Thomas Auto Collision just replaced a fender on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I went to them after receiving a wishy-washy estimate for repair from my local Gerber Collision which left me feeling less than confident. When I showed up at Thomas I immediately got the vibe that this is a real body shop like from the good old days and not a fancy front for a corporate Goliath. I got to deal directly with the owner, Stephen, who was informative and polite. He gave me a few different options budget-wise and he delivered as promised. The repair is indistinguishable from new. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I met Stephen and he discussed all the details of my car repairs and service to be done. He offered a free rental but I declined due to our family having a second vehicle to use. We have had to get two cars repaired from here and we were very impressed from start to finish. They communicated clearly at how much the repairs would cost and how long it would take. One of the cars was repaired earlier than they had estimated. We were even able to get a loaner car during the duration of the repairs. When we got the cars back, you would never know that the car had previously been damaged. Both cars look great!If I find my self need auto collision again, I will not be going anywhere else.

This is our second time using Thomas Auto Collision and each time the work was done in a professional manner. The paint match was excellent and the alignment of the seams are right on. Stephen is easy and friendly to deal with and gave us a time to drop off and pick up the vehicle which was on the time promised. When I came in for a quote, Lee offered me two solutions. One of which was considerably less money out of pocket. Much appreciated and I will take my cars here going forward. I highly recommend them. Updated: I took my car in to get some scratches taken care of. Lee did a fantastic job and gave me a very reasonable price.

Our van looked brand new after a bad accident once Thomas Auto Collision was done with it. Perhaps the thing that impressed me the most was that the first thing the owner asked after I called to get a quote was “are you and your family OK? Did anyone get hurt?“ this is an honest company that does solid work. I will always use them and recommend them.

Did an amazing job when my rear fender was smashed while parked in a parking lot. Worked with my insurance and had it taken care of in expected time. Paint was done so well you cannot tell there was an issue. Would certainly use again.

Guys are great. Awesome job on my cars body work. Prices were fair.. Loaner car made it soooo much simpler! Just be willing to wait for a loaner car. Big plus I loved the loaner car so much, I bought it!

Over the past 8 years, Steve has performed 2 minor repairs and one major car collision repair for our family. We have no issues (after the major repair) and the paint looks great on the touch up repairs (very difficult metallic flake on that car with dark color and depth looks good). We stopped to see if we needed to have an area that had gotten a deep scratch repainted.A gentleman came out, looked at car and said he could buff it out.He went back into shop,got what needed and buffed out scratch.Did not want any money.What a honest and nice thing to do.Know if we need anything done will go there.

Repairs took over a week longer than the staff quoted me on, and lied to me about the progress when I went to check up on my car.When I got it back, there were duct tape marks all over the roof and hood where they taped the drop cloths. The staff said that they didnt use duct tape, but the my car said differently.Its hard trusting a company that isnt completely honest or willing to admit their fault, so I cant recommend taking your car here.

What wonderful service! After making a stupid mistake pulling out of a driveway, they not only fixed my truck but cleaned my truck. A little embarrassing but made my day brighter when I picked it up. I would suggest this place to anyone.

They did a great job on my 2015 Subaru Outback after I was rear ended, I just had to drop it off, they told me it would be 2-3 weeks to order the parts and get the work done. I got it back in just over 2 weeks. The car looks better now than when I bought it. I hope I never need their services again but if I do ill go here.I had 5 stars but my car was pulling to the left and Thomas Collision said that they checked my alignment and nothing was wrong, being hit in the rear wouldnt cause my alignment to be off. I went to Belle Tire and had them double check and my alignment was off. They adjusted it and my car is no longer pulling to the left. It caused a headache and should have been more carefully examined from the beginning so I didnt have to fight with my insurance company to pay for the alignment that should have been done in the first place.
