Customer service is the worst. They dont answer the phone to take orders or answer questions. You get a message that they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and that THEY ARE SORRY. A person should answer the phone!!! So I went to their store to order, waited 20 mins, got fed up and left. Attempted an on-line order for 10, of schedule 80, CPVC pipe. The price for the pipe was $18.30, but they wanted $131.25 in shipping. OMG Never again Graingers!!!
