I went to get an area of my hood sanded and buffed. I showed up at the shop at 8 am. I got a ride to my job by them because I had no way to get to work. I work about 2.5 miles away. I received a call at 8:51 am that it was completed. They then picked me up. The work took about 1/2 hr to complete. I was charged for the actual time, not rounded up to nearest hour. Thank you for your excellent customer service and excellent work.

Best interaction with a business in a while! The staff was prompt, courteous and so friendly! The car was ready when promised and looked amazing! I was concerned I’d be able to see the body repair with my light colored metallic paint, but you cannot tell at all! The painter they have is truly skilled. They also cleaned and detailed the car inside and out - completely beyond my expectations!

My experience was okay. I loved the work that was done on my car but the time I had to wait to get my car was unprofessional. The date kept getting pushed back. I was not happy with that. My car was there for almost a month.

I had an accident with my car and it was complicated, wasnt able to start basically the whole time they had it. They pushed the car in and out and still got it fixed!! Plus on top of the great customer service, they truly went above and beyond to fix my car. Did more than just the regular. They even helped me and switched my tires for me. The service I received at CarStar was excellent. I submitted a quote online and received the quote the next day. They were able to get me into the shop right away and finished two days early than expected. I also appreciate that they have Enterprise rental associates on site to get you into a rental.

From the simplest jobs these guys make everything almost too easy . A delivery came in for my aftermarket RAM headlights which ended up being broken inside. They notified me and sent me proof making it 100% easier to deal with the return process with the company I purchased the lights from never charging me for their time spent.

When my 2 months old truck got smashed into and the insurance company suggested car star I had zero problem with it going to them cuz Ive always heard good things about them when the insurance company decided the truck was going to be totaled even though they werent going to be doing any work to it still no pressure I was able to get my stuff out at my time my convenience I had just bought brand new wheels and tires which the insurance company was not going to pay me for they even tried to help me find some spares to put on there so I could get my wheels and tires pretty good customer service Id say

I had a great experience beginning with my first call to Jennifer. I had the worlds worst insurance company and so I came to them feeling very nervous. I was told they could not start for a few weeks due to scheduling and in the end I picked up my car before their projected start date. I spoke with probably everyone in the front at least once and they were all kind and helpful. Corey kept me informed with every new piece of information he got. I got text message updates, they called Enterprise rent a car for me and my dinky old little car was so clean when I got it back. will return the next time I need help, and I highly recommend them.

4 stars instead of 5 - The work that was done looks excellent.The women at the desk were great.Had a little run in with Evan because I was upset that my car now had a hole in the muffler that wasnt there when I brought the car in(my car now sounds like a mack truck,but hes young and needs to learn how to talk to customers. Justin,the mgr got involved and we got the problem straightened out. He explained that the muffler was rusty and when I brought somewhere to get the muffler replaced,if the muffler people said it was his fault(which Im sure it isnt)to give them a call,and he will make it right. I appreciated that.All and all a good experience.

My car was hit (parked in my driveway!) And this place was recommended to me. It took a week and a half for the repairs. When it went to them it was dented, cracked, banged up and messy!! The day I got it back I was shocked. Not only was the damage fixed, it was washed, waxed and the inside vacuumed!! It came back to me like new! Im so happy!!! Id recommend this place to anyone!
