Sent the wrong parts, won’t accept responsibility.Find a better dealer to do business with. These people are crooks.You can easily see from other post that these people do not know what they are doing in the parts business.It’s obvious that others have had the same problem that I had with them, and I can assure you they care nothing about customer service. They could have corrected their mistake for $14.00 and chose not to.

I ordered John Deere parts and they turned out to be the wrong ones, don’t fit. I hoped to return these and order the correct part. I have been calling for four days, morning, mid day, and afternoon, trying every option in their automated menu, and leaving messages, all with no success of getting anyone. Of course, this means I can neither get an RMA to return the incorrect parts, nor identify and order the correct part. I suppose no option other than throw these parts away and try to get the correct ones from somewhere else. Apparently, If you order and receive the correct part, fine. If you don’t, trouble.Edited 23June21: Changed from two star to one star after receiving a snarky reply from Green Farm Parts which included (if you are a real customer). Funny that the parts arrived in an envelope with a Green Farms Parts return address label which matched the address shown on the website. Already gotten replacement parts from another vendor, just wrote off the others -- and Green Farm Parts.Edit: we eventually made contact and a very nice man took care of me and issued a refund. I feel I must admit the miscommunication was partly my fault and if I need parts I will consider Green Farm Parts.

What’s even crazier is when I called back the next day, I called 13 times and every single time I got voice mail. I had to call their sister company and ask to be transferred. They admitted how hard it was to get a hold of them. Hard to believe they have full “100%” visibility but still didn’t know the one they had in stock was damaged.

Ordered what I thought was a manual for a 4120 tractor. I searched 4120 manual. Description was vague on the site. Had a picture of a key on the front page. Received the manual and it is for a chainsaw. Contacted customer service and they will not take the manual back, said it was a custom order. No more Green Farm Parts for me.

I found this dealer online after having some headaches with my local JD outfit. I tried another online store in Illinois and had trouble getting things on time. I have placed 16 orders this year since finding these people and theyve been nothing but great. I had a starter seize up after 4 months and they replaced it free. You wont find a better group to deal with.

Better prices, and support, than my local JD store. Ordered a PTO shaft; it came quick and in good shape. JD OEM parts at a good price. Glad to have found them!

Excellent service. I bought a part for a John Deere tractor and everything arrived perfect and in order. The only thing that worried me is that they did not have an image of the part, but in customer service they provided me with the drawing and with the part number I could confirm that it was the one I needed.

RIDICULOUSLY slow and unbelievably rude. Sad that just ordering a part and the few times Ive had a need to speak to anyone related to John Deere has gone so poorly that I will not buy another John Deere.

Good prices and nice people, but as noted by others the shipping is extremely slow. Took a week to get it out the door. Another 3-4 days till it shows up and it doesnt fit! Then they mess up the refund, short $100! Nice about fixing their mistake, but still got a 20% restocking fee.WAY too much work. Never again.** Perfect example! Theyre responding to this a year later with inaccurate follow up. BUYER BEWARE**

Very quick shipping. One wrong part was sent so I had to call customer service (live chat) and they were very helpful. They immediately sent out another part and I sent back the wrong part via their shipping label. I would definitely recommend Green Farms Parts

Ordered replacement seat cushions for John Deere 110TLB. Was over well over $300. Cushions would not fit, sent back and got right ones. My return postage plus a restocking fee and other GFP fees cost me over $100. Wont do business here anymore.

Shipping very slow. I guess you get what you pay for. The company is one state over and they sat on my order for 2 days before shipping. Not cool. I should also add that when I received the order the product was incorrect, so now i wait again.

UP DATE. HAVE HAD PARTS A MONTH AND ALL PARTS HAVE FAILED! BUY OEM! THESE PARTS WILL NOT HOLD UP! Parts bolted on prefect. I ordered parts from different vendors. Green farm parts was the closes to me as far as shipping parts state to state but the parts took the longest to arrive. I ordered early on a Monday and the parts didnt arrive until the next Tuesday.... All my other parts was ordered the same time and showed up 2 to 4 days after I ordered. They take a long tine to get ur tracking number. They are quick to pull the money from your account then sit on the order until they are ready to ship. Place your order a few weeks before you need it or order from a vender that cares about the urgency of your order! And just a heads up this was prior to covid! Now just to be fair. I did reach out and they did replace the parts I ordered without many questions. I did have to send pictures. The sad thing was having to replace the parts I just put on. The steering part that failed made the mower loose steering while putting it on the trailer which broke the plastic grass guide and dented my new trailer bent the right hand spindle when it hung the trailer. put me behind on cutting grass by 3 weeks. Over all I would order again but id buy in advance.

I placed an order for a cable for a John Deere Lawnmower through Amazon. The site indicated in-stock status and that most orders are shipped within 24 hours. My order was placed on the 2nd, but the cable wasnt shipped until the 5th. There was no tracking information available so I spoke with a company representative who was polite and indicated that the part should arrive in the next two or three days. There was no explanation offered regarding the delayed shipping other than it was sent via USPS. The cable arrived on the 11th ....9 days after I placed the order for an in Stock part.

Ordered a bumper part for my John Deere LT155 mower (the old one broke at the hinges and the hood kept sliding off while mowing). Received confirmation of my order within minutes. Received confirmation of when it shipped as well. Even though I ordered it using the free No Rush shipment, it was here two days after I placed my order. Thank you Green Farm Parts!

I ordered over $900.00 in parts online on Monday and noticed the online status still showed processing Friday. I called early morning and the gentleman on the phone said Hmmm looks like all the parts were in stock.. Please hold. A few minutes later he came back and said they would ship that day. I would really hate to think when the parts would have shipped if I hadnt called. No apology at all!! Ill order my parts elsewhere next time!!

I ordered a mower deck parts kit for a John Deere 48 deck. I never received a confirmation email or a shipment notification, so 5 days later I called and was told it had shipped. When I finally received the parts, they were all cheap Chinese replacement parts just like you can buy from Amazon or Ebay for a MUCH lower price. I immediately shipped the parts back and went online to Green Parts Store where I paid the EXACT same price and received all new John Deere parts in their original packaging. It also took me weeks and several phone calls to get my PARTIAL refund back.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!**UPDATE 12/17/2020**Notice how all negative responses were just slammed by GFP for either being the customers fault or even outright lies?!?Then Scott Jeffries miraculously shows up with a glowing 5 star review. LOLI will GLADLY provide my bank card and email information to prove you idiots are lying!Even MORE reason to not do business with these fools...
