The staff at Flint Optical are kind, and courteous. They gave me enough time to choose my frames. They also gave me some time to pay for the glasses.I will always choose this place because they know what theyre doing.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. My eye exam was the most thorough exam Ive ever had and the process of picking out my new glasses wasnt rushed. Additionally, unlike those optical places in malls (yes, I went to one, ugh), I wasnt pressured to buy the most expensive glasses, lenses, etc. The staff at Flint Optical is amazing! I will be a patient for life and have been recommending them to all of my family and friends!

My wife went to get her medical records and was told that they weren’t going to give them to her. We told them it was against the law and they didn’t seem to care.STAY AWAY SERIOSLY. We found better prices and better service elsewhere.

Today was my first eye appointment in 8+ years and my first time going into Flint Optical. The staff impressed me, they were friendly, answered questions in great detail, warm, funny and professional. I can’t wait to go back to pick up my glasses!
