Just moved to MN and was looking for a loveseat recliner. Went to several places in Fergus and more in Fargo. This place had a huge selection and reasonable prices. We ended up buying a loveseat recliner and mattress. Sales gal Vicki was great! Easy purchasing and scheduling delivery. I will update my review when I get the stuff delivered and used.

They were very helpful. With us buying our first home we were looking at something reasonably priced and able to be delivered in a timely manner. They found us a great sectional and it even came with a free recliner bonus.

They usually have lots to choose from and the place is well-lit and furniture displayed nicely. Prices are good too!

We ordered a specific patterned chair back in January, we got a chair today in the totally wrong pattern. Not impressed that it took 7 months to order the wrong pattern.

I have purchased several items from the slumberland store in fergus falls, and have been pleased with the help I was given in selecting what I needed. I live in Colorado and have a cottage in the area, therefore making it hard to purchase things and have them delivered in the short window of time I am there. Their service is top notch and with the added return policy has made it very easy for me get what I need.

The sales person was really nice and helped us carry the mattress we bought to our truck!

My fiance and I have been looking at mattresses for ourselves and our daughter. We stopped by Slumberland. The reason we chose Slumberland over the other competitors is because they were not lurking or hovering over us as we tried the mattresses. They stopped one or two times to let us know that they were available for questions if we had any. Also, they have a fabulous payment option which we are taking advantage of. Great customer service!

Slumberland in Fergus Falls was amazing to work with. I love that it is local. We have bought from them before and had a recliner that had a piece that broke and they were excellent to work with getting it fixed. So we decided to order a new furniture set through them. Vicki was excellent to work with through the whole process. I am a little nervous about how long it may take to get our furniture in, but that is not their fault, that is due to Covid. So far I am very happy!!!

Went there looking for 2 recliners. The store was very nice and clean. Found 2 great recliners for 200 bucks cheeper than anywhere else we had looked. Arranged delivery and payment online and spoke to Vickey for any other questions. Everything done quickly and didnt have to drive up there again. Would recommend this place!

I think the price of the furniture is good. I am just very disappointed in the time frame of getting the furniture. Originally they told me all would be there by December. Not true. Now maybe February. Thats not acceptable. I wouldnt recommend you for that reason alone.

Very disappointed actually. I was told there are no side tables with the coffee table I ordered yesterday. I was browsing this morning, searching anywhere to see if Donnison had matching tables. Yes they do, on the slumberland web site. Even when talking with the woman on the phone, she was almost discouraging my purchase as it will take a while to arrive.Now I have to try to get the side tables. Wish I could have done it all yesterday.

Good experience all around, from the buying to the delivery! Jean & Vicki both do a great job. Very nice to work with. The delivery guys did a great job as well, very personable, careful & cleaned up afterwards.

Was happy with the purchase and the staff until 3 months later and still no couch. I made a call asking why it hadnt arrived and they said it got pushed back a month and they didnt even bother calling me to tell me. This happened two more times before I canceled my order.

This is our third purchase from the Fergus Falls Slumberland. After going to other stores they gave the best customer hands downs. We will continue to buy all of our furniture from there!

Excellent service, very accommodating when we placed the order. Then the order took 3 weeks to arrive after being told it would be a week. We were told when our order came in we would be high priority and get it right aware (the delivery people knew this also as we were told.) The order came in on Thursday and were told delivery was booked up for today. The delivery guys would call us first thing in the morning to set up a time. Friday at noon we called Slumberland and were told that the delivery people were delivering out of town and would be back at 2pm. And guaranteed us that they would deliver ours first. Slumberland called us just before 5pm to tell us that they would deliver it Monday morning. They make promises that they can’t follow through with and then deny they ever said that or didn’t mean it. We are ready to cancel the order! I wonder when they will bring it on Monday.

The Dilworth location was out of stock on a mattress I wanted but gave me the number to the Fergus falls location I called them and they went and checked their stock and called me right back to say they had it I drove down there, and the ladies there were very helpful and courteous I was loaded up and heading home in a matter of minutes!

I stopped on a whim for a futon mattress but really didnt think they would have one. They had numerous! I was pleasantly surprised to see the different choices and the prices were better than what I had found online at places. I was assisted but not hounded, the right amount of help from a sales person.

I think my sales representative was excellent I would give her a five star, but as far as slumberland and having the products that the advertised in the paper on hand for their customers I would give you a one minus.I was in two months ago to buy furniture that was advertised in our flyer and when you get out to our store in Fergus Falls yet can’t get it for sometimes a month or two or they don’t know exactly when it’s available and I know other people and town that I’ve had the same issuesI feel bad for your sales representatives. Because I’m quite sure they work on commission and went to slumberland can’t get the products out on the floor for the customer I’m sure it’s frustrating and orders get canceled it must be very difficult for your people to make a living out there and you have some excellent sales people they just need to have the product available so they can sell it.

When we called there she was very friendly like she ever known those for years she helped us out exactly what we are looking for. What we found online she actually found the same thing for us it will be here in less than a week a nice new table

Assistant was not that sure at first I was an actual sale. She simply pointed in the direction where the Kona drop leaf table was that I asked to see. She did not TAKE me to the item I referred to. She said they would have to ORDER one.Then I asked for 2 EXTRA matching chairs.I would have to ORDER them, too.I asked if I could just buy and take the floor sample. Yes, thats what I did. She then realized she had 2 more matching chairs in stock as well. I took those as well.She didnt want to honor my $50.00 coupon on my phone, either. But she finally did after checking with her manager.Then when I paid for everything, she OVERCHARGED me $111.00 and some change. She said she would refund that to my debit card.Im not impressed with her performance as a sales representative. Fergus Falls, Minnesota, is a small town. They always say to buy local.My actual entrance into the Slumberland was to pick up 2 table lamps and three 30 inch high bar stools I had purchased and had delivered to the Fergus Falls store location. I pur6those items in Alexandria, Minnesota and had them transferred to Fergus Falls.As you can see, I was NOT JUST WINDOW SHOPPING!!

We were looking to make a big purchase for living room after a move to MN. We walked in and were greeted by a sales rep. We walked around looking for furniture when suddenly my hand felt wet. I looked and had wet paint on me AND my jacket. Why? Why would they not have a freshly painted area roped off and signs placed saying wet paint? Needless to say the coat was ruined and we bought a living room set elsewhere! Shame on you Slumberland! You lost a good customer!
