This company quoted me a price for the delivery of item from an auction house, and then re-negged on the quotation. While discussing the new quotation, I paused to consider the situation, and the Pak Mail representative hung up the phone on me rudely because he did not think that I was responding quickly enough.

The owner was extremely rude. He told me that I should read his website before I use the services at his store. His attitude wasn’t even good enough to get 1 star. I have shipped there many times and never had a problem until today. Someone must have peed in his cherrios this morning. Hope that they were tastey. I will never spend my money there again. No wonder why they have a help wanted sign on the door. Who would want to work for him!!!

Great place for shipping via FedEx, UPS or Postal service. They can compare rates, advise and, for a fee, pack items themselves. I frequently ship parts back to my companys HQ and they are consistently courteous and professional.

Awesome. I am from Spain and I had quite a difficult multi-package shipping with items coming from different locations of the USA. Ron arranged everything, dealing with all items and shipping them to Spain.Really helpful and professional.

The people were very nice, but i just paid $42 to ship a letter that fedex would have charged me $30 to pick up at my house.i dont understand. literally, all they did was hand it to the fedex guy.

Extortion to the highest degree and incredibly understaffed

Decent shipping options and nice people, but a little pricey and they leave your things to be packed out on the desk for everyone to see and dont pack it until after you leave, which was a little unnerving.
