My wife and I go to Lunar Station for our incense sticks. They have a better selection and they burn better, longer and the smell lasts longer

I went in knowing what I wanted and where to find it but still the cashier was friendly, courteous and overall happy to be there. Store is always clean, stock is always changing so its great that they always have my favorites but there is always something new to see.

What a fantastic shop for glass and many other things. Being from Oregon, loonar station is really homey to me, the vibe is great. The staff are really well trained in what they are talking about, and going in looking for a very specific attachment, not only having it but having a selection was great. Definitely going to be back.

I accidently wrote a bad review for poor customer service for this company thinking it was the other shop by the highway. I realized while I was in the store that I wrote a review for the wrong shop and need to correct that. This shop took great care of me and provided friendly service. Highly recommended.

Been a loyal customer for a while, mostly people are cool but lately have been rude, quality of nectar collector, certain glass and metal, very cheap, marked up super High. Especially chick with big plugs in ears, I would love to get a job there I have all the qualifications, have a great healthy family, and just live down the road. The place needs a happy, energetic person who knows how to communicate with all types of personalities, and able to help fit right products for the person not just there wallet, its a business, customers ask, we try to best suit there happiness not the stire, its common sense, a business will be happy and eventually successful if its consistent.

I enjoyed my visit to The Loonar Station, such a huge array of items to browse through! I was warmly welcomed by the manager this Monday and I cant wait to come back, she said that they’re doing amazing Black Friday deals so I’ll have to make sure to come check those out!She also showed me the selection of CBD oil, and i will be back to try that too.With such a nice selection and atmosphere i believe this will be my new favorite store in Findlay 🤗

Alright why a 5 star rating you may ask? Its simple not a single time have I visited did I feel like my business wasnt wanted. The staff is super friendly and will help you as much possible. I find myself stopping here once every couple of weeks to pick up incense and shisha. They have quite the assortment of both. And if you are looking for hookahs or water pipes they have many great pieces to look at. Personally its eye candy. So go ahead take a step inside and enjoy your time.This is a shop that sells tobacco products so please be prepared and have ID ready.

Second experience was better than the first. I cant pinpoint what was wrong with my first time, but it left me with a bad taste and I almost didnt go back. I went back tho, for a sticker, I needed a specific sticker. They still didnt have the exact sticker I needed but I found one that would do. I normally buy my silly swag in lots and on shakedown, but with a new job, shows are fewer and farther apart. Thanks for fulfilling in my sticker need.

I have only been to loonar station once before, and went in the other day for a specific product I needed. Walking into the shop, I wasnt greeted by anyone for about 2-4 minutes. When the employee with blonde hair, and the big plugs in her ears walked out from the back of the store I was greeted with a wonderfully generic Welcome to Loonar Station. When i told her what i was interested in, she immediately grabbed the most expensive item and proceeded to tell me at great length how i should buy it above anything else, without letting me get a word in edgewise. Almost as if to make sure she could sell me the most expensive product whether its what I wanted/needed, or not. As I was trying to politely decline the offer, another customer walked in. She walked away from me with no warning to greet the new customer and proceeded to help them instead of potentially finishing a sale with me. I waited for another 10 minutes, while i witnessed her be just as rude and pushy to them, before I decided to leave the store. I was very displeased with my service this time around. The first time i had a great experience with the other employee at the store. She was knowledgeable about the products and was polite, friendly, and personable. She is actually the reason I came back. So to have such a poor experience was a bit disappointing. Beware of the girl with the plugs in her ears!

The street view on the map is old and outdated. But they are in that building on the middle spot. Great smoke shop with TONS of variety! Incense, hookah, Baja hoodies, dresses, pursues, and bags, posters, tapestries, America made glass, One of the best shops Ive been in, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I am a former loyal customers of loonar station as of last night . The regional supervisor Shepherd blatantly lied about a meeting between himself and I. Told me that my concerns and frustrations would be addressed because I have spent thousands of dollars at this location and the products have been faulty. This was the first time in years a person of authority in this place showed genuine concern for the customer. He also misrepresented himself as the owner. I also spoke to him about his manager Terra. For at least two years this woman has been selling me pieces that don’t go together because they have been mixed up or her demeanor is not friendly. Also this manager accused me of doing concentrate .... which she out loud said (dab) while I was complaining about a product . And I tell the regional this and I find out that Terra told the person last night how to assist me. Which was not at all. This meeting last night was set up by Shepherd to address the customer and I was not accommodated at all. Not to mention these people set up a meeting at night to talk to a distraught customer and just left a random in the store. That shows me that they don’t care about their employees. That woman could of gotten hurt or something. I understand that after products are used they can not be taken back... I also understand you have a non refund policy but after spending thousands of dollars in this store on products that break in half trying to disconnect the pieces that are connected together clearly and I meant to be taken a part . I can prove this because they break of smooth and I can super glue it perfectly back together. Instead of receiving a store credit or just replace something for the trouble no I was lied to and disregarded as a customer.. I am very unhappy with this location and the fact that the employees and this business clearly do not care about the customer. My name is Cesalie Day and I do truly hope someone reads this because I am going to make my experience known. This is at the Findaly location please do not waste your time here. The Attic is smaller but the owner is great very understanding and his Facebook is hilarious .
