They offer free air. They have been helpful with tire issues in the past, as well
Weve been stopping at CarQuest for many years if you cant find it anywhere else you know you can count on finding it at CarQuest. Soon as you walked in the establishment you feel as you are at home greeted at the door. Every employee Ive ever experienced there is very much helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable about vehicles in every aspect. They have helped me in many situations with my vehicle. Great prices and great employees.
Before they even check your vehicle they want you to pay. There no are NO free inspections.A friend referred me.The older white cashier was very rude and snappy.I wonder why because it was 9am and all I was doing was asking questions so if I decided to let them check and fix my car I wouldnt get any surprises.Well you can bet they wont see me again or will I be referring anyone to them. Also on the counter I did get an old free air freshener and she raised her eyes at me about that. The sign said free.I would be interested in talking to the manager or owner of this establishment
The bat at the window was rude right at the beginning and then tried to tell me it would be $50 to read the code causing my engine light.
I purchased a battery for a motorcycle from here. When I purchased it, the man at the counter set my old and new side by side. They appeared to match up. Once my husband tried to put it in the motorcycle it was slightly too tall to connect. I called the store and talked to the woman. Explained my problem and was told I would get a call back. Never did. I call back again and speak to the man. Only for him to act as though I am stupid and that he checked the battery next to the other. (I know he did. I was there) doesnt change the fact that the battery I have, does NOT fit our bike. After purchasing another battery and finding out that the original owner of the motorcycle has done some customizing to the bike and that is why there is a different battery than what originally comes in it. We were not told about this when we purchased. We are going to have to change the cables in order to fit the correct battery. Thats fine. I now have two of the same battery, both dont fit. So based on cost I decided to take the one from this location back.Upon arrival, both of the two I had previously talked to where standing there. As I am explaining the situation. The man was very rude. He continued to say he would love to see this said motorcycle, acting as though I am a liar about this battery not fitting. I told him I just want to return the battery. He goes on tell the lady that he doesnt care what she does for me. I told him I have no need for two batteries that dont fit. I have to change the cables. He asked why I chose to return his, I let him know because the other one was less money. He laughs at me and walked away. Only to return a few minutes later to pour a cup of coffee near me and mumble under his breath cheaper huh hahahaha. As a woman, I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional.
