work!

This Starbucks is located in a very convenient spot. The store itself has a large seating area, comfortable and quiet. As usual, I got a quad espresso, and it was very good. The wife also liked her latte. The Staff smile at you, are friendly and efficient.

Not every time you get a great experience at Starbucks... This time it was WOW! TREVOR IS A SUPERSTAR!!!🌟🌟🌟 He is as fast as hummingbird wings! They were so busy, had like 30 orders coming out before my order, and I just stood there watching Trevor. Efficient, professional, passionate, polite, friendly!!!

Always a really long wait, even though it appears no one else is waiting inside (no line to order and few waiting for their already ordered drinks). Music inside is so loud its difficult to place orders. Drive through line wrapped around the building. Great customer service however.

I always order a toasted begal, with cream cheese, and often the begal is barely warm and I get butter??? I guess 3$ dont get you much anymore. Ill never tip again

I usually dont have problems with Starbucks in general. Today was the exception, went through the drive thru, ordered a blueberry scone and a shaken espresso. The young man didnt ask me if I wanted my pastry warmed up and when I got my drink, I was pretty upset. Whoever was making drinks may be new and didnt understand that a Shaken Espresso is supposed to be shaken. All the espresso was entirely settled at the bottom all they did was layer my drink with coconut milk. There was no one behind we so it wasnt like they were slammed, they were just lazy and couldnt be bothered.

We spent a lot of time at this Starbucks over the last week while traveling near Farmington. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Bathrooms are clean. Great outside patio.

The Farmington, NM location is the best Starbucks EVER! Everyone is always nice & cheerful! Which is so refreshing, especially during these times. My order is always prepared deliciously right & on two different occasions, two customers have paid for my order. Incredible! To keep the same vibe going, I also pay it forward. I recommend for you to visit this Starbucks & if you plan to go through the drive thru, prepare to wait... but its totally worth it!

So tonight my daughter went to go get a coffee from Starbucks in Farmington 2900 E Main. And the order was all wrong she paid 17 64 for 1 small wht. Mocha and 2Gr mochas and and got 1 mocha and 2 cups of nasty burnt coffee. I want my coffee or money back.... Ill see you in the am sincerely not happy at all. SS

Pumpkin spice season is always good

This was my go-to for the longest time because my 3 espresso shots with light water were always the right temp and I never felt shorted in terms of caffeine. Also your green tea isnt cloudy so 👍to you because cloudy tea just makes me uncomfortable. You definitely made NM Lockdown #1 bearable so thank you. For real. I lived For my morning coffee because honestly what else was there to look forward to.

Awesome service. When you are able to get into the long line of vehicles in the drive thru. Possibly a better longer drive thru or Possibly another Starbucks to meet the high demand of the delicious coffee...

Does its job. Never disappointed about my drinks so far. Pretty good location but lines are always long and wait times are a bit too long as well.

Very happy crew very good to be able to go there and get what I wanted exactly like I wanted it. This is your typical Starbucks but I highly recommend it because they were very nice to deal with and they did a great job on my coffee.

Drive thru line is always long, but I suggest ordering on your mobile app and picking up in store. Drinks are always ready within 4-7mins. Staff is pretty friendly and restrooms are always clean.

Order my coffee at 8:54am didnt get my drink until 9:21. It was a nitro cold brew and when I got my drink it wasnt right. Come to find out it was left empty sitting in plain sight for a couple of minutes at the pickup place. The person forgot about.

Ordered on app, waited 10 mins before picking it up, and still waited 30 mins IN STORE before I actually had my order. Drinks were warm and watered down. Horrible customer service didn’t acknowledge how long I waited or apologize.

Service was quick and their variety of drinks are great.

Given its location it is very popular around rush hours and especially the early evening hours. But they do get the orders out efficiently and fast.

I never post or give ratings like this online but I have to because I was pretty annoyed about last week. I went in to get a latte and while I was waiting, a woman with orangey hair went behind the counter with her long hair down and not put up (which I used to work at a Starbucks in college so I know you have to have it tied back) and made herself a drink without her mask or apron on. Have the decency to be in dress code, especially in times like this.

My daughter and my fiance went in to get our spouses and their selves a drink over 30 minutes later the order was done longest coffee weight ever yeah I watched probably over 30 cars go through the drive-thru ridiculous they were out of caramel they couldnt get our drinks that we originally wanted highly disappointed and will not be going to the Starbucks again

Long lines. Bakery items and sandwiches often run out but are very good if available.

Their app makes getting coffee super easy and convenient. You can also customize your drink on the app which I really really love because no one likes to be the customer going through the drive thru placing a super complicated order so it makes it super easy to get your drink exactly how you want and the app will save your drink, making it easier for future purchases!You can order on the app and by the time you get there, your drink will be ready. You can just run in and grab your drink from the pick up bar or if you dont feel like going in, you can go through the drive thru and just tell them your name and that you already ordered through the app. Plus you earn rewards/stars for your purchases which adds up fairly quick and you can get free drinks and other items in return! I also love their blonde expresso 🖤

Okay I get it if your completely out of products but after Receiving the orders this is completely unacceptable!! Very disappointed in this store one time I decide to give my crew a pick me up of refreshers I get a tiny bit! Just saying my disappointment in this team this evening!! Just please dont do this to another person order!!!

This Starbucks is one of the best Ive ever been to.The aesthetic of the place was calming, relaxing, and beautiful. It is never too dark in there. Well lit and smells amazing. Along with being kept clean and sanitary. The place is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair accessible tables.The workers are calming and super helpful. They work asap and know to work fast. Along with improvising. They are loud and clear when pronouncing your name and spell it as best they can. They are also super nice.The beverages and other foods taste well and are checked if expired. They never go bad and if they do, you rarely get it. They server the drinks cold or hot. I got a Pink Drink and it was smooth, sweet, and everything a Pink Drink is and should be.Best service and place ever.5/5 ⭐

Worst Starbucks in Farmington. Terrible service-rude and unprofessional every time (Brandy). Definitely do not recommend stopping here. Also, put a mask on especially if you’re the manager; you should be following state mandates all the other Starbucks do!

I only ever get hot chocolate here but the service is great. Love the drive up or go in options. Very cozy inside. Staff is quite friendly. Do wish there were more options for those of us who dont drink coffee but still want to go out for coffee with friends.

I came from my favorite Largo location bc they ran out of the sprinkles I like for the season. I would definitely say they have made so much improvements. Good fast

Was greeted by almost every staff member but then was ignored at the counter for 5 minutes until 3 other people walked in. The next person in line was then greeted and offered to be waited on at the register next to the one where I had been standing. The drink was awful but I saw no point in complaining at that point.

I usually order one drink through drive up and service is fine, but today I went inside and ordered four drinks. When asking which drink is which the girl just said theres stickers on the side. She was very rude about it and come to find out they got my whole drink order wrong. The other girl tried to make it sound like they didnt get it wrong and even said that I can print new stickers and place them on the right ones so youre not confused. Very bad service. Very rude employees.

3-20-2020How can starbucks not have their employees wear gloves in a time like this? Ive been to Durango Joes and Dunkin donuts today and ordered drinks and they all wore gloves to protect themselves. Does starbucks not care about their employees?I asked the guy at the register if they had gloves to wear and he said they are not told to use them. To me it seems like the company isnt looking out for their employees. 😠

They are always very nice. If there is a problem with my order they always take care of it. I love going there, its very relaxing.
