The techs are very poor at calling back or communicating. They are more expensive than I like and had nine kinds of hell getting our AC repaired. Going to use someone else next time unless I have no choice.

I will never call on these guys. One of their drivers crossed 2 lanes of traffic, with no one in the right lane, cutting me off (in left lane) I moved to the right lane to pass and the driver proceeded to speed up and go over 70 so I could not pass and get in front of him. I called the company to complain and the person I talked to (didnt say he was a supervisor or manager so not sure) was given the license plate number and description of the driver and said he would take care of it. No information was asked for of me to let me know of the situation, if it does ever get handled. If they dont have professionalism while driving company vehicles I wouldnt think they would have it in the house. I saw a review on yelp where they broke a door threshold, didnt tell the owner of the house and tossed outside.. so unprofessional.

Ive used them a few times and always let me know how much and back up there work. Best in my opinion.
