Nice store but terrible customer service. After staff failed to return at least 5 calls the manager guaranteed us that he would locate our missing window and call us back by 5 pm. As of this morning we discovered he had gone on vacation and didnt help to resolve our issue or return our call.We have had this ptoblem since early October.Hopefully the corporate office will help to resolve this issue.I rarely rate a business with 1 star but this was well earned.Ridout is now resolving the issue so I raised the rating to 3 stars.Brian was very helpful and went out of his way to help.

Overnight parking along road. Not fast at unloading. Everyone friendly and professional except for one employee. Take Exit 67 if north bound, turn right at light then immediately turn left at next light, go about 1.5 miles then turn right at 1st light, go thru second light, Ridout will be on your right.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and quick with helping us figure out exactly our wants and needs for our home.

I ordered a few interior doors and was told it will be sent in and would be in a week. Called a week later and said they would check on it, no return call to explain status. Called a week later again and the salesperson I talked to was not in. Left a message, never received a phone call. A month has passed and another excuse of I was in the hospital at that time my patience was running out and gave him another chance. Lets just say, 2 months later and still nothing. Their lost, since I work with one of the biggest rental properties in NWA. I could put his name on here, but Im not going to stoop that low.

From the moment I was on the phone with Gary to the time I left the store it was a VERY helpful experience! I was needing a quote on materials for lifting a floor and he helped me every step of the way! As well as the lady in the flooring department! She was there to answer all my questions😊

Went in for construction adhesive and a window quote. Had several people helping me and quick accurate service. Then I browsed the power tools and was shown a great deal on a reciprocating saw.

The sales associate was very friendly and extremely helpful. He helped me pick out all of the exterior doors and then got them keyed to work on the same key in short order.

They handled our carpet installation for our new home. We had to have one room replaced because of the seam. The living room now needs to be replaced because of the seam and where it hits the tile. It has only been about 15 months. Apparently, they stretched the carpet on the bottom stair and stapled it to fit. The staples have now come undone and wood is showing. Anyone know a good carpet company?

Bad customer service

After waiting months for our windows, they say they lost them and had to come remeasure them. Then they lose the measurements so yet again I have to make sure someone is home for them to measure. Months later they install them and they were the wrong ones! So now we have two styles on our house. Here it is again months later, still havent heard from them or when we will get our replacements from their mistake! Horrible service!

Called and ordered carpet last Monday. Called a week later to check the status to find out the order was never put through. Horrible customer service and just wasted a week of my time.
