I need a car stereo for new truck I bought and I have no clue what to shop for anymore. Really nice guy at my local auto zone helped me out and I got a great price on a nice unit. Ive been shopping around for couple weeks. I also made sure to grab new rainex windshield blades for winter. I definitely was expecting to spend more than I did but extremely thankful for not. Excellent customer service and I am extremely grateful for the help.

Know your car! Most Negative comments are left by people that do not know their cars or Mods that have been done to them and they get the wrong parts. This staff is very knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience in the 3 years ive been shopping at this store.

Very professional the starter on my truck went out swapped out for a new one November 26th first bought it 2012 this time it only lasted not even a month solenoid was stuck in on position the Auto zone here in fern ly Nevada had one but it looked like it had been used the lady who was helping me said she was not going to give me someone elses problem that it should have been returned to manufacturer not for resale she had to order on and said it would be there by 3:30 today Im just waiting for her to call me when part arrives at the store I was very pleased at her professionalism very courteous

So I went in on Tuesday night after I got off work at around 6:30-ish I needed to get a back taillight bulb and a front headlight bulb I had NO CLUE what bulbs to be looking for or the difference between all of them then one only the girls who works there comes up and helps me out with figuring out what bulbs I needed and when I asked if someone could install it for me (I’m like 9 months pregnant and my husband has no clue how to change it) she said yes! She was able to install the front one the back one I told her my husband could figure out I mainly just needed my front headlight she was awesome and so nice and sweet and it was FREEZING outside but she still helped me out I wish I got her name I’m kicking myself I didn’t ask but she was AMAZING and so sweet! I’ll definitely be going back to AutoZone for everything from now on!

Excellent staff and excellent service. Didnt have a problem taking payment over the phone and were very helpful when it came to returning unnecessary parts. Even referred a local mechanic who I may need to call, though I hope not. All in all top shelf autoparts store. Happy to shop here again.

The staff is pretty friendly and their supply of Parts is pretty good but if it doesnt show a picture of it in the computer they wont bother to go look on the shelves to try and help you. I needed a spark plug and I wanted one heat range hotter and the girl wouldnt even go look in the box because the computer didnt tell her which one she needed I knew which one I needed I just needed to see the right thread and she wouldnt take the time to go look so I had to go to a different auto parts store but usually there is good as auto parts stores get. Napas the best. Just like a kid at a fast food restaurant couldnt give you change if the computer didnt tell him how much to give you thats sort of scenario.

Every visit has been positive. Today Edward taught me how to use the fuse tester I purchased and I changed fuses in my daughters car. He even lent be pliers to do the job. Great store. Excellent customer service!

Both employees were on the phone when I got there and took forever to just get some marker lights. First time there, will make sure I just go to the one in Fallon for now on. Very helpful and friendly there.

Everything is pretty easy to find and there are lots of people on hand to help you find what you need. Unfortunately, when I went in late at night to buy a car freshener, there were several members of staff hanging around and it took them a hot minute to ring me up, but its usually a great experience, if a little long for wait times.

We were in desperate need of putting on the spare tire to avoid a blow out but could not get the lug nuts off and triple A was hours out. Being Sunday, no local tire shops were available. Luckily the kind staff were willing to help us change the tire quickly to continue on our way. A huge thank you!!

Good Place, I havent had the best luck with their rebuilt parts. But still a good place.

Theyre a lil slow, but they are pretty easy to deal with.

Its go to auto parts for Fernley. Great service and speed of parts orders.

Out of 3 auto part stores in fernly and Silver Springs that I checked for a special order K&N oil filter, Autozone was the only one that told me 2 days, the other stores were 3 to 7 days guessing arrival.I was sceptical but it took only 2 days.

Friendly staff, helpful, prices on certain lubes and sprays can be comparable to walmart down the road, or a dollar or two more expensive. Motor oil is WAY cheaper at walmart, by like 10 dollars for a 5 quart.
