Excellent cigar lounge with so much more. Food menu was superb; taste matched any first class restaurant. Cigar & drinks also excellent. Bartender & service made the experience well worth the visit. This is 5 star rating and marked as favorite for future business trips. You should definitely visit.

Loved my experience until the end. I ordered a $12, 3oz tawny port from their menu. I had a conversation with the waitress about how I love tawny ports but the lowest price was fine with me so I could have multiple. When I got the bill I was charged for one twice the price as what I ordered. Upon asking for it to be corrected I was told their menu had changed and the less expensive was no longer available. I was handed my bill back and told sorry. I had to ask again that it be corrected because a menu error is not my fault as the customer.Good business would have been taking care of it the first time with no questions asked.Music was great, environment was fun, drink was good. Business practices and customer service needs to be addressed (along with an update to the menu..... Clearly).Its electronic so I cant imagine its too terrible difficult.

I planned on enjoying music, a cigar, and a few drinks this evening with friends.We have never been here before so I called to see what the dress code is as well as to see if they have a patio because its beautiful outside today.I called 3 times and no one picked up.I get inside the door and am immediately turned away and told the dress code is business casual.Mind you I have friends inside not dressed business casual and other friends on the way.I called my friends and told them to turn around.In the future please answer your phone and add your dress code to your website so that potential new guests do not waste their time or gas.

Been Coming as a Loyal Customer since they opened. Was Refused Service this Saturday night May 22 That I was able to come, due to a dress code change.We were not even offered a cigar to purchase because of the women wearing open toed shoes and the men not having a formal collared shirt.I understand wanting to have a business casual environment, but it was so upsetting to be sent away and embarrassed in front of people.Also, told the patio was reserved for a party.Super Upset With Coming to a Cigar Lounge we loved and leaving with NOTHING ~ very disappointedNot even offered a cigar .....

My first experience at this establishment was a good one. It was Circle City Classic weekend, they were short, I had a 5 minute wait to get in but it was worth it.

Love, love, loved it here! Classy and super relaxing. TVs available to watch any games and plenty of seating. Call ahead for reservations or youre waiting on a bar seat.

Good atmosphere. They were very helpful and attentive in the beginning. Then when the shift changed, service was terrible. No one refilled drinks. No matches at the table for those whose cigar went out. It was bad enough that one of us had to speak to the manager. Id go again, maybe it was just that shift.

I have been to Havana multiple times and each one was great. I have been to other cigar lounges in Indy but none of them compare to Havana. They serve food, unlike the others, which I loved. It seems like the chef really puts time and effort into the menu. Daniel was great with helping us pick out cigars and recommending food and drinks. I suggest this lounge to anyone who is looking for a good, relaxing time at a place with excellent service.

Bad experience on Saturday night. Not sure if the employees ( Men ) were the Managers or security but they were pretty rude and it seems like they are letting their friends in and saying that they have reservations on a table and telling other customers to find another space because the table was reserved. If that was the case they should had informed the customers that the table was reserved at a certain time. Managers and security need better training. I will be going back to Blend..

Wow my first time coming and the service was excellent. They have a wide variety of cigars and the humidor attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable. The food was great, the staff was upbeat and the manager, Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy.I will be coming back for sure.

They discriminate and pick and choose who they let in. My friend had on distressed ripped jeans and we were told they dont allow ripped Jeans so we kindly left. Well I come read reviews and look at pics and what do I see? A picture of a white guy in this establishment with ripped Jeans on. If your going to have a dress code for a cigar bar make sure that dress code applies to everyone not just people of color. I will be contacting the owner about our experience. Its 2021 stop with the discrimination!

Place was great. Great ambience and selection of cigars. The bouncer and staff not so friendly.

Good atmosphere, music was a Lil loud but Def club feel. Dress code was nice to see upheld to set a standard of exclusivity. They wouldnt let a guy in with shorts and a sweater on sat night. Drink prices are high but you should expect that at a high end club. Will for sure be back!

Came here on a Saturday night around 8:30pm and stayed until close. The whole place had high energy and an adult fun atmosphere feel to it. My wife and I came here by sheer chance for a quick drink with her friend and ended up staying due to the vibe. We even ended up dancing at one point (we weren’t the only ones) and made some new friends.I can’t speak for the food, but we kept our drinks flowing and they did not disappoint. I recommend to anyone still unsure to at least give this place a visit. I don’t think you’ll regret it at all.

Great time great staff. To start A manager whose name is Emma was very kind and thoughtful and got me taken care of from the start on a very busy night. Very appreciative of her. Allll of the bartenders and servers were very engaging! Taylor and Pantera these 2 gorgeous ladies took care of me at the bar and among the chaos were very attentive. For example my first drink I was given stir straws and I like big straws so I quickly replaced them. My 2nd drink they gave me a big straw without me asking. (Its the small things.) Later on Ricky the chef came and offered me to try his specialty drink. All in all it was a great night and Id be happy to go back.

Food is exelent, tasty and unique! price is inexpensive for whatyu get. Good cigar selection and of course great athmosphere. Big selection of spirits and amazing coffee. Also deserts are great. Mon-tue-wed wine bottles are half price! Mmm cant get any better then that! Staff is friendly, some of the girls lack a bit of service skills and knowledge but im sure they will fix it with time. Manager ( Cheff) is awesome, knowledgable and friendly. All and all Havana is an exelent place, i recomend it!

The atmosphere is a little above average (with VERY confident pricing). Honestly, do not think I would come back strictly due to the over-priced menu options and a lack of ambiance. Best of luck!

Went in for a gift card, staff was helpful but not friendly. Ill likely go back to actually smoke, etc. but the mood came off as pretentious.

Cigars are priced pretty well and the waitress was friendly. The drinks good but a little pricey. Guy in the humidor was rude and sexist and that club music at 2 in the afternoon was a bit much. Go to Blend if you want a cigar.

One of my favorite places in Indy and the owner Omar has really brought a chill and down to earth atmosphere here. This place has been open just close to a month and a half and have been here 5 times now. Plus I live more than a 40 minute drive south of Indianapolis. Great selection of cigars and drinks. The food is reasonably priced and full of taste and flavor. Indoor and outdoor seating is great and in the nice upcoming area in Fishers. Trendy and hip. The General Manager Julio always takes care of his customers and the staff of ladies Rebecca, Mariah, Franky, and Jazmen make the venue inviting and at home. If you have not been, you need to.

My wife and I visited after dinner at the 1933 Lounge to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We had awesome service and great tequila from our server, Jazmen. Next trip to the Indianapolis area, and Fishers, we will make a point to visist again to say HI.
