Took my daughter here she said she liked the cheesecake mix they made her. she got the like it and it was too much for her.

Almost every time I come into this Cold Stone the workers are rude and not welcoming. They often close nearly an hour early. They usually don’t have all of the flavors ready. I would not recommend this place. It’s unfortunate this is the only Cold Stone in Farmington due to the poor service. :( I’d recommend management step in and make a few changes because they really do have the best ice cream, but the poor service dampens the entire experience.

Flavor is great but the ice cream is not frozen and drips all over you before youre even out the door. This has been an ongoing issue. They have a freezer that does not work but wont fix it. Its been over a year and we thought they would have had this issue fixed by now. We shouldnt have to purchase ice cream and then go home to freeze it ourselves. This will be the last time we buy ice cream at the Farmington, NM

I go their from time to time and they always have good service. I recently ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday and it was delicious.

The milkshakes are not consistent. I paid $5+ for it to have mostly milk. Overpriced for the quality.

It was ok. Our 1st time there. Didnt know how to order or what they can do for you. The lady didnt even help us. She just said there this ice cream or you can mix em with whatever. I was like 🤔🤔. There was more to it and I didnt know. So we ate our ice cream and left. Ill stick to Baskin Robbins 😁

Very disappointing! We went in after a long hot day of yard work hoping to cool down and treat ourselves. All we got was already melted ice cream. It was spilling all over us having just been scooped. It wasnt even cold. No joke! Now we have to wait while our ice cream sits in our freezer to firm up. My 4 year old is not happy and neither am I! We will not be going back anytime soon.

Terrible customer service

We came to have ice cream with our family including our teenage son with autism. Erin recognized our son had autism and offered to turn off the music or turn down the lights knowing that individuals with autism have trouble with excessive sensory input. It meant a great deal to our family and we will always remember it. It made the ice cream even sweeter Thank you!!

Restrooms are both out of order and the lady who took our order was wearing air pods and got our order wrong.

They do only one thing at a time but they do it well.
