Love this place. I can get all my hair supplies here. The staff is very helpful finding what I need and will order the products not on the store I need.

Been shopping here for years. Good products, but the customer service by the owners whom I think is the Asian couple in charge, should improve. When I walked in the store, they were by the only register that is close to the entrace door. They were talking but looked up at me when I came in. I smiled and waved to say hello. They did NOT say hello to me at all. They just turned around and kept carrying on their conversation as if I wasnt even there. I thought, wow, how rude. I patronize this store with almost all of my hair care needs. This isnt the only time Ive notice the cold disposition from the owners. This time was just too much. I have not seen that kind of treatment from the other workers they have there. The other workers are always more friendly. But those two...need improvement. It doesnt take a whole lot of effort just to say hello, especially when I spend my money in your establishment.

The owner is rude & she will cheat you out of your money if you dont pay attention to her. The price can be one thing & she will charge you a higher price.
