Hated this place and wont shop there again the cashier was very very rude also charged me full price when there was a sale sign up and refused to give me the sale price the cashier told the gentleman who was helping load stuff up to stop helping me to help another customer as I already paid so I felt as thou because I already paid that we were low priority to her .My whole experience there was very unprofessional....Never again !!

Attempted to buy an item at the listed price on the shelf for $8.99. After checking out, I noticed they rang up the item as $9.99I pointed this out to the clerk and was advised that they shouldve changed the posted price, but had to charge the price by what was in their computer of $9.99. They refused to sell me the item for the posted price of $8.99. Received a refund for the purchase price and returned item. This is POOR business practice and we will not return.

Great customer service hands down

Good farm and ranch store, prices are high on a lot of their stuff and some of the services they specialized in years ago like small engine parts for lawn mowers and weed eaters of all different brands they have quit carrying. The common phrase is we can order it, which doesn’t help them when competing against other stores. The store still has a lot of good quality items and staff that will help you find what you need, but the arrival of competing stores like Rural King and Menards has offered cheaper prices on similar products. Still a good hometown store though.

Terrible!!! I went in and got a pair of boots two days ago I put them on ONE time and it was for less then a hour.... but when I call to ask if I can return them the guy who answered the phone tells me I cannot take them back because I put them on.... even though I have a tag that says I can return them to the store “if they are not the most comfortable boots I’ve ever wore money back guaranteed” I have all the tags the receipt and everything. The man still said I could not return them. What a joke really the customer service was terrible!!! I will not be back

Went here because of the years of going here for the company I worked for. That being said, they were kind of the go to.Now comes today.....I enter the building, go to the area I needed. Get the part I needed. Get told the price of the part, and get told to go to the front for check out. After the item was scanned, it rang up at a price 4x the cost told to me. At this time, a line was starting to form behind me, but I insisted on the person who gave me the price, the price that was on the item I might add, to come verify the price he had given. He comes to the register, looks at the price on the register, and states that must be the price then.Now, in no establishment that I have ever been in, have I ever had the company NOT just override the price, and let the customer have it for the price it is stated to be. Not this place! They charged me the register ring-up price. I asked to speak to the manager.The manager was quick to defend an apparent store policy that has started there, not too long ago. It states that basically it dont matter what any of there items are marked at, you are going to be charged whatever the register says, like it or lump it. This was blamed on short staff, and staff members not even knowing what they are doing. This is a horrible business practice, and they should be boycotted until this policy is changed to being the customer who is done right. And should then be used as a training event for why their employees need to learn their jobs.I forgive, but I wont forget. And I will never suggest anyone go to this store for anything, ever again. You have been warned, you (the customer) are not going to be treated properly by this facility.

Started my horses on Nutrena feed. Shavings cheaper there, too. Took my zero turn there for spring maintenance. Said it was ready. But had to leave it as all work wasnt completed plus ended up buying a battery. Not too happy. Its only little over year old

Customer service is aweful. Went in to buy 10 scoops of gravel after getting 9 scoops of mulch an hour before, the manager said he would load our gavel. On his eighth scoop we finally spoke up and said those werent full scoops. He filled up the bucket 3/4 full dumped it in the trailer, backed up and crossed his arms. We said thats nine and he said nope thats ten. Its sad thats the management thats teaching the rest of the crew.

Terrible the new manager with dark hair does not know how to use a computer! I was exchanging some tractor pins that cost $4.99 for one size up that cost $5.99After walking back and forth with another employee and holding up the line as well as waisting 30 minutes of my time. All over a two dollar difference between the two I had and the two I needed. I now understand why they only make minimum wage, and have little to no business!!!!!!!

Ive only came here a few times and even then I know I can walk in and get meh service. Now to be fair ive only ever gone to the small engine department but well say this there accommodating but the word condescending matches best sadly as far as products go they sell high quality products and if you know EXACTLY what your looking for they will have it but dont go In Looking for an answer as a newbie to the engine world (I am exactly that) thats when they get condisinding now some of this may be conjecture so if you dont like this post I am sorry its just the impression I got. Hopefuly they will read this and try to act alittle less condisinding

I was online for almost an hr looking for a store that had a thin blue line flag in store. This store was the only store to have it in stock. 👏👏👏

I dont like the fact that even with a receipt and tags still on an item they wont return after 30 days. Sometimes it takes me a little while to get back in the store. They are expensive, so if something isnt right I want to know the store will take care of the customer.

I have to say Im very disappointed in the Family Center in Farmington. On my 1st ever trip to this business, my daughter (13 months) required a diaper change in the middle of our shopping trip there. I went out to the truck and retrieved the diaper bag and headed inside. I asked the woman at the checkout where the bathrooms were and if they had a baby changing table. She looked at me with a puzzled look and said No we dont have a changing table in either mens or womens bathrooms. Im not sure how a public place especially a place that uses Family in the title doesnt have any kind of changing table inside. I wouldnt have hesitated to change her in the truck in the parking lot, however the windchill was in the single digits. On another note, they advertise having Ariat brand stuff. Other than boots, I couldnt find any Ariat brand clothing. I had the same issue with Carhartt. They do carry some Carhartt stuff however its very minimal in my opinion compared to other farm and home stores. This was my first and last time shopping here. Im not impressed at all.

First time I went in there I thought it was amazing! Very nice staff, and tons of clothes and boots and accessories, also tons of farm and outdoors supplies. Especially if u have horses you should defintly go there if u are looking for supplies. A lot of saddles and tons of accersories. Definitly one of my favorite stores to go to!

2nd time I have went in there picked out a pair of boots and they were the wrong price. Save time go to rural king local or chucks boots.

Unknowledgeable and rude. We called to inquire about a type of water heater element that we bought there years ago to see if they still carried them. We asked about the stainless steel and the guy said that all heating elements are stainless, which is untrue, as most are zinc plated copper. We were changing the copper ones every 6-12 months. Our stainless steel element lasted 7 years. He just seemed to want to argue and apparently his 12 years in construction makes him an expert. We tried to support the little business but ended up calling the major retailer across the highway and getting exactly what we wanted. I highly doubt well be returning.
