The lady was nice and she saved me money by suggesting a better tool to change my battery.
The customer service is 50/50. Some associates are incredible at being able to help while its clear that others need better training. Ive never had an experience where the associates were rude or mean, but sometimes the newer guys get stumped and then Im in for a long wait. The computer systems here are ancient. For something as simple as a return we had to go thru Hell and high-water to get my money back. The associates ended up having to call tech support whom themselves were having a very hard time with the computer system.
Awful customer service. Used store credits to purchase something last week and then was told that my number isnt in the system. Wouldnt let me speak with who I was dealing with before who had Ordered the part. Turns out the part was never ordered . No way to treat a customer. They told me I must be confused on what location i went to when I used to come in twice a week to that location. Never coming back.
The store manager Amanda went above and beyond to find my parts i needed. Give this woman a raise shes the best employee you have. Thanks again Amanda
Only get 4star because they didnt have both the battery boxes I needed. Ill update this if they have another box tomorrow morning like he said.Edit: Went back for my other battery box and it was in. Very nice. I didnt even have to order it, the counter person took it upon himself to order it for me. Right onHooah
Avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service. Am a 30 year customer and will never be back. Have never been treated so badly as at this store over the last few days.

I normally like AutoZone. Had to drive to a different store to get the part I was looking for.The particular part is the bushings for the wiper arm. It connects the wiper motor to the transmission assembly. Keeps popping of. Even the new ones. Still researching the Problem.Never had a Problem like this in the past.
It was great we went there for a glass mirror for my mother in laws car. Someone hit her mirror that same day. Needless to say getting the mirror was a great idea bc she’s not used to driving without her mirrors. The only thing that sucks is she had the blinker that blinked when a car was beside her & it doesn’t do that now.

I went to take back parts and after talking to Sammie,a manager she told me from the description that I needed brakes and rotors which I just paid Belle Tire $80 for a scan and they didnt mention anything about brakes or rotors.Now I been sitting for 3and a half hours to get my brakes and rotors doneIm wondering if I had a $80 scan why it didnt show up in the scan at Belle Tire.
Need to clean the parking lot,Oil everywhere and wife slipped in it! Now her knee is messed up and the employee just said oh no.
Was able to get what I was looking for. The employee was very helpful.

Store Manager Chris Seguin, is EXTREMELY rude. talks badly about higher management infront of customers in the store, when asked questions about a battery He completely disregarded the entire situation, and started yelling and being condescending with me as a customer. He was extremely rude to his employees while customers were in the store as well. Will not be returning to auto zone. Would rate this 0 stars if i could.
I come in to the store to get parts for my truck and must say I was beyond appalled by the professionalism of the store manager named Chad how he was yelling add other managers and belittling his employees stating that they were useless which is very unprofessional so I decided to come into the store first thing this morning to hear a Employee named Colton yelling and screaming at a manager on duty first thing in the morning I will not return to the store again to hear are people are talked to and treated by upper management and sales staff I will be going to Advanced Auto from now on this issue needs to be corrected befor I ever come back to this store
The Corunna road location wouldnt take my used motor oil and was very ride about it. I left a review for that and now its labeled as dort hwy. Never had an issue with the folks at the south dort location. Updated to 5 stars... But Corunna Road deserves 1 star.
AutoZone has actually perks for every $25 you spend in the store you get a punch on your card or actually they keep track of it in their computer so even if you lose your card youll be all right you just got to look it up with your phone number. After 5 purchases of $25 you get $25 free worth of AutoZone merchandise! Its a win-win situation especially if youre fixing up a car or do you need to get a new starter or a battery or whatever you need to do for your Automotive needs it all counts so make sure you spend that $25 at least so you can get that punch and after 5 you know what happens! 25 free dollars and thats good for all they even come out and they hooked up my windshield wiper when I was having a hard time I took them like two point five seconds theyll check your car check engine light will plug it into the machine and Ill even check your battery from outside. A lot better than some of the other places like OReillys where you got to bring the battery inside.
Very bad experience. Came there closing time and battery had problem. Want to talk to them for parking longer. The staff didn’t open the door and no conversation. Very cold people.

My Experience was ok I guess. I had to get some coolant, thats all. The gentleman in front of me had a large car part order, which is fine, but the fact that I had to wait for 15 minutes while the cashier took his order and I distinctly heard at least two other employees talking, hiding behind the back shelves. But neither of them came out to assist me. It sure would have been nice if one of them took the 3 minutes it takes to check me me out.

Absolutely no customer service manners. Sat there for 10 min while he walked around answering the phone and browsing and just completely ignored us and didnt greet us until somebody came in from outside.. He was also the manager of the store. completely unprofessional especially the way he was talking to people. Will never go there again!!

AutoZone is a great place to buy car parts for every $25 you spend with your AutoZone Rewards you do it four times and you get a free $25 any part in the store and they keep track of it right on their computer they got your address and everything its really nice. Ive gotten a lot of my stuff from AutoZone they have good warranties that I please have a cheap a mid-range and an expensive and they almost always have the part and if they dont theyll tell you which AutoZone does have the part in so its a win-win situation when my car was vandalized so bad the wear it was not drivable I mean the axle was CV joints were broke the axle was broke my brand new tire was flat because somebody totally right angled my car over the top or curb and into the grass and pushed it perpendicular with a fence scratching up the paint breaking the plastic front clip and skewing my hood over about an inch to the left that cost me about $1,300 and I had to get a flatbed thank goodness for roadside that I pay for so that was free to get that 10 Mister Speedys what AutoZone sold me all the parts I needed it wasnt that much for the parts there is more about the labor and then putting them on because you need special tools that I didnt have and there will also let you rent a tool that let you go out and work on your car right in there parking lot and use their tools you just have to leave a deposit of like 20 bucks or something. All the AutoZones I know keep their parking lots in pristine condition! In case you really do have to work on your car at least you have a nice place to lay and work on it if you have to go underneath which most of the time you do. They sell Jacks wipers and all the fluids that a car possibly needs all the little sensors and O2 sensors theyll even go out to your car as a courtesy service when your check engine light comes on and hook it up to their computer and tell you what the code was they can clear it off but within my car it comes right back on so as soon as theyre done so my card does have electrical problems and I have a Saturn Ion and I turn to AutoZone an investor Speedys for the labor. So mechanic and AutoZone work together really well.

Went in to pick up an online order, every employee seemed dumbfounded, they had no idea you could even order online and pick up in store, it took three employees and ten minutes of calling and clicking to figure out that they offered that service. While they were figuring it out, they talked to me like I was a liar, saying they didnt do anything like that and I must of ordered from a fake website, once they figured it out they did not apologize, very rude, I will take my business else where next time. Just because you dont know how to do YOUR job, doesnt mean you treat your customer like dirt. I hope this hits corporate.
