Just wanted to put this car on blast for littering out their window at this Starbucks drive through.

Overall a good crew with fairly well trained and patient staff.A victim of their success since they are almost always overly busy with locals trying to get their caffeine fix.If only they could triple their drive-thru lane...

Nice group of people but slow compared to others. Hours are varying and they mumble through their masks unfortunately. Much greater priority on the drive-thru customers as opposed to the walk-ins. I thought a coffee shop was about bringing humans together?

I preordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. When I pulled up they only brought me the sandwich and 1 drink. I told them I had another drink so went to check. Brought me a hot version of what I ordered ICED. Normally they are very accurate.

It wasnt the best day at Starbucks. I pulled into the drive thru and hoped it wouldnt be terribly long. I was 5-deep until my turn at the ordering spot. A car in front of me abandoned the line. Then so did a second. I started a timer. OK. About 5 minutes to order, not too terrible. By then I was committed - my order was in. Then it was a full 10+ minutes from placing the order to receiving it at the pickup window. Once I got there I noticed the girl had like 7 drinks lined up waiting to be handed out. As she gave me mine I said, rough day, huh? (Im in line for 15 minutes just to get an overpriced cup of coffee? Just dumb. I should have left.) The young girl seemed relieved that I was kind. I mean...clearly SOMETHING was not going properly, and it didnt appear to be her fault. Being rude wouldnt solve anything and I was the one dumb enough to wait. The drink was fine. I hope yesterday was a learning experience bc Im sure they dont want ticket times that long either.

Good coffee and friendly staff IF you can catch them when they’re open. Apparently they close at 1pm now? Seems like a strange business decision to me.

If you order a hot sandwich, be prepared that it’s NEVER going to be hot (or even warm for that matter) when you get it at this location. Also, use the app to order pick up because the line here for drive-thru is insane at all times of the day every day of the week.

I went in this morning to pick up some drinks I had ordered through the mobile app. When I got in there realized I had ordered to the wrong location and instead of making me back track 7 minutes each direction the wonderful baristas offered to make the drinks for me on the spot.I was so appreciative of the wonderful service she provided!! I hope everyone is this courteous in the new year!

Baristas provide great service even when the store is super busy! They’re always happy to remake a drink or make orders sent to the wrong store on the spot.

I realized after trying to come here over 5 times and each time they were not open. Is this location slowly going out of business? For a Starbucks thats pretty disappointing. Ill make the drive down Olio or to HTC mall and go to either of those locations instead.

Hours do not match the online listed hours, so it was closed when we arrived.

It was ok the barista may have been new but no one was helping her if she was, she messed up the drinks before ours and then messed our drinks up and when she forgot part of it again we pointed it out to the closest worker available she glared at us like we were trying to get her in trouble. I usually have great service here. This time was not good we had to wait a very long time and only o person walked in after us it was not busy at all.

This Starbucks is terrible! Friendly staff BUT they’re never open and when they are open, the service is incredibly SLOW! Such a disappointment! They definitely need some training tips from Dunkin Donuts up the road because that place is rock’n and well managed!! I also called corporate to notify them as well!

Around holidays, they might close early with no indication on Google or the Starbucks website/app itself (signs posted to be fair). Seems a bit ridiculous to close at 1pm on a Saturday in this area. These suburb parents need their coffee

I have no idea what other people are talking about in these reviews, because this is consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I usually go out of my way to go to the new one near HTC or go across the street to Kroger.

Very quiet. Not busy with students like so many Starbucks are. Could sit down to drink since there were open seats. Most Starbucks do not have available seating.Workers were friendly and made an effort to learn my name. They were also helpful in looking for a particular protein box I wanted. Menu same as others in the chain.

Place to go to get caffeinated.

I visit this Starbucks frequently as it is close to my home. Each time the staff there has been nothing but excellent. They are all very personable remember who you are, and are always willing to help. I must say a lot of Starbucks I go to are similar; however the difference is, when you go somewhere multiple times you expect something to go wrong, but this does not happen here, and if something will go wrong, they will fix it with a smile on their face. They have a great staff at this location. Thank you!

I am very frustrated, I showed up to place a simple order for a Venti Tea, I payed my money, and then waited over 20 minutes. It didnt get made until I asked an employee about it and then it still took another 5 min. Meanwhile, there were at least 20 mobile orders that were completed and sat there waiting for someone to walk in and pick it up. I was there in person and felt like I was not at all a priority. The actual lobby wasnt at all busy. I would have just left but they already had my money. When I finally got my beverage, all that I got was sorry for your wait. Not a refund, nothing else. Very disturbed with how poor the customer service is becoming. The tea was good as normal but definitely dont feel like a valued customer.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and I will have to find another one due to them never having my drink in stock. I get the Strawberry refresher and no matter the time of day that I go to get it, its always unavailable. If its a popular drink maybe the manager should order more to have on hand. I would make sure that when you order it online that they even have it in stock. I would look for another Starbucks to go to!

I love their coffee nice people over there but with the quarantine I have to go through that drive-through that lately.

Super friendly and great with regular orders. But dont order anything fancy, every time I do a mobile order for an iced coffee they just put coffee and cream in my drink and nothing else that I asked for. This has happened 3 times, so sad because Im going to have to find a different starbucks even though this is closest to my house :(

Fantastic location! I am blown away by how fast this place is! In and out in a long line at the drive through in 5 minutes. Orders are always accurate. Drinks are very well made.

High traffic store but expect a shorter than usual wait. Their coffee is always done exactly right, unlike other busy stores Ive visited. Their seating area is a bit dull, this is more of a grab-and-go location. If youre looking for nice place to sit and chat, I recommend the Starbucks just north, off Southeastern Pkwy and 69: 13844 Olivia Way #101, Fishers, IN 46037

Great new store and the service is getting faster since theyve been open almost two months. I would like to see online ordering operating available for this store. Ive also noticed that on the west coast the nitro cold brews are poured very slowly...like any carbonated beverage. In Indy (not just this store) they are poured very quickly and you get a lot of foam.

This Starbucks is excruciatingly slow. Not sure what backs them up so badly. I now go to a Starbucks out of my way and think I actually save time.

They dropped 4 orders in the time I was there and didnt do anything until the customers brought it up. They are more focused on mobile orders than customers in store.
