Be extremely careful about who is helping you at the pharmacy. The old lady at the front desk has repeatedly tried to charge the incorrect insurance for me and always wants to argue about it.
The quality of fresh ingredients is NOTthe best, but the pricesare pretty affordable..Except for having to call in all my meds, the pharmacy staff are the best, imo
Pharmacist and most staff are very rude! I transferred from another city and have never been treated the way this place does. The only person who was decent, was Chris. Thankful to be moving and not use them anymore.
I am on multiple medications for chronic pain from failed hip arthroscopic surgery, degenerative disc, and fibromyalgia. If I even miss 1 dose of any medication it sets me back sometimes a WHOLE MONTH.Every month they seem to be out of at least 1 of my medications (which are submitted 2 months in advance) or they are conveniently waiting to hear back from my doctor delaying a fill, sometimes 5 days after they are due!.My insurance charges me almost double for my scripts if filled anywhere but Wal-Mart! :-/
Friendly staff and they do their job well. If things take a while thats just how it is sometimes (youre not the only person in line). They are always working hard and doing their best. Some people writing bad reviews just like to complain. If they are out of stock on a medication they will help you the best way they can. They dont have a lab so dont expect them to magically make you some more.
Ill give them 3. Normally, I have no problems but I was picking up my granddaughters seizure meds. Needed them for tomorrow. Talked to her neurologist and they said meds would be there. Het here hours after dr called and am told they are working on it, come back in 10 to 15 min. When I come back, they say they dont have it will have to order it. I tell them I need it now, shes out as of tomorrow. They say they have to order it, can give me a partial. Can I come back in 20 min? A 10 minute trip here has now taken 40 min.
Ive probably given this location more chances than I should have. I was treated poorly quite some time ago when we tried to refill my husbands prescription. I was told that they had filled it with a 3 month supply, but in all actuality, they had only given us a months worth. Even when I provided proof, it still took a bit before they agreed they were wrong and filled the rest of the prescription. Another time, I put in a refill and it took a really long time to get filled. They stated that they hadnt heard from my doctors office, however my doctors office had never received the order. I was getting the runaround and becoming unhappy. The pharmacy manager ended up taking care if it. However, now we have strike three. I dropped off a prescription for my daughter. They stated they didnt have it but had to order it. This was a Tuesday. On Friday, I called and they realized it wasnt there. Again I was promised it would be there next shipment. Im not really convinced it will be. Im not sure their exact problem there but when it comes to the health and well-being of people, they need to get their act together.
I was treated like a drug addict. I am not a drug addict I have go every 30 days to see my doctor I do see him the day before my 3o day mark and after I go to Walmart to refill. Never a problem till today he literally told me I was abusing my medication and threatened to hold my meds. I am a United States Sailor I have served this country for 18 years and am still active duty. I build bombs for a living and I check them for quality control I am the last set of eyes before they go on a plane to be dropped. I am not a addict and I don’t abuse medication I always pick up after my appointment never sooner never later. So frustrating to be called out for something you don’t do. I am so disappointed.
I go to this pharmacy during the week & am always treated great! :) Loron, Baj, Jessica, Christoper, Kathy, etc., are always so friendly & helpful...I treat them with respect and receive the same. They really care & it shows. Thank you all!! :)
The pharmacist who has a scar on her chin is rude, just a fair warning. It’s extremely unprofessional the way she talks to customers.After waiting 20 minutes and wandering the store for another 20.. so now 40 minutes. She says “I can’t fill your prescription if I’m here talking to you.” My prescription is for my infant son who by this time is very upset.
I had 5 prescriptions tranfered from Georgia all 90 day supply. I stead of putting them in a bigger bottle they give 3 bottles of each. If you ask my opinion its pure laziness to open each bottle and put them in another instead print 3 labels instead of 1 label 1 bottle. Next time i need them filled ill go elsewhere.
They are slow! Do not know what they are doing, do not know how to communicare, do not know how to tell time and will lie to you every chance they get. Especially Douglas and Aaron.
