Closed the inside during the middle of the day and were drive-thru only. Watched dozens of people walk up to the door, pull on the door, look inside, pull on the door again, then walk away. Had a sign board outside announcing their job fair but nothing letting people know the inside is closed. Why give these people with the audacity to think they can come into a Starbucks at 2pm on a Thursday a heads-up when you can watch them play the pull, peak, pull game?After looking up to see an elderly woman using a walker pull on the door (I was wearing headphones while reading a book and didnt see her until she was already at the door), I made a small cardboard sign letting people know this Starbucks was drive-thru only right now and placed it on their sign board. Apparently common sense and being a decent human being is not part of the training at Starbucks.I didnt see them do it and would have asked why, but at some point a Starbucks employee removed my sign. I then saw there was a piece of paper on the door saying the drive-thru was open. Not sure if it was put up before or after they removed the other sign. A piece of paper with a small font announcing the open drive-thru, along with more words underneath in a tiny font, that you couldnt possibly read until you were already at or near the door assuming youre lucky enough to even notice it among the clutter of the 3 other signs around it.If you take your coffee with 2 sugars and a splash of sadism, this is the Starbucks for you.

OMGGGG !! this Frappuccino is strawberry !! THE FLAVOR IS FROM THE OTHER WORLD !!! unbelievably delicious for the summer !! this place is super fast and they serve very well. Drink was wrong twice and I didn’t have time to address it again. But, baristas should be trained that when a drink has a shot added that regular coffee shouldn’t be poured on the top of an iced drink as the way to fix it.

Ordered an americano at 6:44AM(nearly empty in the store) which is a shot and hot water and I had to cancel my order at 6:55 because I had to take off to get to my call. I did ask at around 6:50 where my drink was and I was told they are busy which at that point they should have stopped and made my drink which is a shot and hot water. Get some competent people working please!!! Never had this type of service at Starbucks before maybe I need to go to a local coffee spot from now on.

This is my nearest location so it is the most convenient one to go to. The staff are friendly enough but the reason for 2 stars is the inconsistent hours and randomly only providing drive thru service which causes that line to go out to the street. I am avoiding this location from now on because of that.

Line took forever ... coffee was hot. Only go every once in a blue moon because its so expensive. But thats not new news.

Almost always disappointed with my drinks. Staff is unfriendly. Prepare to wait for your mobile order. There are several starbucks nearby that I tend to go to instead. With better drinks, wait time and service.

They are super caring when placing your order. Not only are they extremely nice they make my order better than any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Their baristas know what they are doing! Great location and great coffee!!! I always enjoy getting my iced chai latte with a shot of espresso. Kinda expensive but good for a treat once and awhile! Allison is a very kind and nice barista!!! Thank you for making sure we were waited on and got our drinks quick!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at Starbucks. First I waited a while for someone to even acknowledge me inside the store and then they got my order completely wrong. When I called to talk to the manager, her response was to stop at another Starbucks and have them take care of it. For my wait time in the store, she responded that it’s because they’re busy meaning they’re busy screwing up orders and don’t care how they treat their customer. She was straight-up rude and incompetent. Have no customer skills. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t be returning to this location.

Hours are not updated! Is there any way for you to update your hours on Google maps because its very frustrating when you look up on the map and it says youre open but youre not.

I love Starbucks; don’t get me wrong. However, this is the first time that I avoid one of their locations. I only order frappuccinos, so I can’t really speak to their hot drinks. You pretty much have a 30% chance of getting one that is made correctly. They’re always over blended, so it’s straight liquid. The employees hardly look at you when they curtly tell you what to pay and hand you your stuff. There was an occasional time or two where one of the employees has had customer service qualities.

Somewhat of a line but it moved fast and everything was good! Bacon and gouda sandwich is my favorite.

This is a very busy location. Expect drive thru wait times a minimum of 10 minutes or longer. I recommend you taste your beverage before leaving the line in case its made wrong which happens more than one would think. On this day i did not see any of the 4 workers smile and seemed to be overwhelmed. Still, I applaud them for the hard work they do. Until next time...

Easy drive through and very good store

Very quick location! Always served with good quality drinks. Aamina is super helpful and sweet.

Well, door was locked at about 3:00 pm. But the drive up was open. Waited in long line, but it went fast while listening to Christmas music in car. Peppermint Mocha very popular, so they were out of the syrup. But I cheerfully settled for a Mocha Latte. Gotta roll with the punches at Christmas time.

I don’t recommend this location. Saturday night we drove 15 minutes out of our way to specifically go to this location since they were open later than the others nearby (as posted on their website.) When we arrived we were the 3rd car back in the line. We were in line for 30 minutes only to realize they were closed. The lights were on, signs lit up, employees inside, but they apparently decided to just close an hour early. They need to go by hours posted. I ended up drive 30 minutes & waiting 30 minutes & didn’t receive a Starbucks. Apparently, it was just as confusing for everyone else because we had a line of 3 cars behind us.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful baristas. One of the best Starbucks locations in the area. Drive-through can get busy at times but they move as fast as they can. Make sure you have a little extra time for the wait.

I like this location but recently my regular order has been seemingly missing some espresso shots. It tastes different and less strong than usual.

Such bad service. I ordered a venti then after i paid i was handed a grande so i corrected them they poured the grande into a venti cup then filled the rest w milk. $7 for a drink of milk is ridiculous.

The 116th location - you need to have Goggle update your hours...it says you close at 10pm. We arrived at 8:36 pm and there was a car in front of us on the drive-thru. Yiu said you were closed...so did you close at 8:30? I doubt the car before was there since 8.

I am from out of state and ordered a curbside at 7 AM. I can see my drink sitting on the counter but the front door is locked and no one is actually going to come over and tell me what I’m supposed to do to get my coffee. The front door says they open at 5am yet no one will unlock the front door so I can actually get my drink. This is hands down the best Starbucks, I have visited in Indiana out of at least 30 locations. Drinks are made correctly everytime, coffee is always top tier. If you encounter a line remember they are serving a great product! Worth the wait always!

I went to go get a mobile order but their cafe was closed which is totally understandable but they should put on the app that they aren’t doing mobile orders. so I sat through the longest drive thru line just for my drink to only be half way full and me get 2 sips out of it. I rarely go to this location but decided to since it said their mobile orders were open. very disappointed. not returning.

I had a really rough physical therapy appointment this morning and was having, in general a bad time. I came to this Starbucks and, despite being busy, they quickly took my complicated custom drink order, were super kind, and nailed it. I dont often claim coffee places, but this is my Starbucks and I love them.

My car engine overheated in the drive thru and my car started smoking and shut off some guys who were working came outside and helped me push my car to a parking spot out of the way and made sure me and my son were safe and offered to help get me an uber so we could get home while my vehicle was being towed away. Very friendly staff!!! Thankful for all of them and the help!!

I’ve been getting coffee daily from this Starbucks for almost a year. The staff is friendly, inside of the store is clean and they make my coffee to perfection compared to other Starbucks. :)

It only takes once to mess up a good review, I knew from the minute he started handing me wrong drinks that he will mess up my order, and he gave me completely wrong drinks and I ended up wasting 20$ and threw the drinks away because they were wrong, seriously how hard it is to sort out the right drinks to the right customer, next Ill be going to the Starbucks in nobelsvill, it a little far but at least I wont be wasting my money, honestly that kid did not know what he was doing.

We met our wedding officiate in this shop. Friendly place with lots of parking and speedy service. Free WiFi was a major plus.

Came here to study for finals. Ordered a hot chocolate and got it within 5 minutes. About 20 minutes after I ordered a bagel. There was only 1 other person in line. I stood at the pickup area for about 15 minutes and then a worker asked me what I ordered. I said a plain bagel with butter. She said “I don’t see that” then she made me a bagel. My friend asked them to fill her water and the worker rolled her eyes and appeared very annoyed. Very frustrating.

This was possibly the most well organized and well run Starbucks I have been in to date. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I love Starbucks but I did not like my experience at this location. After my meeting at I decided to get a refill but was told that they dont do refills on lemonade drinks. I was confused so I asked is that a new policy or a location policy. He told me it was their policy. Just as a note the customer ahead of me had no issues with her refill. I will not got back to Starbucks.

I went only once but I really like it. It is really good for students since the have great tables. Also, the setting chairs are comfortable. Staff are very welcoming.

Usually the baristas at this Starbucks are super friendly! The one at the window today was rude while ordering and when I approached the window. He seemed annoyed when I asked if they had certain items since they were stocked out of many food options. When I asked if they had a certain protein bar, he gave me a nasty tone. I hope he was just having a bad day because I love going to this Starbucks and hope to not have another unpleasant experience there.

SLOWEST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO. Brunette making drinks was talking to her friends and taking her sweet time. I was the ONLY one waiting for a drink and it took 15min. Unreal.

I’m a fan of Starbucks but I didn’t have the best experience today. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel and creamer. I had the lady repeat my order to make sure she got it right. I paid and received my drink without caramel. I came back and requested for it to be remade and, again, she made a mistake. She put milk when I requested creamer and put caramel flavoring instead of the drizzle. I usually don’t complain; however, the lady was very rude to me. My friend got down again to ask someone else to remake the drink, and while she was talking to the cashier, the same lady came and started arguing with her about how she (my friend) was wrong. I saw her with my own eyes as she poured milk into my drink, yet she still tried to say that she put creamer. I’m very disappointed with this experience and will definitely not be coming back to the Starbucks at this location.

I always forget just how slow this Starbucks is. I waited in line for 35 minutes and my drinks were still not ready when I got to the window. That, in itself, was frustrating, but to top it off, the barista didnt even thank me for my patience or acknowledge the wait at all.

This Starbucks offers nice staff, clean restrooms and clean tables. Everything that you would want in a Starbucks is available here! The Drive Through though is a bit slow and takes a little bit longer than at other Starbucks Locations.
