Picking up baby gift for new grandchild. Associates very friendly and knowledgeable. Had question regarding return policy and they went out of their way to make sure that they could extend for a few days longer than normal. Great experience. Will be back.

It could be such a nice place, but people in there a terrible! They don’t smile at all. My daughter is a freshman and we were excited going to the bookstore and buy some sweaters from Findlay University.We left in a different mood because staff in there was rude and acted like we bother them when ringing us up. Who is responsible For this? Students should be treated better!

The bookstore in the new Davis Street Building is really well kept and everyone was super friendly! Visited a few times during visits and was always greeted politely and asked if I needed any help!

Its great place but more expensive
