Ridiculous prices, no help from staff

The employees were super helpful and respectful. Prices are on par with the big box stores with the benefit of helping out a smaller business.

It is an ok place if you need a few odds and ends for different projects that require wood. However, i had a 492 foot linear fencing project that I had budgeted $4k in materials for. I didnt realize with the covid pandemic that there would be a shortage on pressure treated wood at the big box stores. I found my way here by way of a recommendation of a neighbor. The staff was friendly and helped me locate my materials and while I did end up getting all of my fence post from them at a cost of almost a 1k I did not return for the rest of the required materials. Mainly because they have signs up that say no sorting, no refunds, and things of that nature. I am not spending my hard earned money and not be able to pick and choose what pieces I want to pay for. In the bundle of fence post I purchased about 7 of them were unusable due to being cracked or extremely bowed. So i had to go to Lowes to obtain replacements which took a few days due to none being in stock. The prices were cheaper at Lowes and better selection. Even though it is taking longer to finish my fencing project I rather wait and get quality for less than spend more money and it be a toss up in terms of quality. So like i said i would go here for onesies and twosies only if the big box stores didnt have what I needed and I need it quickly. Again great staff but their rules and prices could use some improvement.

These people are very disrespectful and rude. They loaded a door and slammed it into my tailgate and refused to make it right. Said he is not responsible for his ignorant employees. Yes you did try after you were rude and disrespectful. And you tried to make it right because you know your employee did it. See you in court papers already filled.

Discount material for some home improvement needs.

Its a drive thru lumber yard that carries most of what you need. Some things may have to be ordered but it worth the wait. Downside, their prices are a lot higher than they were 5 years ago but I guess thats to be expected.

Lowes is cheaper. A convenient place if youre close by and cant make it to Lowes. Had a hard time, finding someone to help me here.

Good stuff at low prices! These folks are like the old style big box store, which was the lumber yard. Not fancy, but they have things you need for home improvement at prices you can afford. The folks working there help you in a variety of ways, from showing you where to find all their products, to loading them onto/into your vehicle. Moulding, doors, windows, sheds, hardware, they’ve got you covered.

‼️We have found a new “Toy” Store‼️I’ve always wanted to go check it out.We were in huge need to replace bathroom window. Everything was special order for what were needed Andover $600. Finally found one place that had one that was special order and customer could not use, returned. That place would sell half off.The there Builders Bargain. Called, the young lady said she was sure they had the size. I explained we were far away from them(45min Drive) and was she mind being sure. She did. We went there, had several to choose from. They’re all Godsends!The young man that helped us out in warehouse was above excellent! Patient, polite, knowledgeable, so helpful, etc!He wrote up what we were getting & gave to young lady at desk. As I was paying, son pulled truck through & was loaded up, ready to go!I am telling you, if you haven’t been; you need to!They are great!God blessPrayers alwaysStay safe

Great place to go if youre a do it yourselfer, or a professional. They have plenty of deals, and so many clearance items. Theyre under new management now. If you spend as much time at home depot, or lowes as I do I highly recommend you check them out!

Very convenient you drive through get what you want pay at the end the workers there are very nice help you put stuff on your vehicle make sure you got your stuff tied down and give you a flag so you can ride to legally down the street with what youve loaded on your truck or work van

I like the place nothing fancy n not alotta overhead n the staff will put you right on what youre looking for if you in fact have any idea of building materials youre looking for the application at hand !

They have a lot of building materials. You dont get to choose your own lumber so it could be less desirable but its less expensive. If you need it for your project, they probably have it.

This place is a great value and their personnel work with you let him know what you trying to do they will help you choose the best wood materials for you
