I love going there they always have everything I need and the people are great!
Best stocked location and far closer to home than the Worcester location for me. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of their way to make it easy to get all your professional supplies
Awful! Will not shop here anymore. Staff is lazy always on their phones. Shelf’s are never stocked and when you ask if they can check in the back they rather stay on their phones. I’ll be shopping at salon centric for now on.
Went to cosmo in fitchburg sunday Feb 3rd, at 12:15. No one there. Not too happy
The manager Cindy goes above and beyond - She is the reason I keep going back.
I only come here for products I cant get at Salon Centric! Staff is unfriendly unless they know you apparently....not helpful either. Manager is not licensed but have heard her formulating in the aisles. How is that possible??
