Very laid back St. Louis feel and customer service compliments the service.One thing to remember: this shop is very popular because they get it done right; so sometimes the appointment dates are a little far out. I bought some new wheels and tires from AW this week. We had to order the wheels. Very pleased with how it turned out, and happy with the service there. I was watching and they hand tightened the lugs on my new wheels and took good care of my 1973 Riviera. Rob and the team was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

NO TIRE SHOP around me could put Continental P235/50 18 tires on my car so i was referred to Andy Wurm. They got it done in less than an hour ! It’s first come, first serve so be mindful of that ! I most DEFINITELY will go back for all my tire needs !

Ive previously only purchased tires from Andy Wurm which has always been affordable and Ive had nothing but positive experiences. Recently I was quoted $665 for mechanic work by a dealer. I called Andy Wurm and they gave me a quote for half the price. When my car was completed I was told the actual price was $100 less than my quote due to labor hours being less. They could have easily pocketed the extra $100 considering I was already committed to the first quote they gave me. I really appreciated the honesty and level of service I received.

Editing my review to reflect my full experience. Was very happy that Andy Wurm reached out to me and offered assistance with this matter. This probably would not have been an issue for someone who drives enough to replace tires every 5 years. Great to see the company stand behind their product and service.Bought a set of new tires from Andy Wurm in November 2015. I dont put a ton of miles on my vehicle. Tons of tread left on them. But I noticed that one of the tires developed a slow leak, so I took it to my local service station (I moved to Florida after buying the tires). Turns out 2 of the tires they sold me were made in 2011. So they were 4 years old when they sold them to me. Thats roughly half the recommended life for a set of tires. So now Im having to replace all of these tires 4 years sooner than I should have. No point in saying Id never shop there again - as I live out of state. But really disappointed.

This place is all about money. If you care about professionalism this is not the place for you. I had a nail in my tire and the staff supposedly patched it up. 2 days later the same tire was flat. Went back up there and the staff did not care that I’ve wasted my time and did not give me a discount for wasting my time. I was even told the staff member previously did not even patch up my tire right. Did I mention this company couldn’t tell me when my warranty expire. Will not be returning to this place.

I arrived without calling and they replaced all 4 of my tires in little more than hour (probably would have been faster if they werent so busy, lol) super efficient and friendly not to mention $200 cheaper then what a mechanic quoted to me. I drive all week for my job so my 6 year old son and I are so happy and grateful!

The people are great.. The wait was longer than my small child had patience for, but the people in the office were very kind. Now returning for two days in a row because my rear tire had a brand new shinny screw in it and not this morning my other BRAND NEW TIRE WAS ON A FLAT. This is time consuming and almost not worth little bit of money saved on their tire pricing. Three trips in two day is not what i would call good business. The new tire that went flat over night.

Always gets me in and out and even the used tires are in great condition. The staff is reliable and courteous and they have extensive knowledge about the work they do. Affordable as well. I have been a customer for 15 years.

Good prices, and service, however, the wait time can terrible at times. They need to do a better job of getting people out of there faster. I had to wait 2 and 1 half hours for one tire. Still a good value despite that.

Brought in trailer tire. Was told 45 minutes. 3 hours later told 5 minutes. Tire was set next to machine for at least an hour. Would not recommend if you are in a hurry.

Outstanding service from the minute I called to dealing with Ryan and TJ. Gave me the options I needed to make to my destintion and just had to wait my turn, they get busy but they maintain a steady flow of in and out. My wait time was reasonable given that there were other customers in front of me. They changed my flat and put spare becoz my rim was cracked and needed to be welded. Happy with these guys glad I went there instead of that other place.

From the front counter ladies to the mechanics Ive met and dealt with all of the women at the counter and I truly feel they deserve a lot more recognition then they get. If it wasnt for the women up front that place would be at a standstill. Andy Wurm Tire Company is a great Place

Ive been coming to this establishment for years and have never had a problem. As long as they keep tire prices reasonable for NEW and used i will continue giving them business. When calling the staff are accommodating, although sometimes its easier going in person since they stay busy. I bought 4 new tires last year and went to get one serviced. I didnt have to stress over my warranty, everything was in the system. I was in and out in no time, tire fixed!!

Im giving a three star for todays visit. I have been going to andy wurm since 1986 for the selections and great prices but now after today i am no longer a customer. I got there at 8:15 they didnt finish my car till 10:20 👎👎👎 they pulled my car in at 8:30. I was only getting mount and balance of my own 4 tires. I had just went there two months ago for the same thing witch cost $96.00 it was not disclosed about any price change they end up charging me $160.00 to do the same thing from two months ago I ask why so much she said everyone went up i was 😠😠. Had they told me that i would be spending $40.00 a piece to have a tire done i would have declined. AW is no longer competitive in pricing now its easy to take my business elsewhere. They got me with the open check book scheme.

Place is always pack and slow; The black lady at the front receptionist area is rude, especially to her own kind and smile in white people face. aka fake. And nothing was really wrong with my tire, but they still found some way to charge me, saying they took the tire off, when it was simply the flap around the tire...watch them..sneaky

The location is easy to find, the service ladies are professional and friendly. Most of all the mechanics are knowledgeable and will provide details of the work needed prior to servicing your automobile, while answering any question you might have. I recommend this business to single women who arent comfortable with car mechanics.

Like all shops, out to get your money. I had to return to get a stud for my wheel and I was charged $45. My paperwork said $50 for stud and lug nut, I had my own lug nut and still I was charged darn near $50.

New to the St Louis area and a Costco member but after a recommdation from friend and Florissant native Luke Bland, came here instead. It was nearly closing time on a Friday afternoon but they put a set of very reasonably priced tires on my old 1993 Lexus and had me rolling in record time. Highly recommended.

I had a bent wheel on my customers 24” wheel. I called and they told me to bring it in. They told me they can fix it but it wouldn’t be guaranteed. Not a problem. They took off the old tire and installed a new one I bought somewhere else. They were very pleasant to deal with and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for wheels and tires to come here. They have all sorts of custom wheels and tires. They have a good selection of 30”s. They even have the Dayton wire wheels! Clean store with knowledgeable employees. Employees are a companies number one asset.

I was waiting 3 hours for a slow leak in my tire. Never got seen and finally just left at that point, seemed like they were more interested in their cigarette break than getting people taken care of.

I recently had my two lower control arms replaced and front end alignment done. Andy Wurm was by Far the lowest price. I was going to have the work completed by a nearby place only due to wanting to have it done earlier. The other place told me on the phone they could do it on the day I needed and would match the price. Once I got there they changed their mind and told me they could not match the price. I decided I would wait for an open time at Andy Wurm and glad I did. I can always trust them. I also ended up needing two tires and they worked a good deal on those as well. I have never had a bad experience there.

I wish every one was on the same page. I called yesterday was told they had several tires in the size i needed the lady told me to come in the morning. I went at 7:30am today and they told me they had none and didnt know who told me that. Also got some work done and was told that all my tires were checked. However the next day I woke up to a flat tire and my valve stem was cracked. I tried to tell the lady I was speaking with but she just would shut the heck up and let me talk! While driving down highway 70 going from St. Louis to St. Charles I had a worn front tire that had a belt break through forcing me off the highway. To my luck less than a mile from the highway I came across Andy Wurm Tire & Wheel. The service was extremely professional, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the showroom was clean and inviting.One of the mechanics named Zack walked out to my car to check out the situation, and said he had a used tire that would work good and could get me done and out within 20 minutes.Owning my own business I know how important first impressions are, and that its important for all employees to show a positive attitude and professionalism. I was blown away by this experience and would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.

I have been a longtime customer of Andy Wurm. Today I was in and out much quicker than I had expected. And although I was unable to get a used tire, the new one was reasonably priced.The two employees I interacted with (TJ & Rob) were both pleasant and welcoming.Truly a great experience.

I thought I had found a pretty good place for car repairs other than the dealer but that was BEFORE I had my fuel pump replaced at Andy Wurm in 2015. Then less than a year later in 2016 it had to be replaced again. Here it is 2017 and once again....its the fuel pump. 3 fuel pumps in 3 years. Whats wrong with the fuel pumps that are being used. I bought my car new. Im the only owner and driver of this car so I know.....the issue wasnt taken care of correctly neither time. Great prices mean nothing if you have to continue fixing the same issue over and over. Maybe the assemby wasnt done or the parts were not new but I dont plan to use the services again and intend on sharing this experience with others rather than refer them to others. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service.

A longtime Ferguson business that provides great service to their customers. On the day I was there they were very busy, service is first-come-first-served so I had to wait a couple of hours to get my tire plugged. Once the technician pulled my car into the bay it was quickly fixed and I was on my way.

I love Andy Wurm. My father, and i have been coming here forever. They are worth their weight in gold. The tires, mounted, balanced, and out the front door are the cheapest you are going to get. You wont find a cheaper car tire than here, but truck tires on the other hand which are naturally more expensive can be a competition with rivals, but i still come here because i trust them, they are family owned, and the prices are still in reason to what competition charges. Keep up the great work Andy Wurm.Update 10/8/19Once again a great experience with Andy wurm, bought 4 new tires, cheapest price in town, even went and out of 4 of my old tires, mounted my best old tire too my spare rim at no charge, cant say enough great things about this shop.
