Around 6:30AM on 10/28/2021 I went to electronics and waited for customer service for 5 minutes. Then flagged someone down who didnt have keys. So they called someone and said they would be right over to help. I waited 5 more minutes and then flagged someone else down and he didnt have keys. They called over the intercom as well and still no one showed up to help get my item out of the cabinet. I waited 20 minutes and no help. I will not be purchasing anymore electronics from Walmart in Fernley. This happens every single time I need assistance in that department. Truly terrible customer service.

No assistance. No check outs. Masks are not required.

Walmart is really going down. Little cashiers, poor meats, customer service is rough, but most people are nice, except some of the Wal-Mart shoppers.

Decent Walmart, Truck parking off the highway is convenient.

Stock was pretty good and they were stocking more.

If youre looking for meat dont bother they dont have much nor can you pay cash at any self check out only thru a cashier

The self checkout doesnt accept cash and there is usually only one or two check stands open with huge, long lines.

The store is real really unorganized. And of course to Walmarts policy only two cashiers and then the soft service only. 15 or more in line waiting. No customer service anymore everybody is nasty not just at Walmart

I always check online to see if what I am looking for is available. This store is a disappointment most of the time. It is always a lean and mean to a level that they cannot get experienced help and the help that becomes decent moves on . Sam Walton would have never envisioned his dream would be ruined by his own family.

I enjoy being able to get almost everything I need at this store but lately they seem to be out on a lot of things.

This Walmart location is super clean and organized! Had a ton of clearance, wish I had more time to shop!

It is fast. You go in and out. And driving distance in the area.

The store needs to do a better job servicing their customers, they only had one check out counter open for about 10 people waiting in line. Very poor service.

I came in to purchase some bubble wrap a few days ago.They told me GUARANTEED that it will be here on the 16th.Here it is, the 16th and now they say maybe the 21st.I spoke to a manager and she said it might be on a truck outside but they wont unload them until laterThis place is getting about as bad as the one in Reno on 2nd street!They REFUSE to sell a lot of items.

After 30 minutes at the order pickup I called and was told there were still folks in front of me. At 1 hour 15 minutes I left. I am especially un at happy because I literally missed my babys first step while sitting at the pickup area.

The money shortage has made most of the self checkout attendants grouchy. Take time to THANK them. The store needs better signs for cash only machines.

Speaking from a mother/ college student point of view, you never disappoint.

Friendly employees, relaxing environment, many items to browse, and planning of items to choose from. Some different but Improvement in the changing of the arrangement of the shelves. Allowing smaller children the ability to choose items theyd enjoy there loved ones purchasing for them to encourage their inventive imaginary minds. Way to go Wal-mart in Pineville across from Proctor and Gamble.

Seems as though they change up their inventory pretty frequently acrossed all departments. Which makes it a even nicer place to do all your one stop shopping with your Family and/or Friends.

I purchased a car battery which was Walmart’s brand in December.It stopped working I took it to aunt zone to check they said it was bad.I went to exchange and didn’t have the receipt and my husbands was the one who purchased so my debit card didn’t work.Sidenote :I’ve been buying car batteries from Walmart for at least 15 plus years, because they tend to be about $50 to $60 cheaper.I’ve never had a problem until yesterday returning or exchanging an item . I had a cart full of other items (over $200) waiting to purchase. The CSM said no we won’t exchange, even with the sticker showing it was purchased in December. Disappointed and frustrated was how I felt and sense they didn’t respect my business or money. I left my cart of items back at customer service and left .

The staff here are pretty proud. I was surprised. They had what I needed though walmarts usually run out of what your looking for and waits weeks to rostock.

Let me be clear, this is regarding their pick up. Ive lost count of how many times they have messed up my order. Its usually small things, picking spaghetti instead of fettuccine for example, so I dont make a fuss. Except for the time they left out $60 worth of meat. I made a big fuss that day.Today, however, marks the second time I have had to wait past the 1 hour time frame for pick up that is booked at time of order.I live an hour away. I work between 10 and twelve hours a day. That makes for an already long day. Last time this happened I was in their parking lot, unable to cancel an order that was being picked on a day where the temperature was climbing over 100 degrees for three hours.And I still didnt get my groceries. One of the employees came out and claimed that my pick up was for the next day in their system. I opened my app and showed him that no, it wasnt, but he kept insisting that it was.Angry, overheated, exhausted and dehydrated I left. Only to find out after I arrived home and took my phone out of the glovebox, that roughly four minutes after I was on the freeway I received a notice stating that my order was ready.Well, its been two weeks, my situation hasnt changed and that was the first time I had dealt with such a horrible situation with the Fernley Walmart so I ordered again. It is now 15 minutes past the one hour window, I hope tried calling twice to see if my is going to be done BEFORE 8pm today and have been sent to voicemail each time.Heres a fairly easy solution to this mess Fernley Walmart. If you cant fulfill the orders for that block of time close it out sooner.

Walmart has some of the worst customer service around. Often, there are no prices marked and nobody around to ask questions. They stock shelves during some of the busiest times and block the aisles with pallets. Employees walk around with their cell phones listening to music, texting or talking.

The sporting goods association was run and straight up lied to me about Walmart policy. The reason I know he lied is because I work for Walmart in store 2477. I he was also telling other customers false information.

The associates at this pharmacy are always so nice. There is sometimes a wait in line but there are chairs to sit.

Thank you!! : ) The pharmacy people are on top of things, I always know Im in good hands. And, all the other employees are fantastic, hard-working people. Due to medical limitations I needed to try out ordering groceries and pick up options. Ok, im sold! Wow, where has this been my whole life. Super easy and shoppers Ive experienced have done better job of sticking to the list than I can. Thought I would give a big thank you to the workers! Great job folks.

Always love the prices at Walmart but I absolutely hated shopping inside due to rude customers. Now that they offer pickup service that is the only way I shop at Walmart now.

The people are very rude, out of date produce still in coolers. Shelves and coolers out of product for numerous days. Self checkout is a disaster and long lines.

Fernley is a very friendly town with several fast food eateries and other restautants. There is a Lowes store around the corner from this Walmart and several other retail places within walking distance. The staff in Walmart is friendly and the store is clean. They are open to overnight stays and keep the parking area lit and clean. This Walmart looks like a more recently built one and is a bigger super store. We were happy with our visit here.

Excellent service, as usual. What I want to vent about is mask usage. If your nostrils are visible, you might as well just take the damn thing off. Only customers were guilty, all staff I could see were properly masked.

I bought some groceries and the bottle if oil was cracked on the bottom, I didnt notice. By the time I got home it had leaked all over my truck, my walkway and in my house. I didnt see that it was leaking. On my good jeans and shoes. I tried to call and complain but as usual no answer. Not my first problem with them. Wont ever go back.

Its Walmart the employees are great stocking is sometimes great other times not so much always busy. Unfortunately they have changed over to mostly self check out. SO when you have more than a few items its a problem if you are not trained cashier or bagger as you can imagine takes forever.

So there are only Three places to go shopping in Fernley, NV. One of which is WalMart. WalMart shelfs have been very poorly stocked. Cant get everything I want. But with very little competition they just dont care.

None of their self check out take cash so I was forced to go to the regular check out sat in line for 20 minutes before I had enough and just left my full cart of food I will never be back

I gets off work at 10.30 and rush to Walmart to buy grocery before they close at 11 and people at the checkout always mean to me telling me to come early as it’s time for them to close and literally gives me bad look and I was out of Walmart before 11.03... never going back to this walmart..Walmart need to teach their employees “ how to treat their customers”, and not treat em like s***”

You have moved all the lighters behind aisle 6. In these times I want to have little contact with people, but if I want to buy something as simple as a $.99 lighter I have to stand in the longest line with people who stink of tobacco. I shop at your store for convenience, one stop shopping. But if you are going to make it difficult to buy the simplest things, then there is no reason to shop there. I mean how absurd, I can help myself to alcohol and ammunition, but I need assistance to get a lighter ?!?!

The super sitters okay it would be better if the employees I saw him would actually take the time to be polite and courteous instead of they just dont want to be bothered with you and youre just taking up their time as far as cleanliness its not perfect but thats not terrible vegetables like a Tomatoes really have gone down in quality 4 day diet I said you could get a Roman tomato that has wrinkled skin and black marks on it times are hard but you can still take pride on how you treat and what you serve people
