We was in the area and checked out Watsons tractor Imple. We checked out the place. shopped around, first earlier.and returned. The employee/owner( ?) Was happy to assist us.we purchased the item we needed. Like I said he was very nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They had a lot of good information on their smallest micro tractor for any other wannabe tractor-owning enthusiasts out there! ;)

Quite condescending and difficult to work with over the phone when looking for a part. definitely will be looking for another vendor to supply my needs.

I bought a weed eater from Home Depot along with a protection plan abt a year ago and abt a month ago, the weed eater wouldn’t start. So my husband took the weed eater back to Home Depot they told him we needed to register it online and follow the steps.. which we did, we contacted echo company (which is the brand of the weed eater) they told us we need to take it to a Echo Facility and I didn’t think Farmington had that facility here but they have a contract with Watson Tractor Supply- they gave me the number to the Watson and of course they new nothing abt this.. I explained what I did and the lady who I was spoke to, she was nice and being helpful and told me just come on in will figure this out.. So I packed up my weed eater and went down to the business and at first she was very help and half way through the ordeal.. the women snapped and went Bipolar on me, telling me how I brought my problem to them and she was going to give me a free String and I could fix it myself ( we suspected the pulley string wasn’t working) Anyhow I explained to her Home Depot and Echo company told me to bring my weed eater to your business... She just went on being rude and ugly and very unprofessional. I understand she was fustrated, I was frustrated- because i got the run around and I did everything I was told to do and at the end I was sent to a person who seemed helpful at first but than gave up and instead of helping the customer and being compassionate and understanding, this women snapped at me, telling me it was my fault and making insulting comments! This women wouldn’t give me her Name... she just stated “I’m just Here” ! I Definitely dnt recommend working with this women and it’s sad she works in the front office she a liability for sure and I feel sorry for the company- I can’t imaging how she’ll treat future customers! I’ve contacted Home Depot and Echo Company- to tell let them know, how I was treated and how Watson not aware or not holding up to there contract.
