The manager, Gregg, really took care of me today! I was very impressed by his customer service. He was obviously very busy but took the time and showed me how to use copy machine, unzipped a file for me and adjusted the price when the copy machine charged me twice. I got what I needed done in one trip to the store and was very satisfied with the service and my prints!
I love this store. I was helped today by Nick, whose efficiency and expertise and kindness were most appreciated. I have yet to be waited on by anyone who is less than wonderful at this store. You always have my business! Excellent product, excellent workers who take pride in what they do, reasonable prices, and obviously good leadership! Thank you very much!
I came in to have help with the fax machine. I do not have one at home and hardly ever have a need to use one. The man at the counter pointed me to the machine and told me to do it myself but if I needed help he could walk over. Why not step behind the counter and help me right then? I guess customer service has pretty much disappeared these days
I wish I could remember the guys name but, on multiple occasions, they have done binding jobs on presentations for us. Done right away and his suggestion of the frosted cover over the clear was spot on. In and out in a few minutes!
Tom helped me out yesterday. He was so patient and great. I love this place. People are so nice. I brought 3 packages in, and forgot to print off one of my labels to return to adidas and he was so patient and helped me out and printed off a new label for me. Most places arent as kind and patient as this place. Really thankful for him.
I have to say I had a great experience with this location. I missed the fed ex guy, but the lady was olite and quick to serve me and my product was there safely.
I lost a tracking info receipt and was so happy when they were able to look up my info and send me a copy of it! Great customer service.
Lost cause. The staff are extremely unprofessional and it’s embarrassing. The the female manager is condescending. She speaks as if people have zero comprehension skills, generally. It’s really sad. They want you to stay 6 feet away as they improperly wear their masks. FedEx is the equivalent to the Walmart of office needs. Yuck! Just go 5 minutes down the road to the next ups store.
Gregg and his team at this location work very hard and diligently. Often in the afternoons (when dropping off Express boxes) there is a queue and each customer ahead has different needs that are quickly assisted in a professional/cordial manner. This team works hard to keep our supply chain fulfilled and we appreciate their dedication and kindness.
Its been two times that I two sets of prints (one set costs $95.00). First time, I realized I was given just one set of prints when I arrived to the office. Today, I went there and I checked before leaving the store. There was just one set of prints when I paid online for two sets. Manager refused to reimburse money when I asked to be reimbursed for one set since it was not in the order. He said they couldnt give the money back because I had paid online. This business just stole almost $200.00.
Tom has helped me so many times at the shipping counter, often with strangely shaped and/or precious items. Everything he has ever packed for me has arrived at its destination safely and securely. Highly recommended!
Wow! Eric did an amazing job at packing a baby crib for shipment to Colorado. First he helped me get it out of the car. Then he put bubblewrap on all the pieces. Next he put the wrapped pieces in plastic sleeves. The extra protection that his skill provided was worth every penny!

I went into this FedEx to have a couple of photos printed. The associate said we do not have any photo paper I can print them on cardstock. I did not know what cardstock was so I kept asking him questions like what is it how thick is it whats the difference and I feel the gentleman should have explained to me what the difference was with the price difference was so I make can make an educated decision whether to go with photo paper or cardstock he did not provide me with the service that I expected so I walked out
Was ready to give up on our wedding programs. When I brought the file into FedEx today, Abby was incredible! She figured out every way to save us money and print the programs exactly how I wanted them. I’m amazed! They’re beautiful and the whole process only took an hour. Would definitely recommend!

I ship stuff out of here all the time for work. Always fast and fun. Maybe some others think it comes across as rude, but I like it when people have fun with their jobs and joke around with you! They ask a good number of questions when I ship to make sure Its getting there on time and securely and they assess the situation each time and make recommendations. Shipped an antique teapot to my mother for Christmas this year that had a very sentimental value to both her and myself and the guy packing it for me took it every bit as seriously as I did. Thank you!!
I came in around 10PM. I was greeted quickly. Brian was polite, and helpful. He helped me carry in some heavy items that needed packed and shipped. He and Shannon worked to find the safest and most cost effective means of shipping my items across country. While I was being helped, Shannon helped 3 customers, and while I was filling out some paperwork, Brian helped a 2 customers. I was pleased with how courteous they were with me and how efficient they worked. I will be coming back to this store for my future shipping needs.The only reason they dont get 5 stars has little to do with the service I received but rather the shear cost of shipping heavy items across country - though, it seemed to be quoted as expensive at UPS as well.
This place is THE BEST! I run a freelance graphic design company and have to print large projects fairly regularly. This office in particular has been incredibly helpful and has helped me out of more than a few difficult jams. Heather and Angie are my personal heros. Keep up the good work guys!
Ive always had a good experience every time I came in. Theyve even printed my FedEx prepaid labels for me when I was out of printer ink. Fast and easy!
The guy (Joshua)was helping me was super nice and this guy needed 10 copies and only had change to pay so he covered the rest out of his pocket. Its amazing to see employees who put the customers first. Best Fedex experience Ive had
Stopped in to ship my old iPhone, apparently printing services are more important. Will drop off at the Apple store tomorrow and continue to use ups store.
Stood in line for at least 10 minutes while the associate (he was friendly) packed an item... Well I was next in line but I didnt have another 20 minutes to wait because she had yet another package to ship so I ended up leaving after it was clear that he would speak and work with two other people that had come in after me. Would not recommend this place terrible service.
I cant believe Im writing a bad review. I hate people that do that. But i must be heard. Its 9pm, there are two employees here at the site, both seen to be very very nice. Specially the older gentleman with the ponytail. Unfortunately I wasnt able to speak to either of them because even though there are any 4 of us waiting in line, one of them devoted to no do anything other than get ready to leave, and the older gentleman is busy helping yet another customer. So here we are.... 30 minutes later..... Still waiting, I cant take it anymore and leave. They either need more staff of longer shift for their employees.
We use this facility for work on special projects. Ive always been impressed with turn around times and quality. They are a great asset to out company.

I went into this FedEx Sunday night(Super Bowl Sunday!) totally clueless about what I needed to do to have a file downloaded,scanned and then Emailed back to my attorney and get back home to see the Super Bowl. Poor quality printing and customer service. Have taken two separate save the date designs to this location. The first one was a high-res, high detail background. This printed poorly with streaks. Redesigned a much simpler version, essentially clip art with lots of white. Their printers streaked again. When I took this back in explaining the issue, they were extremely rude, did not listen to the actual issue (thought I was upset about the shade, not the streaks), told me they didnt mix the ink colors in the back, and then told me they could try and print again but it wouldnt make any difference. I would recommend finding another printer if you are concerned about good quality.

It’s so pointless to have to charge your card to make a 14¢ copy. It’s worse if you’re doing a copy then a fax, you have to make a separate charge on your card for that too.Cash/coin option would solve this problem.
I came in to pick up my order that I already paid for, there is only one person here and she would rather pack boxes than attend the customers that have been waiting for 10 minutes. When I finally flagged her down, she got me my order. I went to check the work which used to be standard procedure, I only saw one piece when I asked about the second piece she said it should be at the bottom of the box. You paid to much for it not to be in there. Yes, yes I did. Only come here if you have time to wait for horrible customer service.
I visited this location for the first time yesterday to drop off a package. I waited in a small line and was really impressed with interaction I observed between the man behind the counter and the customers he was helping. He was knowledagable and helpful! Went back once again today during an even busier time and Erickk (the employee) was on top of greeting and assisting people. I am super impressed with him and will continue to frequent this location due to his superior customer service! Thanks for your help Erickk!
Horrible experience and service. Brought in 3 pictures to get resized so I could hang them in my room. The lady, in a very rude tone of voice told me shouldnt help me cause I needed a validating license for the image which I understand. So I asked the assistant manager how I would do so cause the last ran off, and he explained to me how making its sound easy. It wasnt. I had to buy a flash drive, pay for the computer access, resize the image, and than try to figure out which copier to use. The Assistant Manager told me he would be with me to help me figure these things out, than he went back, joked around with his coworkers, and than left for the day. By than I was out $30 and extremely frustrated. Never going back here again. Horrible horrible experience.
I had the worst experience today. The customer service was terrible. I was told l could not send a parcel by economy only priority. I was stunned! I had to call customer service who spoke to the staff through my phoned. She arrogantly accepted my request. When did FedEx start telling customers what there choices are when it comes to shipping. The 3 staff including the assistant manager were very rude and bias. Will never visit this store again.
If I would have known that the Print & Go machines take up 45 minutes of your time just to log in to your Google Drivd account, I would have planned my entire day around coming here. Wasnt even able to print anything.... Absolutely ridiculous!
I am still somewhat floored by just how unprofessional and rude the employees at this FedEx location were. I spent my whole day at home waiting for them to call me after their 1-800 customers service reported they would following a left doortag. We were told it would be re-delivered and they would call when they were near, both ended up being not the case. Seven hours later we call to find they told customer service they called to no avail and our package was waiting for us at their location 11 miles away. An absolute lie.We arrive and are treated like garbage instantly by the one lady working front of house, who just tells us they dont have it and that essentially they have a lot of packages so it wasnt on them if they couldnt find ours (paraphrasing). We had to call customer service again while in this location to get them to change gears and find our needed medication.Working in customer service myself, I understand an off day but this truly was mind blowing seeing just how bad of an impression can be left from professionals not caring.

Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend any services from them. I went to get a passport picture and they made up rules about what I could and couldn’t do, and it was wrong according to the US passport regulations. Awful store.

Today it seems they were empty, though god knows there could be some other reason all three self serve machines wouldnt copy simple black and white.
