I was shopping for a bike, and these guys completely blew me off so I bought one in Durango. I purchased a windshield from these clowns, who took my money but never got me the windshield. They cant even give me any details about my order. Complete incompetence. Dont do any business here. Drive 30 miles to Durango where customers are appreciated

I came into this Harley dealership and was wanting to get my motorcycle battery tested. After waiting to talk to someone they told me that they couldnt do it with the battery in the bike. Then they asked if I had a Harley, I said no, I have a Kawasaki Vulcan 1700. They told me to go to the Kawasaki dealer 😪. Im sorry folks but a motorcycle battery is a motorcycle battery. So I assume that they dont provide service for anything that is not on their sign. Too bad cause I also needed a stereo system and GPS installed. No wonder they are always dead. I just moved here from Michigan and everyone told me to go to Harley dealership if I needed any work done which is not the case.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff greeted as soon as I walked in and helped me right away. Staff also answered all my questions. Overall they have the best customer service.

This is the best Harley Davidson dealership around. We have bought 2 new bikes from them and they always made us feel like VIPs. This is where we will continue to take our business and highly recommend you do the same.

So I took my brand New 2021 Polaris Rzr Turbo S4 Dynamix here for its 1st oil change. Got it back 4 hrs later thinking they did good. Finally had to chance to ride it the next day & horrified to find out engine oil had come out of drain plug. Called them back & they told me to bring it back ASAP. After 2 weeks at shop they admitted they overlooked tightening the drain plug & it took out the turbo. They replaced turbo & checked compression & said it was good to go. Now here we are few months later I have a bad knocking noise in crankcase area along with propel resistance & from other mechanic sources, they said the bearings probably spun from 1st mishaps. Now I’m on wait list for appt which is over month out from time I told them what happened, just to get my New Rzr checked again, which I’m probably sure it’ll need a New engine. You would think they would do their best to check it/fix it ASAP. Frustrated & Anguished. Ridiculous.

Jessica was great at getting us in to have our razor serviced on short notice. The others working up front were very helpful in assisting us in checking out and finding what we needed. Overall, very respectful, courteous, and helpful.

These guys are awesome. I was halfway into a 3500 mile trip, they got me in on a Sunday and was able to get an oil change done and check over the bike for me. Very nice place with plenty of stuff to buy and laid out very nicely.

Took my rzr 1000 in on April 29th for squealing belt and vibration only in 4wd. Some miscommunication on May 1st led me to believe the belt and clutch had been inspected and all was good. Saturday May 2nd, I was told that the front diff was removed and repairing it. May 5th I called and was told the tech had just looked at my clutch and had not had a chance to look at the vibration issue yet. May 6th I called and was told that the output shaft seals on the front diff were leaking and needed replaced. That was done and put back together. This afternoon on the 7th I was told the tech hasnt been working on mine due to a warranty issue on another vehicle. At this point I told them I will pay for what they did and came to get my unit.. I do not mind waiting my turn to get looked at but to just leave it doesnt cut it for me. The belt still squeals along with the vibration it originally went in for. Very disappointed

Twice got wrong parts! For my Harley. Have to order parts for my Suzuki . Even though their a Suzuki dealer . 350$ for oil change! An parts expensive as hail! So I don’t know! I still bought me a sport glide!!

I Havent really dealt with the service or sales dept, but you guys deserve a 5 star rating for one reason....Cory in the parts department. He is always very patient on the phone and is pretty quick to find whatever part i need, even if i dont have a part number for him. If the higher-ups are reading this, please do whatever you can to keep him with your shop for years to come. Its hard to find a good parts guy, and hes one of the best Ive dealt with. Excellent customer service!

Came into buy a oil filter and oil for a new bike I just bought. Parts guy was poorly trained or just dumb. Said he diddnt have the oil filter for my bike. After some head scratching he figured it out. Took 20 min to sell me an oil filter and oil. Store has a very poor selection of parts and accessories. I do not recommend shopping at this establishment.

I was passing through from out of town when my battery and check engine light came on my Electra. Luckily, I was 5 miles from Four Corners HD when it occurred. Turns out that it was a bad regulator. I was immediately and honestly taken care of with zero hassle. Two hours later, I was back on the road and headed home. Everyone there was extremely friendly but I especially want to thank Anthony, and also, l didnt catch his name but MS the tech on the work order in service who made it all happen . I look forward to coming back sometime hopefully with nothing broken,. But if Im in the area and need service I know exactly where to go. Thanks again.

This was my first visit and I was impressed. I am new to motorcycles so I wanted to just learn about the differnt models and start getting an idea of the type I feel comfortable riding. I talked with Colby and he was awesome. It was nice to talk with someone so knowledgeable and friendly. I learned more from him in an hour than I would in days off the internet. Plus being able to sit on differnt styles and discuss options helped me narrow down my options. Next visit will be for a test ride.

Great place to buy but never try and get a repair here--6 weeks after making an appointment they still have yet to look at my ride.

5 stars to Anthony Martinez in Service. We are riding 2008 and 2014 Harley Electra-Glides on a 2-month cross country road trip from Seattle to Key West (corner-to-corner of the US). On Day 7, we departed Cortez, CO for Santa Fe, NM. It was 29 deg F in Cortez that morning. Shortly after departure from Cortez, the Overheat & Engine Check lights illuminated on my 2014 FLHTK. We immediately stopped on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in Southern Colorado. After short panic, called 2 local motorcycle shops with no luck. My buddy then called Four Corners Harley and got Anthony from the Service Dept. He was EXCELLENT, told us exactly what to do and what to look for, he really knew the bike in detail. He even offered to come pick us up 90 miles away. We decided to continue but watch for items Anthony explained. The problem never re-occurred and the bike hummed along with no problem since. We were extremely impressed with Anthony’s knowledge, patience and willingness to help.

The store needs to get on their website and let us know they now have winter hours. We came here from Page, Az thinking they were open Sunday. We arrived to read on their front door that they were now on winter hours. We relied on website info. We knew they are closed Mondays. We wasted time coming all the way out here.

Employees park in tge customer motorcycle parking. Never have anything in stock. And getting service there is hard. Plan to walk around 20min before getting help
