The associates always welcome me warmly as soon as I walk into the store! They are committed to making the customers shopping experience easy. The store is always clean and has a good set up, which they do change up often. Products are kept in stock at this store

Everyone was so helpful and nice here. I walked in and started sniffing and was given a basket right away. Another lady was helpful in telling me the sales. Another clerk was on the ready with a card to spray perfume on. The first lady, who handed me the basket, helped me find a candle holder I wanted. The cashier was also very helpful and friendly. So nice to have a store with such friendly, helpful staff. ❤

This is always one of my favorite locations to visit for the store because all of the employees are so friendly and sweet. My cashier today was Princess and she was so bright and bubbly. She definitely turned a simple sale into a memorable experience

The ladies were very kind and helpful. I bought a Wallflowers Plug in about 2 months ago and it stopped working. They exchanged both the plug in and the refill. I had a great experience and definitely will be returning.

Lots of items and new scents to choose from. I went for the plug in air freshners. Several employees were there to assist me. I got what I needed and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. They were all so helpful.

I love the products. What I hate about the place is being approached by every worker in the place bothering me right when i walk in the door, and during my browsing. They are too aggressively approaching. I like to be left alone while browsing, I dont like someone breathing down my neck during my whole time there. It makes me not want to visit all that much and I always have to give my items to whom Im with for them to pay, and escape into the mall to sit on a bench to recuperate from the workers in there 😡.

Love this place and their products...but 4 stars because I was pretty clear with one staff member in particular that I was just looking which is code for leave me alone. That doesnt mean to try and spray me with spray, or hand me a bag twice, or try to put lotion on my hand. That means to let me shop in peace. Tell me about your sales and go about your day.

I enjoy my great smelling candles, body sprays, and lotion.

My favorite place on Earth. These lotions are my luxury splurge without the luxury price! The lotions are made of the highest quality ingredients and the scents are the best. They are so good that they last a long time, the high standard of ingredients are so rich. I no longer use any scented lotions from the stores, they are thin and smell and feel like chemicals that I dont want on my skin, even most of the lotions that are supposed to be the best for skin conditions do not come close to keeping my skin soft and supple like Bath and Body Works.

Princess is the best worker there is in this establishment. I cant express it enough. This was the second time experiencing her customer service and I will consistently come back to this store for her glowing presence alone. Shes amazing!!

Going in here was lovely. Lots of products to choose from and helpful people to help you make a choice. I was trying to find a nice scent for a first date, and a lady gave me wonderful suggestions & her own personal advice. :) I loved it. Be careful not to smell too many things though! May overwhelm your nose! 😅

I have always been treated very good by the workers here. They are all very helpful and friendly! I am one of those last-minute Shoppers so Im usually still in there 9:00pm when the mall is closing and they still smile and help you find whatever you are looking for or need they dont try rushing you out of the store like most places. And lately I find more stuff in the store then I do online all the cute stuff is always sold out online.

Very friendly staff, very eager to help! Seasonal fragrance soap, candles and washes available. Coupons are available if you are willing to give an email or maybe search on the net. Half the fun in shopping is smelling the different products. There are so many things from which to choose like soap, candles, body wash and hand cleaners and travel size items!

Walked in not wanting to buy anything, and whoever came up to us was extremely helpful, and went into full detail about the new coconut line they have. Best experience I ever had in a bath and body works.

I seriously love this place and always spend so much money here. The only reason Im leaving a 4 is because of the staff. The staff was overly pushy. After I said no 4 times to the same staff member I just ended up leaving with out buying what I had. Pay attention to your customers if they say no they mean no.

Everytime I find something I really like they discontinue it. Velvet tuberose smelled amazing, they discontnued it. Hyaluronic acid, aqua burst body wash with water beads, discontinued and has it as a cream body wash. The only cream I want on my skin is lotion! Bring back our favorites!

I love Bath & Body Works. They just need to figure out a better way to line people up. Couldnt get to the hand sanitizer cause the long line.

I really hate walking in a store and having 3 people pounce on me in less than 3 minutes with questions and sales pitches. If I was up to that I would be at a furniture store or car sales lot! Too high pressure. I walked out. I go shopping to enjoy myself and be able to look and then ask questions. You just lost sales. Its great to be friendly and greet but then back off!

The workers are very nice but I was looking for vanilla scented perfumes lotions ect. ect. There were not many choices 😉

They did a pretty good job of making sure candle day was as organized as possible, but I feel they still lacked organization in the check out process.
