BUT you get what you pay for..Took in my 06 300c to get it straight piped turned out pretty good but my left had light a 1- 1/2 sag I asked about it and was told yah those sides are tricky have a nice day... it was ok I fixed it. Oh and I drove home with tools attached to my pipes too!!

The store manager (Niki) saved me a lot of money. Gave me every coupon she could think of and a lot of extra discounts. Though, as I person I’m more worried about time… not as speedy as I’d have liked, but was an overall great experience. Go see Niki, she’ll work with you.

They made me pay for a part I didn’t need and and Stole all my valuables out of my vehicle. They didn’t lock my vehicle. I would not recommend this place.

Best place in the Lou hands down! The Service Manager Nicole is very knowledgeable and professional. She really strives to help the customer and is a great people person! Nikki is awesome and always gets me in when I need it! Always looks to give a good deal especially when spending a decent amount and doesn’t try to overcharge or make up things that are wrong! I would definitely say to give them a chance if you need repairs or anything done!

I went to get an inspection and they failed my car for issues that should not have failed. They wanted to charge me nearly 300 to replace a bushing that when another mechanic went to replace said it was fine. they also failed me for improper size of my wipers but that doesnt fail an inspection as long as there is no damage and the drivers side is clear in the rain. I took my car to 3 others to make sure i got the best repair price and out of the list they told me needed fixed, only one was needed. they just wanted to charge more.Lets also mention that this location is not following city mandate for covid safety. none of them were wearing a mask. except one person for a total of 10 mins.

This is honest shop that tells you upfront about repairs needed with no pressure.

I had a absolute GREAT experience! They mechanics are super nice and especially Nicky who works the front desk!! Good customer service is such a lost art these days! Thankfully not at Meineke S Florissant location.I called and spoke with Nicki about getting my oil changed. She was warm, friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. After talking with her about my needs and being so impressed with how she conducted business, I took my car in w/o hesitation! She told me there would be a long wait up front, as it was Saturday and I had no appointment. I really appreciated that. I needed my headlight bulb change which was no easy task, per another company, and another place had no space for an required application but like there website says, leave your vehicle and they can and did take care of me. Left it there overnight and before noon was finished

This place is great and they give you an honest estimate. This is the second time Ive had to take a vehicle in for maintenance and they are excellent at explaining the issues and cost. No hidden fees and just a delight to work with.

CAR STOPPED WORKING AFTER I HAD IT REPAIRED THERE...NOW I DONT HAVE TRANSPORTATION

What started as a 2-3 hour job turned into a 7 hour excursion and more money. Dont get me wrong, this did help but dadgum 7 hours? She was VERY helpful in finding any discounts u could use as a return customer and that impressed me.

These people are utterly incompetent. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would. I contacted them to have work performed which they previously diagnosed as being needed, and they said bring it over, we can do the work now. They ordered the same part 4 times before they realized it was the wrong part. Then after several hours they said we cant do the work until the right part is delivered tomorrow. Then when I had them put the old part back on so I could get back home (after having them ask me to incur the inconvenience of leaving the car overnight after having sat there for several hours while they ordered the same incorrect part 4 times), they screwed something up and now its making a horrible noise which didnt start until after they removed and reinstalled the part. I took the car to them the next day to have the part replaced, and even though I told them about the noise that started after they had the car the day before, they obviously didnt check that at all. After the part was replaced, I pulled off of the lot, and the car was making the same noise. I immediately took it back to them, and even though this was at a 1/2 hour before their closing time and the mechanic was still there and all of the bays were open, they werent even willing to take a couple of minutes to put it back on the lift to see if the problem might be able to be quickly diagnosed. Instead they asked me to bring back for a 3rd day in a row! Not only are these people incompetent, they dont care about their customers at all.

Enjoyed my experience at the Meineke the other day. The manager Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable about cars. Nicole answered all my wife’s question and I didn’t have to step in like I have in other shops. This is where me and my wife will be going from now on. Good thing is, now she can come by herself.

Brought my car up there about a year ago thinking I had something wrong with my tire rod, they looked at it and immediately said I need new tires, got new tires and the sound was gone! Thanks for not replacing something that didn’t need replacing. You saved me money! And Went in again yesterday for safety and emissions, I was in and out in no time! Nikki at th front seat was extremely nice and helpful as she is every time I come. Thanks guys! I will be back if I ever need repairs! You guys rock!

Went another place first for front end alignment but said I needed front lower control arms replaced. They said it would be $460.00 walkway price-tax included. They could not get me in for two weeks though. I called Meineke and asked if they would match the price. They said yes and would take me on Friday. Told me to bring quote. When I got there and after some confusion on quote they said they could not match the price. Why wouldnt they check to see if theu could before I brought the car up there? Thanks for wasting my time! Never again!
