Helpful staff and customers. Found what I needed in one stop.

Only two registers open while there was a really long line. Tried looking and looking for product that shows in stock online for that store but nothing and nobody to ask for help besides the two busy cashiers. Upon asking cashiers at check out the product I was wanting there was 7 in stock and supposedly on display but cashier couldnt find it and here it was in stock room in back.. need to have more employees out on floor to help customers and be nice if there was self checkout

Always enjoy coming here for affordable tools. Bunch of little things you think you dont need but come in handy. Also the bigger machines have easy to read directions for assembly. Have done several when I worked for a HF in Albuquerque.

Whatever you need for the projects you are working on Harbor freight has it!Need a welder? Theyve got it,Need a flush cut saw? Went to buy a hot glue gun, but Hobby Lobby was much cheaper dont know whats up with their prices.

Great place to buy tools or construction gear. I go to Harbor Freight wherever there is one. Im always satisfied with price & selection. The sales staff are always courteous & helpful.

Disappointing/frustrating experience on Saturday. First I will say 2 out 3 employees were helpful and friendly. We asked one for help finding kneeling pads that were on sale. She quickly went to the back and brought out a stack to restock the shelf where the sales tag was. At register (again another friendly employee) asked for assistance from other checker when it rang up as regular price. The other checker had just finished with customer whom had mentioned drought to which she replied she was enjoying the drought and watering her grass extra to keep it green. (I assume she knew them as she was not holding back on expletives as she talked.) When she came back from price check on shelf she said they were not on sale. I went back to take a picture of sales tag and she had removed it, but did not admit that. Frustrating!

Location was staffed and they were happy to help customers. They offered assistance to my husband and others around us. When we cashed out we asked for alternate sizes- he checked in the back and got the size we requested. 🙌🏽 I thought I lost my debit card and the cashier/supervisor that was helping us notified everyone and the staffed surveyed the location searching for my debit card. Turns out I left it in my car. Very happy with their responsiveness. Thank you!

Good selection of tools, not the best quality, but very affordable. If you want professional quality go with snapon tools. But for homeowner or hobbyist you cant go wrong

I have had nothing but good experiences with Harbor Freight. I have shopped at three stores (IL, TN &NM) all have great deals. I travel with fairly expensive audio, video and music equipment and HF sells Apache water resistant cases that are half the price of a more well known company. The product is indestructible and in Six years never had a problem. Customer service is excellent also. I highly recommend Harbor Freight. Jeff L-8 Google Guide.

Constantly fighting to get the discounts and savings that are clearly posted as the price. Inside track club is just a way to get a yearly membership out of you for the same concept that most other stores do for free. Its called a sale. Whenever its done in the year, its just a sale. But here at harbor freight you get to pay to be apart of those sales.. get it? The cheap stuff has gotten to a quality thats hardly usable. Their newer tool lines dominate shelves with price tags no different than you will at home improvement stores. BUT you will never find a 36 pack of paint brushes anywhere else and certainly not for 12 bucks. Just be selective on what youre going to save your money on

Bad customer service... stocker didnt want to help us and asked cashier for the item but she kinda didnt help as well...

We usually find some good deals here at decent prices. The customer service is good. The guys with numbers could smile and greet customers a bit.

Went in to buy a compound miter saw. There’s one on sale on display listed as clearance ($159 12” saw), so they’re not getting any more. Manager on duty wouldn’t sell it to me - said he tried to call the store manager to get approval (6:10 pm). Store manager turns her phone off and won’t answer, but the manager said she’d probably not sell the display anyway. This is NOT the way to get rid of clearance merchandise and make a little money. I found what I wanted but wasn’t allowed to buy it.

I used to go to harbor freight and buy my stuff there Ive asked for help a few times and they finally turned around told me go that way going that way doesnt mean nothing they dont like to help you and if they do they get an attitude maybe the general manager that runs harbor freight there needs to have a talk with all of his other employees and try to teach them to have more patience and consideration thank you

Ive been to Harbor Freight in Phoenix AZ. And its nice to see the store arrangement is pretty much the same. So finding items is much easier.Ive used the tools and totally satisfied with their durability and price. Interesting various new tools available. I can go and spend a few extra minutes exploring the store.Great customer service. They treated me with great service and verbal manners. 👍Glad Harbor Freight opened up in Farmington. Will continue to visit and shop in the days to come.... 😀

Once I bought reciprocating saw here to trim some tree branches. 10 minutes into the job the tool burst in flames! Fortunately I only live 10 minutes away from the Harbor Freight store, and I brought it back, still on fire. The woman behind the counter had a voice like Droopy Dog. What seems to be the trouble?, she said,in a very nasally Droopy Dog voice. I responded in a thundering voice that would make Billy Graham envious. ITS ON FIRE!!!!, I intoned.... Droopy Dog rolled her eyes, sighed because she didnt get paid enough to care, and took my saw, which still smoldered like the oil fields of Kuwait, to the back. I followed her enough to watch her drop the tool into a 50 gallon drum of water, quenching it as a blacksmith would quench a horseshoe. She returned. Will that be a refund or exchange sir? I roared with laughter and said, What do you think?, As we both savored the aroma of roasting home improvement hell...

A great place to find tools that you wont mind loaning or losing. I go here to get specialty tools that I will only use a couple of times. The quality is not questionable if you go in knowing that it isnt too grade but its reliable.

Their products and selection are more customer oriented than the attitudes some of their shift supervisors. When the regular employees care more then their managers, theres a problem.
