Really Enjoyed my visit to this location. The Staff was really Friendly and Helpful. Just was glad to Find what I was Looking for. The Mall was DEAD, but this Store is Phenomenal.

I always love this place. Little area for my kids to get books and they always have some new books I dont need but always buy.

Books-A-Million is a fantastic little bookstore packed with tons of neat little surprises and unexpected treasures that will keep you coming back to see whats new. Most impressive as of late is how they have expanded their manga selection to three aisles instead of just two and rearranged the titles so that super popular series have their own aisle, while less popular series have the remaining two. I return quite frequently for new volumes of my favorite manga series and to browse for new ones. The only reason I have to give four stars instead of five is because they often have inconsistent and incomplete collections. For example, they will often have volumes one through seven in one of my favorite series, but afterward only have volumes nine, eleven, thirteen, fifteen, and sixteen. So this is a great store to visit to find something new to get started, but you may have to look elsewhere if you want to keep reading further.As for their other books, I have found it disappointing that they have eliminated their philosophy section, which I used to frequent, but I have found joy in perusing their how-to guide section. All in all, if you want to read something exciting or learn something new, Books-A-Million will likely have something to get you started. And dont forget to sign up for their rewards program if you frequently buy books and read much; it will help you save money in the future and get more bang for your buck.

Had the whole lovecraft set.Wolves of the calla for the dark tower series as well. Picked up a ton of books for my daughter. Great selection, awesome prices, good discount s for membership too. Helpful salespeople. Would recommend.

I like Books-A-Million, but the one in Findlay is really small. They dont have a coffee shop or places to sit and browse through books at a leisurely pace.

Every year I donate books to books a million to give to needy children. They refused to take books that I had bought earlier in the year at the exact same store. Apparently you need to buy specific books so they can, and I quote “mark it in the computer as donations”. This smacks of double dipping, they are using customers to purchase the books, which they then use as a tax relief AND then give the books to children in need so the store/company looks like saints. I wont shop at this store again. I will make sure to tell everyone that they are scamming people. Just give the books to children that dont have anything, its a simple interaction. Books a million disgusts me.

It is a nice store. It has stuff other than books. Collectables, board games, puzzles. They usually have books on sale. If you buy books, become a member. You will save money over the cost of membership.

Books-a-Million always has good sales (buy two get one free today, yay!) and a yearly membership discount/deal. For such a small store they have a good selection of manga and RPG books.

Typical book store, very nice friendly staff, they will order books if they dont have them in store. Book stores are becoming a dying trend, so I encourage you to support them whenever possible, even if you might spend a few more dollars in a book.

An employee here signed me up for magazines that I said NO to. Then months later, I realize I am starting to get charged for five different magazines and they are being sent to a findlay address. I dont live in Findlay. The charges are all for each individual magazine so they are small amounts, but added up to $140 so far.

Ordered a book for store pick up went to go get it and they sold the copy I bought to someone else and wouldnt refund my money back 😡
