Very kind staff. They have root options for kids to play with as well. The reason it is 4 stars is because staff was kind but seemed stretched thin. Ice cream was yummy!

Im glad to finally have a Chocolate Shoppe this far south!Was able to fulfill my birthday tradition of going for their vegan ice cream. The new space is nice. Spacious. The online ordering went without a hitch. Im eager to visit when COVID restrictions are gone; seems like a good spot to take a break in a bike ride.

Chocolate Shoppe has the best ice cream around! Chocolate lovers must try the Zoreo flavor!! The new location in Fitchburg was nice and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Best Ice Cream cake ever! I’m not really a fan of ice cream cakes but my daughter asked for an oreo for her birthday so I bought one. It was delicious and would definitely get another from here again! Highly recommend :)

Love the Chocolate Shoppe, but this location of of McKee is hard to get into. Ive come here three times and cant get into the packing lot.They share the lot with Starbucks, and SB drive through makes it almost impossible to get into.

Love the new location on Research Drive in Fitchburg. Great customer service. Now we dont have to drive so far to get their yummy Zanzabar ice cream!

Always a nice treat, but I wish this location had more of the plant-based flavors. Every time Ive visited, theyve only had the vanilla-with-chocolate-chips soy and black-cherry soy flavors. They do have the flavored ice stuff, but thats not really ice cream.

Went to this location a few times and its been wonderful each time and will definitely keep going.

I lived in Madison for a year and fell in love with this ice cream perfection! Its creamy and delicious and they have so many unique flavors. When I moved away I missed the ice cream the most, and whenever I get a visit back up here this is a definite stop on the trip!

We are from Utah and visited the Chocolate Shoppe with some family locally. We LOVED the delicious creamy ice cream and amazing flavors! I had their coconut chocolate ice cream and it blew me away. We got to sample whatever we wanted as well! Well done!

Great variety of flavors and great tasting as well! They really only sell ice cream and related things, no chocolate unfortunately. Nevertheless the ice cream nachos were awesome as well as the sundaes.
