Went in with my friend who was purchasing 430$ in parts. While heading to the restroom I was yelled at by the long haired guy at the counter. His tone implied that I was up to no good as if I was going to steal toilet paper or something. I will never go here again and they lost a $430 sale.

Traveling from Las Vegas NV to Medford OR and was unlucky enough to have a drive belt fail on my 07 CLS63 AMG.Then was lucky enough to call and speak with Robert who was able to cross reference the Bando part number and confirm the belt was in stock by physically touching it.He then made a couple shop suggestions to install the belt who unfortunately couldnt do it on an emergency basis. When that happened he printed a belt routing guide and showed clear pictures of the tensioner for us and offered to help in any way he could.As it turns out, my wife and I were the team for the job anyway.With the right knowledge and attitude, anything can be accomplished. Robert certainly proved that.Thanks,On The Road Again

If youre in a regular vehicle fine, but the location is in the middle of a strip mall, busy parking lot no room for trucks or a place to turn around, who wants to carry heavy parts a half a block to your truck
