Pretty upset with customer service here in Farmington, NM! When I purchased ring less than 30 days, informed that warranty would cover entire ring from diamonds to gold. The ring was a little too big for recipient and returned for resize. Informed by lady with accent, that warranty is not covering metal. At no time was I Informed during purchase that theres two different warranties. If I had known earlier in process, I would have purchase additional warranty. Muriel did not have great customer service . Please post all warranty information regarding jewelry if your staff fails to disclose vital information! Taking my business elsewhere. Returned 💍. Read other negative reviews! I rarely encounter

What a joke. Drove an hour and a half (one way) to get my ring sized after being told they would be open, just to get there and they are closed. I spoke to their manager in detail about them being opened today. Just lost my business and my husband has been buying jewelery for ten years from them. Bring back the Durango store!!! They were MUCH better!

Firstly, I never post anything negative about any businesses on google. Mainly because I believe everyone has things they can work on, and no one single business is perfect. So long as they strive to improve.BUTNever have I ever dealt with a more difficult person. Geneva is the store manager here and sent out an email to all of her clients (Including myself) stating that she would help in any way possible during the Covid crisis. Stating she would still be working from home. I spoke to her one time on the phone when I was looking for an update on the wedding ring they were resizing for my wife just prior to Covid. Directly after that phone call, she blocked my number. When I asked the customer care team for the Owners name/info, they hung up on me. Then I used their chat service, and they closed out the conversation as soon as I asked who Geneva reported to. Not a single person has been able to give me any answers. They even say theyre open online right now, but when you call it goes straight to a pre-recorded voice stating theyre still closed. Well, which is it?i just want my Wifes ring. Thats alli have a Virtual Appointment set with them for tomorrow morning (7/7/2020 Farmington, NM Store) Confirmed and all. Should they actually call and get me the answers I need, I will adjust my review accordingly. If not... well, youll be continuing to read my review. (The ONLY negative review Ive ever left anyone)Get it together folks.I would give 0 stars if I couldStay clear of this person/business if you value your time/money

Loved the customizing options of some jewelry. Christina and Jo were extremely helpful and friendly. They made ordering a custom ring not only easy but fun. Havent shopped much at Kays before, but seeing the online and store collection, and the pricing, im a new customer and its my go to store.

The sales woman who helped me with my purchase was great. However when my husband picked up the special anniversary gift ( a pocket watch) I had purchased for him the engraving was not acceptable . We live over an hour away and had made a special trip to the jeweler to choose it and pick it up. The sales person who gave the watch to my husband tried to rush him off even though the store was not busy (he could tell my husband was not happy with the engraving). I called to see what we could do to correct the situation. The sales girl tried to be helpful and then gave me to her manager. The manager told me the engraving was acceptable. I explained it WAS NOT. First, it was so tiny I could barely read what it said. Second, it was off center. When I had put the order in, I had clearly stated that if there were any problems the engraver should call me first. I never received a call. I asked for my money back or to have the engraving fixed. She said they wouldnt refund the $50 I paid extra for the engraving because the work was performed. To which I retorted that it was not performed to an acceptable quality. She continued to argue with me that it was perfectly acceptable. It absolutely is not. She said she would get in touch with their customer service and call me back. I still have not heard back. DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO A QUALITY JOB OR STAND BY IT TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED. I spent many hours finding the perfect gift for my husband and you have turned it into a sour experience. I will no longer do business with your company.

I am very displease with the service of this company that of which I purchased a necklace at a no interest rate stated by management at this location come to find out I was not financed at no interest. They need to be aware of what they are stating to customers and not mislead them just to make a sale

The staff was overall friendly and very helpful. The problem is they did not know how to set up the progressive leasing. They lied to me saying that they set me up for the 3 month leasing plan while they actually set me up for the year which brings a $600 after the initial 3 months. I called them to speak to a manager for what happened and they just brushed it off saying, once it leaves the store its no longer our Problem.

Horrible customer service over the phone. to the women who didnt state her name at the beginning of the phone call. i began to tell her that i had someone there to come in. they were authorized to pick up a jewelry i had ordered and that i had recent put her on my account. every time i began to speak, she would speak over me. i had asked her if i could finish stating my information/concerns before she could give me some answers. clearly i restated them, but it was quite. she then replied can i speak now in a rude tone. i asked if she was being a smart-ass. clearly i had no right there to say that, but you would think customers service reps would be more formal with there words. she then said rudely to call back when you are in a better mode. AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! i recalled again. and was put on hold to speak to the manager. although, the manager a i had spoke with was very concerned on this incident and truly helped with my needs. hopefully the woman is better with her customer services and a conclusion about this situation is resolved asap. id hate to have my siblings deal with that kind of rudeness. esp with people who we approach for, in search of nice gifts to our loved ones.

They “lost” my wife’s ring when we took it in to get sized. Took them a really long time just to own up to it, then even longer to replace it. Replaced after two months wait, with a nda which I feel is unlawful. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else.
