If I could give a zero I would. I went just about 2 weeks ago to get a shake. I understand that the lobby was closed due to short staffing. So I ordered at the drive thru. I went today, and one of the girls that work there was rude and slammed the side door in my face after explaining that I wanted to order some ice cream. She said I dont know why that was even being done, its a drive thru not a walk up. I found that super rude, and unprofessional. I asked then why was I able to do it 2 weeks ago? And she laughed and ignored me. This experience was just unbelievable. Good thing theyre putting one up in Leominster.

Nothing, absolutely nothing says summer us here like a soft serve ice cream. Lots of choices for toppings, sundaes and other goodies. Picnic tables and plenty of parking spots. Make sure to wear you masks at drive thru! Very covid cautious

We went to this place on Friday at about 2pm. The hours on the door and on the internet say 11:30am-10pm every day but it was completely closed and there was no sign.

If you order a blizzard here, expect a cup of ice cream with a few toppings on top and the rest just plain ice cream. I’ve been here multiple times and gotten the same poor service. Low quality people and product. This place deserves to go out of business. Go to Culver’s instead.

The only thing I dont like is they dont serve food only ice cream. However I LOVE the cotton candy dipped cone. Its amazing. The only thing that could make it better is if the ice cream also had little chunks of cotton candy in it too.

Staff greet you with a smile. Very prompt at taking orders also very prompt at preparing and bringing them out to your table. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious. They have great burgers and chicken fingers... Lets not forget about the ice cream!! Whether its a blizzard, a Sunday, a milkshake or a cone. You absolutely cannot go wrong when you go to Dairy Queen unless you eat it too slowly and it melts on you!! 💯👍😁

The girl behide the counter kept messing up . it was busy but the ice cream was tasty. On a low point the icecream was melting fast.

Been there 2 times they tell you a price and it never matches the change you get. When I was there today I should have gotten $10 in change and they automatically thought it was a tip. Not happy either time. Ice cream was average at best.

Went to the drive thru, got chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. Pricing was high considering what you got. Not even a minute after I got it, it was melting so fast I ended up drinking it with a straw. Not the way you eat a blizzard. Guess they dont keep their ice cream machine too cold. Dont believe I will go there again.

Always good treats at a decent price. I feel like their menu is almost too extensive where its hard to make a choice, and also a lot of things are overpriced. Some items on the main menu seem to be left out unless you do some research. This location has quick service and I prefer the drive through as opposed to going inside if you are on a schedule.

Why call this a Dairy Queen when it *only* serves ice cream? Thats the least edible part of the DQ menu. I will say their staff is polite and reasonable (if only the other customers there were as well.)

Who doesnt like ice cream? I remember going to this location when I was a kid. Brought the kids here to reminisce, although I was slightly disappointed. I was hoping to feed the kids burgers or hot dogs, and get them treats. This location only sells ice cream and none of the food options.

One word - Expensive.And the person handing me my order seems I have a bad attitude.2 medium blizzards $13 and change, I dont know, it seems expensive.

Summer berry cheesecake blizzard was good but could only eat half of a medium. Excellent service. The other 3 enjoyed theirs as well.

Everything was good about this place. Nothing stood out in a good way and that is why Im not giving a five star, but I had no real complaints about this place. One suggestion is that though there are a couple tables you can sit at outside, there isnt shade at those tables, so if it is a hot day and you are looking for ice cream and a break from direct heat, you can only get one.

Great place, but they should really turn into a full dairy queen and serve food too. I think they would do awesome.

Generally icecream is excellent but not so this visit.... Not sure if was because I tipped before I received my order, but there was WAY too much candy in my Blizzard which made it so sweet I threw out the last portion...😢

Dairy Queen in the Dirty Burg. Ok, this is a nice looking place after the recent remodel. Dairy Queen hasnt gotten any better or worse after all these years. Not great but still good enough. Parking is OK but you can always park across the street but not late at night, not good to park there then. Interesting people watching place too.Dairy Queen is good for the Dirty Burg

This place is great, you get to eat ice cream and be social with the workers their. Overall the place despite its small structure it is really clean and well organized the menu is also good

Definitely a great place for ice cream. Going inside, it is a bit muggy. Would probably benefit from having the side doors open and have screen doors for all three since it does get a bit buggy in there.

Awesome as always but, have to do something about drive- up window, traffic blocks entrance to parking lot.Had to park across street dq lot was empty.

New ownership and now open year round to satisfy your sweet tooth. Service in the drive thru is definitely improved.

Whats not to love ice cream quick and convenient

My wife loves the softserve cones (a pregnancy craving) the mocha moolatte was good, drive through line was backed up out on to the road 15 min before closing and it took a while to get through but they did a good job keeping it moving.

My daughter for her first banana split here. Do we all remember what its like to want the biggest size? I do and watching her learn that lesson to the tune of a DQ banana split was both entertaining and memorable. Thanks Queen of Dairy!

Slowest service youll ever get. Decided to stand in line because drive-thru was 20 cars deep. Got into line with 3 people in front of us. Forty minutes, yes 40, later got our order.

Location is pretty bad and the parking lot is usually a battle. The drive thru line typically is what starts the problem. Other then that the ice cream is untouchable
