Just wanted to say how how wonderful it felt to visit my first retail store in months. Obviously, the staff was as happy to see a customer as I was to see them! They were welcoming and helpful. The store looked ready to go forward.

The young man who helped me (he had only been working a few days) was very friendly and helpful, so was the other young lady who helped me and the cashier. I found everything I went in for and then some. The store was very clean and neat. I will definitely be back. Unfortunately I dont remember any of their names, but it was Friday morning.

Had a pillow crisis while on vacation, stopped in to find the elusive pillow with just the right amount of firmness that had eluded us thus far on our adventure. Staff was extremely helpful and even searched the back for a replacement pillow. The last remaining pillow of the kind we needed on the planet was a display which they graciously sold us. Kept us from diverting the trip to see a chiropractor and probably saved our relationship.. the remaining trip back home was a success, thanks to the staff!

If you didnt already know, this is a specialized store for bed, bathroom, and kitchen items. The selection is vast though the prices are a little higher than youd find at Walmart or Target. Still, if you want a good selection this is probably the place to go.

I went in this morning to exchange some red wine glasses that had some defects in the glass. They had two boxes of the same left and I opened the boxes to carefully inspect them for defects. As I was doing so, a man (who I assume worked there - he could have been security) asked if he could help me. I stated, no, Im just checking the glasses for defects. He promptly replied with make sure you close the boxes back up when you are done. Im sorry, but I am not a child, Im a 37 year old woman and I feel that was a little presumptuous of him to make such a statement. The clerk doing the exchange was not very friendly, either. Very curt. I dont think I will be returning to this store.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I was there to exchange a bed spread. I stood in line at Customer Service for 15 minutes. There were 2 other cashiers open. The lines at those cashiers were 3 deep. There was another person roaming around behind the registers talking to the cashiers. There was a group of 3 ahead of me. There was no acknowledgement that I was patiently waiting for service. When I finally got up to the cashier and said I was there to exchange the bed spread. All the cashier said was You could have gone ahead and gotten the bedspread you wanted to exchange for. So, I went and got the bed spread I wanted. When I got back to the customer service counter, there was another couple ahead of me. The other 2 cashiers had closed their registers. So again, I had to wait in line...10 minutes this time. Finally the one cashier asked someone to help me since all I needed to do was exchange the bed spread. The entire time I was in the store until I walked out of the store was 35 minutes. I remember now why I seldom shop at Bed Bath and Beyond...HORRIBLE Customer service.

So my rating involves a product but Im not downgrading my visit due to the product itself but the actions of the store. I bought an electronic candy dispenser. Wave your hand under it and it doles out m&ms or similar. Paid full retail. Got it back to the office and opened it. First clue something was wrong was the battery cover was lying in the bottom of the box. There were batteries in the unit even though they were not included. The unit was so obviously used it was crazy there was melted chocolate on the plastic and huge strands of hair all over it. As a store selling kitchen items I expect to receive unused products unless Im specifically told otherwise. It was obvious nobody even looked at it before placing it back out for resale after a return. Even if the customer said they didnt use it they should have at least opened the box. It would have been obvious.

Its okay. No one was in there while we were shopping. Prices seemed a little high compared to other places.

Customer service treated a problem I had with a defective microwave very professionally here. I was relieved because I want to keep loving this store.

Nice store and lots of items we have not seen before. Great selection on just about everything. People friendly and very helpful.

Beyond your everyday store? I guess theyre beyond hot water bottles, too... Not exactly the friendliest customer service, very awkward, but at least they were willing to see if they would be able to order any in future. One young lady didnt even know what a hot water bottle was...

Sarcastic about a question. Needed a hydrometer and both teenaged boys scoffed and said maybe at home depot. Then we turned and looked at ther shelf to find just what we were looking for. Terrible service.

Big box chain. Staff often unsure of merchandise and where to find it in the store.

Its getting worse. More gimmicky chinese junk that breaks, less of the quality merchandise that made this place stand out. I used to go here for quality stuff, who cares about cost, but now its disappearing.

High prices on basic items. Peppermills are $40+. Definitely outside of our budget.

Best Staff! It is your typical bed, bath, and beyond. Much overpriced by 20%, so you can use a coupon to bring is down to slightly overpriced. You can find most of the same small things at Marshalls, Tuesday Mornings or Ross for less.

This place has everything. Friendly staff as well if you need help. Dont forget bring your coupons, they send them to you for a reason.

Great Customer Service! Manager is awesome!

We have shopped here forever. Love the store itself. The flagstaff locations manager Ansly is awful with customer service. The policy of Bed, Bath & Beyond is customer satisfaction first and hassle free returns!!! Yet we returned two items today and the manager Ansly proceeded to chew my husband out for returning a very large picture frame that had warped and we no longer liked. When I spoke up he decided to tell me he was talking to my husband not me. We have been in there SOOO many times and it really has been pretty good service. The things we return are damaged in some way which is part of their policy yet the service we received today was just plain rude especially coming from a manager! We were there to start our wedding registry and that is how we were treated. If flagstaff had any store comparable we would have gone there. Worst manager I have ever dealt with. So beware.
