I have never been more disappointed in the service I received at this store. Five employees in the front of the store and I am the only customer. I am hauling two big boxes at a time into the store. I am in my 60’s and not one of these workers could come and open the door for me. They watched me from inside come across the walkway each time, but not one moved. This is my 5th year shipping all my Christmas through them. When I voiced my disappointment in them the younger employee said, “Well, you could have asked for a cart.” 5 years and no one has even bothered to mention that I could use a cart! Shameful.

Went to this ups store because they were open later than the one by my house and I needed to print a label there as well as drop off a package to be mailed out before Monday, business as usual for me. I’ve been to two different UPS stores for years that ALWAYS print my label, and ship it out for me. This location, the guy told me I couldn’t mail out my packages because it’s a United States postal service label. I proceeded to tell him that it didn’t matter and I only ever go to UPS to drop off my packages/print my labels and I have never went to the post office. The other UPS stores can ship out my packages for me, why can’t this one? What is the purpose of this store? I’m irate that I drove all the way on this side of town where I don’t live and wasted my time just for this guy to tell me he couldn’t help me at all. Everywhere else is closed now. Thanks a lot. Trash never coming back to this location.

Absolutely horrible place and horrible customer service. They talk down to you and treat you terribly. I was on the phone trying to get a QR code so I wouldn’t be charged for the return, the whole time I was on the phone the manager was talking bad about me and trying to explain irrational reasoning for what she was doing, but Amazon couldn’t get it to work so told me that Kohl’s would do it for free. So I told the lady on the phone with amazon they shouldn’t recommend UPS stores if they can’t help and the manager from the UPS store started yelling to me about why there was a charge again. I finally had to tell her to be quiet I wasn’t talking to her. She told me to get out. Unacceptable customer service. I called the corporate number let’s see if the owner reaches out.

Good location, bad service today. Only had to drop off prepaid box, and they said I had to wait in line. This defeats the purpose of a drop off location. So I’ll bring my box home, and schedule the free pick up, costing them more money.

I have visited the UPS store on OLIO Road in Fishers Indiana on numerous occasions. I can honestly say that the people there are the MOST UNFRIENDLY people i have ever met. If you care at all about any of your customers, you should act like you care or try to be nice.

Very fast professional service. A little expensive for a notary, but all services are efficiently provided.

Rude customer service.

I have used this store to return textbook rentals. I show up with the paper work and the box not even taped shut. They take it, tape, print a recipe and it is out the door. I have not had a single issue. I just wish they were open earlier and open Sunday.
