Great prices, must take your time looking!

The associate that attempted to help me went above and beyond; even calling other local stores in an attempt to find what I was looking for...wish I had her name for this review!

Im from Worcester and made a quick stop in DT for a couple things while passing through. It was the cleanest and most organized DT Ive ever been in and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Terrible experience. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager and he was even worse. Never shop at this store unless you want to have a terrible experience. I will never go back to this place unless I’m desperate

Not bad, didnt buy anything, store was a bit unorganized.

There are certain things you should buy at dollar tree and others to avoid. Glass is glass.. buy plates, cups, and other glassware. Spices are also cheap as well as arts and craft supplies. Avoid non-brand name food and makeup products, cheese shreds (minus any actual cheese) and junk toys.

They were busy but their clerks took time to give directions and be helpful with a polite smile!

Cashier was very polite and knowledgeable as she usually is ... I cant remember her name but she was working day shift yesterday morning and shes an older woman who is always very nice! The store had everything I was looking for . Usually when I go to the water street store its empty . They are busy all the time and the lines are so long but yesterday was nice and there was actually product.

I love the Dollar Tree!! Yea, some are better stocked then others, but the one on Water St is the one i frequent most often. You cant go in with huge expectations, people! Even with the staff...im sure theyre not making a fortune working there, so lets cut them some slack...Always polite & personable with me, answering questions or letting me know if theyre out of something....Esther is wonderful!!! Shes funny, helpful, has a great outlook on life! Shes one of the best things about THAT particular Dollar Tree 😁

Have to put 1 star to be able to write. This store outside is so much trash on parking lot. Fired the manager please. Please dont shop here bad people like homeless people everywhere outside. Employees breake time smoke outside throwing cigarettes butts everywhere.

A patron (woman) started a fight with a dollar tree clerk(woman). Then the patron started punching her and swearing at her. None of her fellow employees intervened to help and everyone in the store just stood there & watched What a sad world we live. in! I wont be shopping there again and you couldnt pay me a million dollars to work there!!

Everything for a buck or less, how can you go wrong? Lots of stuff that you need. Name brands and some brands you never heard of. Great place to stop in and make a quick gift basket.

The prices are really $1 for just about everything, nothing higher (sometimes cheaper). You can find 2-liter drinks for example for $1, which is pretty nice but something the quality of certain products (like hair or body products) arent exactly the best. But then again, dont expect the best from $1. Still a great store to purchase from when youre living by the penny.

I think it’s crazy you can’t return something here like a food products that are unopened it’s ridiculous if someone bought the wrong item same day like just 20 mins ago it should say on the Store receipt and it dost not specify that And you could really use a better manger or whatever the gentleman was he was extremely rude about the whole issue even after I explained so nicely that it says nothing of that on the receipt. He was rolling his eyes huffing and puffing the whole time... no need to treat someone that way

Dollar tree is so fun always something different

Found what we were looking for.Usually not disappointed with being able to find the small things we go for.

Lots of good Christmas goodies for a dollar. Cant beat it. A little chaotic and lots of empty shelves, but the employees are working hard to restock & are staying positive.

Abundant greeting card selections and seasonal items are always available. The store needs a febreeze though-

Nice selection of inexpensive items for around the house. This location seems to be well stocked anytime I happen to be in the area and drop by.

This is a nicer version of the franchise chain of dollar tree. With it be a larger location and all, but the selection is not all that great. Because of its location the store is messy and not kept tidy like other chains are kept.

Wow i was there at 750am cause i took bus 2 and it didnt open until 835. Cause only 1 employee was there and the excuse she give was the cashier wasent there yet. But when we got in she was a cashier. I know for a fact im not gonna go there again i had my kids and wife with me and it said it open at 8am... Terrible experience. And everytime i go there i spend at least 50 bucks but for all that wait is not worth it..oh i ask if they were hiring and she said no. So if they are not short staff they shoulf open at 8 like they it says

Surprisingly there are a lot of useful items you can buy for a dollar. Every time I go in I come out with a cart full of stuff that I didnt realize they needed.

Ive noticed whenever I go in there to shop, when it comes time to check out there are typically long lines, and one cashier. On a few occasions I was not even greeted with a hello. Poor customer service.
