I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. I went in with not a whole lot of knowledge with what kind of laptop to go with but the employee who helped me was so knowledgeable and patient with me it was so relieving!! I know a lot of places right now staff can be hit or miss or not too helpful but I was blown away by how nice and helpful they were here!! I did end up with an AMAZING HP laptop that is perfect!! Navajo Tech told me I need a new phone that my phone wasnt compatible with my new portable projector, NOT, he didnt know where to look, I called IT and they showed me how to set up my phone and it works great. He also said I couldnt get music because my phone was old, another technician shows me how to make it work. Navajo guy was rude and somewhat being belittling. He probably thought that he could push THIS Navajo woman anyway he but again..NOT!
This is a great place to shop. Only exception, sometimes its difficult to find someone to help you.
Went in around 6 pm. Apparently not the time to visit. Was trying to return an item, exchange it for another. Customer service was nice, just could not get any help getting a new item. Got tired of waiting after 15 minutes. Dont waste your time here, order online. Staff is very unhelpful.
The staff I have interacted with here has been polite and helpful. They have a decent selection of standard consumer electronics. Curbside pickup has been consistently slow at this location.

Long time Shopper. First time satisfied customer. I usually know what I’m getting before I get to the store but shopping for a laptop is like speaking a foreign language. The salespersons working knowledge of products being offered and the customers needs was impressive. The salespersons ability to task load a co-worker’s questions while never losing focus on my wife and I made us feel very important! We ended up buying two HP laptops and an ultimate ears speaker.Thank you Kailie!
This Best Buy may have limited supply vs stores in The Valley but the staff are awesome. Everyone Is friendly and offers their help. It is always clean and checkout/customer service lines are well managed. Also the fact they do online price matching is awesome.
Impossible to actually call the store. Only a delocalized call center. If a store cannot be bothered to answer the phone then they cannot be worth your time visiting.

A meticulously restored Harvey Hotel with beautiful grounds, and a fabulous restaurant. The trains run by day and night which adds to its charm. A must stay/see.

Just finished another outstanding experience at the Best Buy here in Flagstaff. I had purchased glass to protect the screens on my two cell phones. Earlier this year one of the screens cracked and Becca waited on me and assisted me in purchasing and having installed the replacement glass at no charge. This morning my wifes glass broke so I returned the Best Buy. Becca was once again working and again I had another extremely positive experience. The geek squad at Best Buy is outstanding as is the staff that helped me. Very grateful for this Best Buy here in Flagstaff.
I wish I could remember the manager’s name. He was extremely kind and helpful with a situation created by another Best Buy. Got a phone there. Same price as on Amazon. The sales person was great. He did the transfering of info from old phone to new phone. I got phone insurance from them. A little cheaper than what I could get from the cell company.

I planned to buy an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max. The website showed only availability was 256GB. I only had 45 minutes to complete my transaction. My sales associate knew exactly what to do to trsnsfer my files to my new phone. Only spent 30 minutes total in the store. And, they had the White colo with 256GB, exactly what I wanted.
Had exac6what we needed and in stock! The ladies up front went above and beyond to help me!!

Never have we had a bad experience here staff knows what they are talking about which is a huge plus. And the quality of what they sell is top notch. You can save a few bucks with your Walmart T.V. but you cant match the quality of product spend a little more youll be happy you did.
We purchased a Blue Yeti microphone from this store and the product had a manufacturing defect. Returned it, salesperson messed up the return and lots of problems resulted. My husband goes back to the store, this time Ivan helps him. Ivan goes above and beyond to help, solves the problems and saves the day! We really appreciate Ivan and all you did to help us!
My review is focused only on ordering a Nikon SLR camera lens online and then making a drive to Flagstaff to pick it up.The Best Buy online experience was very seamless in making the order and even using text messages to inform me when the package would be ready for pick up. I then drove to Flagstaff and talked to the main person at the entrance. He then went to get the package and brought it out within under a minute.I can’t speak for the store appearance or anything like that. They do follow Covid pandemic restrictions with masks being required upon entry.The person who I met and talk with was very courteous and helped me very quickly getting the camera lens.
If your looking for appliances, here to be. But if ur looking for computers or accessories or games, order online. Hatdly any avaulable

Horrible experience at the Flagstaff, Az location. Bought and paid for new stereo, speakers, mounting kits etc. and show up for my install at 3 pm on 3/20 as scheduled when I bought the merchandise. The tech is sitting at a computer watching youtube videos, he doesnt get up, doesnt turn around, just yells can I help you from his seat with his back to me, lol no joke. He tells me they dont have me in the system for an install, he calls the manager, the manager talks with him for a quick second and says, yeah we dont have you on the schedule. This is where a solution should have been offered, the manager looks at me and says what do you want to do? No joke. I let him know I will take my business elsewhere and got a refund. This is the 3rd time I have tried to spend money at our local store, there will not be a 4th, it is the most poorly run retail business I have been to in Flagstaff. I will be sure to post everywhere I can to prevent others from spending money at this store in the future. I hope someone will see this and attempt to fix the many issues this location has.

Ordered a replacement screen for a phone online, they said they had one in stock and waited 2 hours to find out they were out of stock,so I went in the store and I foumd the screen they claim they had none of for 10.00 higher, I feel they were not truthful as if it was available when ordered and charged extra, this store is very dishonest and the online worker was worthless in assisting ...do not recommend this place at all
It was an ok visit. I give the highest kudos to the staff working the front doors! Very friendly had smiles with their welcomes and good mornings. The guy that I needed help from (cell phones) wasn’t so much. He acted as if he couldn’t be bothered. I knew exactly what I needed, he tried to tell me my phone was too old. This is why there is online shopping- dude get a clue!

Unfortunately, today. I had to talk to 5 people, on the phone and in the store to get the answer I needed. It was an arduous process for a seemingly straightforward question. On the plus side, I could actually get to real people!

Very best at delivery services. We bought a new washer and the two delivery men were beyond exceptional. Mr. John Crow Dog was very helpful, patient with our questions and very knowledgeable. He explained every step very clearly and had a sense of humor also. Thank you Best Buy for sending these gentlemen to deliver our new washer before Christmas!

Tried to order online twice for home delivery, all items were available at the location, but they delayed the items for almost two weeks. All my plans for my both of my sons birthday was ruined because they cannot deliver on time. I know it is busy this season but there is no reason to delay the item for almost two weeks they did not even gave me a weekly update on the items I ordered. They could have said they could not deliver it, instead of waiting for nothing. I could have bought it somewhere else. Learn from my mistake. Do not order online, do not trust them to deliver your items on time or atleast give you an update. Worst custumer service, even the 1 hour curbside pickup is not true, I waited for 3hrs but they just advised me to pick up the item the following day. I traveld almost 3 hours for that for nothing.

Check inventory then buy at store. Due to COVID stock in the store is very low. Use their website to verify its in that store then go to the store. When entering they will take your temp and your information for contact tracing purposes. Also they limit the number of customers in the store. The employees are nice, doing their best to serve you.
This place keeps going from bad to worst, i was standing by the headphones because my family wanted power beats pro. Saw representatives walking back and forth and never bother to say a word, or even acknowledge. I guess this place doesnt need to sale 4 pairs of 250 headphones, left the store and you have one person sitting in the from kicking back and relaxing while I walked out empty handed. Oh and let me not mention that when I first walked into the store one of the persons standing by the door was more interested about making sure his lunch was ordered correctly than to acknowledge people coming in. At the end amazon got my business for the 5th time and best buy send me home empty handed for the 5th time.
I have always loved going into Best Buy and have been a long time customer...However, this time was different. It looked like the place had been pillaged. There were very few items on the shelves to look at and handle, and you have to have an appointment in order to get any help from sales associates. Additionally, the sales associate told me that the manager would rather sell the items than have any of them out on display, which seems a really counter productive, since most people want to be able to see and manipulate an item before they purchase it...Overall, hated my experience and it will be a while before I step back inside another store!

Every employee that I talked to at this location was rude. except for the guy that was counting people coming in and out he was nice.
Love the store. And usually find what Im looking for. -1 Star for employees often talking to each other over helping customers. Or them just standing and watching particular customers shop. Which they tend to do when Im there. Employees need to do work, help customers, not stalk them. Overall its amazing besides the employees.

The Flagstaff Best Buy store was clean and there was immediate help in choosing a printer that met my needs. The sales professional was patient as it took me a long time to decide. He was supportive and gave me the space i needed as much as he gave me the input I needed. It was a great experience.
Just like any other Best Buy. Very clean and appealing. Seems to have everything youll need. Customer service is slightly better than average. You dont get constantly bothered, so if you need help youre better off asking than waiting to be asked. I prefer this anyway. B+

Just went in to buy a $200 tablet. 2 associates ignored me and when I was leaving I told the associate that no one helped me and all I wanted was to buy a tablet. No questions, no recommendations, I literally just needed someone to get the tablet so I can buy it. I WAS NOT told that if I want to BUY an item I would HAVE to make an appointment. Now I am going to Walmart and they can have my money. Lost another customer Best Buy.
Right now their stock is extremely limited, which is frustrating. If I wanted to order items and wait, then Id have them delivered to my house. They also do not sell display items. Oooh, I see a nice computer, and then be told I would have to order it. Also, very frustrating. Same thing with an air conditioner, although with that one, it was we sold the last one this morning and didnt take the sign down.Why dont I go elsewhere? Because this store is the only one that says they have certain items in town right now.Instead of standing up front waiting for appointments that you dont have yet, you should be making sure that your floor models are up to date so people know what the can actually buy.

So i recently bought a car stereo from somewhere else. Paid other people to instal it only to find out it was deffective. I read a sign in best buy that you got free installation with purchase of $99 or more. Awesome, i thought. I went in and started to buy a $300 pioneer system. I had already set up an appointment online. I had tried to call the store 3 times the days prior for clerification before i made the 90 minute each way trip. Each time i waited on hold at least 30 minutes before being disconnected. Anyways the free instalation isnt really free. See the instal kits that you can buy yourself online are usually less than $50 for my truck. I know because ive researched. Well best buy wanted over $200 in parts to install a $300 head unit. I left without saying a word. Do not believe any of the free hype best buy tries to sell you, the markup on a wiring harness alone is more than the labor i paid at an audio shop down the street. Never again will i shop at worst buy, and ill be forever happy to share my experience with everyone who will listen
I visited this store today because my old computer had died and Ethan was extremely helpful and informative in my search for a new laptop. Tori was very helpful at the geek squad desk as well! Not to mention they had great deals on Black Friday, which I generally avoid. But, of all times for my computer to die, this was an ideal time and Best Buy helped replace my computer and transfer my data! Thank you!

Went to get a new DVD player( a must during quarantine), and. Discovered it was curbside service only, and only by appointment. I asked how to go about making an appointment, and then told him about my DVD player biting the big one.they had several staff members there to assist customers, but.at the time there was only one couple to asst, so he asked if I new the model I wanted. Since I did know which one I wanted he was able to run and grab it before any other appointments showed.)During these last few weeks weve all found ourselves in unfamiliar territory, and I want to say thanks to the Best Buy curbsiders for their efficiency, professionalism, flexibility, and, most of all rememberng the human touch.
