This place is best to get all your cravings satisfied, with more flavors of ice cream and add ons. When you walk in, choices gets hard because every flavors looks delicious. They even have birthday cakes. Great place,clean,friendly, and try dine in. Great atmosphere and watch traffic while enjoying your favorite ice cream.

It was some good ice cream.. But the cones tasted like its been sitting there for awhile- stale.. Other then that it was good.

The ice cream was delicious and the guy scooping was super hot as well! Will definitely be returning because of him. Eye candy. But the upside down sundae was great! The store was really clean as well as the restroom! Friendly staff. I recommend!

I ordered my son’s birthday cake to be in “likeness” of a certain video game. I can not tell you how excited I was to pick it up and it was PERFECT! Not a printed picture- but the designer actually designed with frosting all the details. Amazing! Highly recommend this location & their customer service is great! Kiddos to the cake decorator- you outdid yourself.

Not super impressed. Its okay. I usually hit up ice age or dairy queen as first choices though

I went in today and had the pralines. I paid for it, took a lick and asked if I could trade it for a different flavor. It was funny tasting. The girl took it threw it away. I then was told I would have to pay for the new one by a girl name Casey (this is where the drama starts). I said I was only trading. She said there are no returns. I said if I have to pay for the other one then I’d like another one of those. She told me to get it out of the trash and eat that one! I was so appalled. I said I didn’t throw it away the other girl did. She proceeded to call me a liar and went to the trash to “show me I threw it away”. She was hostile when she saw it not there (since I didn’t throw it away and it was behind their counter trash). She came towards me very hostile and I told her to get away from me, out of my bubble. All this over a $2 ice cream. I spoke with the owner Heidi and she was extremely apologetic and offered a gift card that I declined and told her I was only calling so this woman (definitely not a lady) would be punished accordingly. She again asked me to consider the gift card which was very kind I just wanted her to know I didn’t want something free. Heidi was very kind in wanting to make it up to me.

I have loved Baskin Robbins since I was a child. Its been a favorite place to go for some ice cream. They offer seasonal flavors. This location always has friendly service.

Would be nice if the two girls who were working tonight didn’t close the shop 10-15 minutes early. Was just going to go in to get a shake and they were on their phones, they kept looking at us with the signs off. Hope someone sees this cause when I worked at an ice cream shop if we closed early it was not okay.

I ordered a capachino blast and when I started to drink it there were FULL pieces of ICE in my (blended) drink. It was so hard to drink. I got frustrated and threw it away. This will make me think twice about going there in the future.

It was a treat in a row. Kiddos like their selection.

I had ordered a cake from there and when I had picked up the cake it looked so uneven, the color of the cake was wrong and the outline of the cake was uneven. When ordering the cake also the workers there were just on their phones and I had to ask for help.
